I wasn't impressed at all! I was excited because everyone said the food was tasty; it was a letdown for me. I had a large order because I have a family five and we all ordered.. they forgot five hot dogs and a few pieces of chicken.. the two employees in the kitchen area were clueless...The chicken was very saltyWill not be returning..The bathrooms were atrocious too...

Sandwich attendant ate food in front of me while making my sandwich. Had the guts to make eye contact with me while doing so and did not change gloves. I highly recommend going to the Wawa across the street.

Meh. Wasn't impressed. Staff wasn't helpful. It is clean and stocked. Prices are higher then others. It does have a rather decent variety of packaged food and drink machines, but nothing like the new 7-11. It's not convenient and just add more congestion to the area. Was disappointed with prices, not having what I wanted and staff does not care. Skip it .

This location is always very dirty/unkept on the OUTSIDE. Those complaining about food quality should do the math.Trash cans near pumps an directly outside the doors are overflowing with trash that is piled high spilled on the ground close to tables for customers to sit 🤢 trash blown around on the grounds everywhere else.This is not isolated because it’s been at least 3-4x back to back I’ve stopped here for gas and saw the same filth. When I’ve had trouble at the pump which is becoming a regular thing and went inside there was plenty of staff on duty. Every employee I interacted with was always friendly but I have to agree with the other reviewers that ALL the workers look bad to point you do a double take. Not discriminating but when is it appropriate or acceptable to hire/allow a worker to represent a business looking like they do or as if you jus rolled over out the bed and was at work? Visibly dirty uniforms! One female cashier fingernails was sooo black like she was working on cars. It’s just an overall bad look with this location which is sad and I think it’s time to reroute!

The chicken is DELICIOUS. The ordering and paying system was NOT user friendly. When the store is crowded and I dont have.the patience to wait for help, I just leave. It will take me quite a few visits to be comfortable with their systems. My major complaint is that when ordering, there are no prices until you select an item. It is then a process to delete that item due to the high price.

I just wanted to grab a slider real quick and I asked the lady how to ring it up and she said..., did you mess this system up too? pointing to the other register. I said no, and she huffed and puffed. I put my stuff back and left. She said "have a great day"She is chasing business away. Where I come from, we don't buy from rude people.

The lady in there (don't know her name, she is work 9/26/22 at 3:15pm) but she is rude. I told her I wanted to use my reward card before I paid for my gas she told me I had to register it first which I already did. She said oh well the gas is already on the pump so its not going to work. I told her thats why I told you I wanted to use the card. She said oh well. I said don’t worry about it and left. I will never come back here I will just go to the Wawa across the street.

Lady at the register charged me for someone else gas and when confronted and asked for a receipt she could not produce one to give it to me ... how does chips , donuts and a juice equal up to $100

If you want to do anything other than get gas, DONT! Dirty building, slow and incompetent staff, poorly stocked.Staff definitely cares more about their interpersonal relationships over their customer service.

The first time I ordered chicken from here it was fine but the last two time I purchased chicken from here the chicken was horrible. They don't change the oil when it's old and burned. The burned taste of the oil permeates throughout the chicken. I paid a lot of money for chicken that is not edible. I don't know if the staff is being lazy or if they are trying to save money by using old oil. And when I seen all the other negative reviews and no response from management, that told me they don't care about customer satisfaction. This is not acceptable. Anyhow, I will not be returning and will spread the word to my friends, family and social media. I might even make a call to the health department because I know their practices are not safe.

Worst Royal Farms in Maryland, very poorly managed since it was built. This morning ordered (3) chicken tender meals (side note: it should never be this hard to order multiples of the same item), and the chicken was cold and piled high at 11:00AM, can only assume it was made the night before.The tenders were cold, small, with a half empty box which now doesn’t include a roll. This place is always understaffed…either the amount of workers or the amount of people actually working.We live less than a mile away, and always try to avoid this particular Royal Farms when possible.

Two separate occasions I had my sandwich made completely wrong. The second time, I had to tell the lady to remove certain items that I did not select for my sandwich. How are you not able to read the screen and follow what you see?? Love royal farms, but this particular location needs training.

Deserves no stars honestly. Never has things in stock. Deli is dirty and unclean, workers don't wash hands, bathrooms always covered in urine and feces. Employees don't care. Manager seems confused and lost. Chicken is old and dry.

Paid for gas at the pump with credit card 2 nights ago...the next day had an alert from credit card about pending transaction. Nothing I made as I was at work. Went and talked to the Asst. Manager on duty who assured me her machine didn't contain a skimmer as no cables were exposed! Gave me corporates number, it's a recording directing you to file complaints online! Just called the store to get a different number but everyone is too busy to answer the phone. I'll stick with WAWA and pay $$ for gas!

I’d leave less stars, but it has been over a month since I have complained. In December, I purchased bad gas from this royal farms that caused nearly $400 of damage to my brand new (2019) car. I have complained twice and submitted proof that there was over 65% water in my gas tank (that was full when my car broke down!) and royal farms has REFUSED to take any responsibility for it. PLEASE just go across the street to Wawa.

How hard is it to have somebody check on the trashcans smh. Honestly I dont think we needed another royal farms in crofton as if the other isn't bad enough plis horrible location they chose when there is already another gas station wawa accross the street. Food was too dry.

More training for employees! Ordered 2 buffalo sliders and a 5 piece tender/ fries...waited over 20 minutes, arrived home to BBQ sliders and dry tenders.
