I liked how the staff was accommodating and the communication is on point. I called to request that if there were any cancelations the following day for grooming to please let me know I am interested and sure enough the following day I received a text informing that there were openings and I should call. They fitted my dog in, called when she was ready and were, from what I could so, good to her.

Always the best. When I call to set up a grooming appointment for my dog, they always answer. My dog has been going here for a few months and she is treated with care. Bath and haircut is her standard and the groomers do an exceptional job. We will keep on coming back.

The groomer was extremely inexperienced and didn’t trim my dogs nails properly. She told me it was the best she could do and the tools died mind session. My dog was nervous and instead of being calm with her she would yank her collar and once she realized I was watching she’d pretend to pet her. They made me pay before the service was even done or else I wouldn’t have paid for it at all. I will never return to Petco grooming again.

I have never had any issues with my dog getting groomed before, but when I picked up my dog the groomer said he was “a pill” and “a butthead.” I asked her if she thought it was professional to call my dog names, and she got defensive and said he was difficult. Again, he’s been groomed numerous times and I’ve never heard anything negative before. Unbelievable. Petco Grooming has lost my business moving forward.

I have been taking my dog to this store for about 3 years and have never experienced a problem. Today, I was told they are a learning/training facility now. I do not have an issue with that. However, the groomer we were going to has recently left. The new groomer was not very polite about my dog almost nipping her. I also peeked in during the service and she appeared frustrated and acting rough with my dog who is 10 years old and 11 lbs. I understand that being bit can be a concern, but this has never happened before and I feel she was not sincere about the entire experience. She explained she’s experienced, but did not seem comfortable today and she only suggested we see her exclusively or go to our vet. I found petco more convenient over the vet, but after this awful experience I will go to the vet for tech services now. There was also no manager on site to facilitate even though I asked for one.

My dog was very comfortable and came out looking fresh and happy! Tina did an excellent job with my pup who tends to be anxious and wound up in situations like these. I can always drop her off and feel she is in great hands!

I noticed when we walked in, the groomers were sorta yelling at the dogs who were already there. They didnt realize we had walked in until I spoke up and said something. This was somewhat off putting b/c I wasnt sure how my dogs would be treated once we left. Dogs were pretty clean considering the time spent on each one. When we picked them up, they weren't completely dry which left them with the "wet dog" smell after we got home. Overall though, my pups seem happier to and smell better than they did prior to their grooming sessions so I'm happy about that.

I decided to give Petco in Waugh Chapel a try to have my Scottie groomed and I was very satisfied. I was greeted in a friendly manner by the groomer Alix, and she explained everything to me regarding pricing and options. The results were just what I wanted. My Scottie looked fabulous!

Grooming doesn’t take online appointments, answer their phone, and they won’t do walk in nail buffing/grinding. I guess I’ll goto petsmart. If you don’t know someone that works here I’m not sure how you get your dog seen and then they’re rude on top of all this.

The haircut was terrible. It was a rushed job and it showed. I ordered teeth brushing and nail trimming and it wasnt done. This is the second time this has happened. I think I will go back to petsmart grooming.

Our regular groomer was very sick and we needed an option so we tried these guys and they did an excellent job with no advanced warning. Definitely can recommend this groomer group at this location.

They don’t treat your dog with care, they run out of patience quickly and the staff gets frustrated with your dog then locks them up in a cage. I would never take my dog here be careful.

I took my dog to PetSmart and they were so rude and impersonal I scheduled an appointment at 10 they locked my dog up for 2 hours because they booked other dogs for the same time so when i went to petco my dog loved them they were so nice they didnt just treat my puppy like an object
