My experience shopping at Whole Foods Market Kentlands Blvd was truly exceptional. The combination of high-quality products, excellent customer service, cleanliness, and value for money made for a memorable and satisfying shopping trip. I will definitely be returning to Whole Foods for my future grocery needs and would highly recommend it.

4/5 since I did not partake in shopping and product examination. First time here and I was completely lost! Had to do a return and I didn’t know where the kiosk was. Then I found the kiosk (located by the middle entrance) but it was acting funny not reading my QR code. Thank you to the young Black man and young Black lady that gave me assistance to the customer station for returns. They have a whole station just for returns! This is much better than going to ups for returns. Will be coming back for any possible future returns.

On 4/2- an employee loudly accused me of trying to steal a soup at about 8:30/9am. I had previously paid and was looking for a spoon. It was my first time purchasing a hot item this store, and i didn’t know where the spoons were kept. I ran inside to grab the soup for lunch while my dog was at the vet across the parking lot so I was in a rush to make it back to him before he got out of his procedure so I didn’t speak to a manager.Today, my dog had a follow up visit at the vet where he was sedated for a short period of time. I entered through the door closest to the bakery/check out area. I did not see any signs stating that a dog cannot enter the store. I put my dog in the cart and begin to shop. I purchased soup, bacon, orange juice and a bunch of bananas, and went to the front to check out. I was in the store for about 7 minutes in total. As I am at the check out, the manager on duty (I suppose because she didn’t introduce herself) informed me that animals are not allowed in the store. She did acknowledge that she noticed I was already on my way out but just so I am aware, they are not allowed. Her tone was cold, direct, and slightly condescending but the interaction was brief, so I just said ok, and proceeded to pay/ leave the store. I was going to chalk it up to her having a busy start to her day/and she’s just doing her job. The cashier, Marcia I believe, was extremely polite and wished me well on my way out. As I turned to leave another employee loudly told Marcia that dogs are not allowed in a scolding tone. Marcia didn’t have anything to do with me bringing in a 3 pound dog, and she literally just witnessed the manager mention to me that dogs are not allowed. I did not think that was appropriate for her to be spoken to in that manner. This was the reason I called the store to report what happened. At 10:20am I called the store to report the two incidents to a manager on duty. I am hopeful your company records all calls. On the call, you will find that I explained both situations to the manager who half listened to what I had to say. I told her I did not think that interaction was appropriate, and she begin to yell directly into the phone at me, over talk, and make false statements that I admitted that I brought my dog inside multiple times. I haven’t ever brought him in, and I didn’t mention that at all. What I said was the first interaction happened WHILE I was waiting for him to get out of his vet appointment. She refused to listen as she continuously over spoke, and hung up on me. I called back at 10:24am. The person who picked up (Maria I believe) answered again, and I asked her for the manager’s name. She then told me that there are 3 managers and she doesn’t know who I spoke to. I literally just called 4 minutes prior, and I know that have caller ID because Maria placed me on hold, and when she returned she stated my name and said, the store manager’s name I spoke to was Melissa. I asked to confirm was she the store manager? And Maria replied yes. Maria also gave me the 800 number so I can make a formal complaint.I have NEVER been treated this way in any whole food establishment, and I have been shopping at Whole Foods for multiple years. I was scolded, yelled at, mistreated, accused (previously) of shop lifting a soup when I had the receipt in hand AND THE STORE HAS A POLICE OFFICER STATIONED AT THE EXIT! I have been in customer service, and currently manage several stores myself and I wouldn’t allow any of my management team to treat employees or customers in this manner. I would like someone to please reach out to help resolve this matter and hopefully ensure that this treatment will not happen to any other customer or employee again.

I bought a lot of things at Whole Foods in Kentlands, and I would say that, in general, it is good, but I can not pass the fact that their pizza's quality went bad for the past few years. So don't recommend buying it at all.The last thing was last Saturday for Mother's Day. It was really disappointing the way they did not take good care of their flowers. I bought 6 bouquets in the morning of Saturday and 2 more later the same day. The first ones were good, but the other two were a disaster. I don't understand why they were reckless and sold rotten flowers. It was embarrassing to give them as a gift, and when they opened the bouquet, the flowers were rotten.

This store is huge and literally has everything. They also carry the refrigerated dog food my dog eats. I came to drop off a return for Amazon. The cashiers were very friendly, and quickly helped me. They have a wide selection of fresh items. This was my first time visiting this store, it was a nice experience.

Whole Foods offers a wide variety of high-quality products, fresh organic produce, and innovative merchandise. Despite being a bit pricey, the quality is great and a lot better for you. They even have a water refill machine 30¢/gal..

Shopped at deli for first time. Prices were very good for items I needed. I was especially impressed with the man working the counter. He was extremely polite, pleasant, efficient and his demeanor has made me want to return. I haven't been treated so well at a deli counter in Giant or Safeway in years.

Whole Foods is my favorite grocery store. The produce is really fresh and there are a wide variety of items. All of the team members that I have interacted with were very kind and helpful. I appreciate being able to return Amazon items here.

Even on a Saturday morning, was able to get in and out quickly with all my weekly staples. Good food. Didn’t need to take my credit card out of my pocket because I scanned my Amazon shopping app at self-checkout.

This reviews for takeout and catered food. We spent approximately $90 on side dishes for Thanksgiving after a 45 minute wait for the side dishes we realized that there was no instructions on how to heat these for dinner. We were able to look it up online, they were not a hit, and we’re almost inedible, I thought whole foods are supposed to be a little bit better than your other grocery store chains.. note, I do appreciate whole foods and their selection of fresh vegetables and produce.

Do not but any food from the quick food counter that contains liquids because the cardboard container used to contain it will collapsed and spill all over (see photo). I paid $15 for for the Indian style chicken dish similar to what I bought at my local carry out (photo) for half as much (corrected for the same amount) ... and the carryout was much better ...and they gave me a good plastic container that did not mess up the floor of my car.. a nasty rip off that will take a huge effort to clean up.

I have shopped at this Whole Foods location for years and usually have a pleasant experience where I am able to buy quality products that I feel good about putting into my body. However, I do not know what’s going on recently but I am having far too many instances where I am buying spoiled food !About a month ago, I bought ground turkey that was spoiled and that was a dinner and a meal prep ruined for me. A couple of weeks ago I got “fresh Italian sausage” straight from the meat counter… got home to cook it and it was already spoiled ! Today I got packages of feta cheese that ironically were on sale and BOTH packages had a greenish liquid and pungent smell so those were both expired as well. None of these items were anywhere near to being expired.Please, please, please Whole Foods check the refrigerators or make sure you are thoroughly inspecting the food before putting it out for sale ! Yes I can get a refund but this is highly inconvenient and I am starting to feel like I can’t trust at least this location.

Parking lot is crazy and produce area is a bit tight. This location seemingly is a hub for Amazon returns with a standalone return center at the front of the store. I've run into a fair amount of expired food recently and have found customer service to have declined. Used to feel special as a customer, but service has leveled to the nothing special level.

I love getting my groceries here. The products are fresh but a bit overpriced. I do like the self checkout section cause most of the time I have only a few items. I love their hot bar and the sushi station. They are always fresh and delicious. During weekends it gets really busy.

Great organic product , but slightly pricey! Staff are very knowledgeable and diverse. I usually come to refill my water bottles its 39cents per gallons! And they have a good variety of water. The parking is also very convenient.

Absolutely disgusting customer service! Noticing from the reviews that Melissa is a manager? This explains A LOT! She does not need to be a manager! She does not even know the company's policies!Also, If you are of another race, she will treat you as if you're a criminal! I see from the reviews this is a normal thing for her. Karma will catch up with her!Tai at customer service is clueless to what is going on, yet they have her assisting at the customer service desk and she does not know ANYTHING! You ask her for help and she looks around for another staff to come help. Why is she there?!?I have been shopping here for years. This store has really went downhill as of lately!

It appears like everyone loves this location...... It's really nice, so I see why. And the staff is really friendly and helpful. I was actually able to find many affordable options and I was able to find a lot of "hard to find elsewhere" things.... I have no complaints.

I very much enjoy this whole foods and only come to this location ever since i’ve stopped working closer to the city. The hot prepared foods / deli area are so delightful. The best grocery store pizza slice I have ever had its always a must whenever I shop. I cannot find organic posole corns anywhere at any physical store but whole foods sells the dry variety so pretty cool.

Whole Foods is normally a good place to shop, however this morning I purchased a product that had a best by date of 11/4/21. This is totally unacceptable.As you can see, the paper dividers were completely covered in mold and could have caused severe illness and or death.

Usually we have a good experience with inventories and product selection, however we had a very rough experience tonight: We came in to do our regular grocery shopping. Prior to this visit we have had wonderful and helpful associates answer our questions or help us find a product. Today I simply wanted to ask if by chance the store had more of a particular oatmilk I like since the shelve was empty. I didn't find an associate so I simply walked back where the restrooms are located at this particular store, did not go to the employee only area and saw the store manager (Melissa Niane).I told her I had a question, she barked at me in a loud voice and said she was busy and was calling employees to come to work because they needed to prepare for the snow storm. I then politely asked I was wondering if they had more oatmilk, she then got louder and angrier, replied what is out is what we have in store. At this point I replied by saying there is no need to be rude. She then followed me and said I shouldn't have bothered her. My husband was shocked she was yelling at me from the restroom area. I couldn't believe how rude a store manager replied to a customer who approached her in a respectful manner.I don't understand this type of customer service from a grocery store like Whole Foods. I have never been treated in this manner. The store manager (Melissa Niane) is rude to customers.We found the milk by the way, it was moved from its normal location to a huge end cap in front of the registers, something that the store manager would know off the top of her head.

On November 10th, early in the morning, the self checkout cashier (short and built up lady in her 40’s) was extremely rude when I asked her a question. She literally barked at me in front of the other customers. I’ve been coming to this whole foods for the past 5 years and usually employees are very friendly and helpful. This lady was NOT. I hope a manager reads this and ensures employees are respectful and have basic customer service skills.

Melissa Niane the store manager is a disgusting, RACIST, lard of a human being. Have been shopping here for 20 years, never had any issue returning items or with any of the employees. Everybody is ALWAYS kind and accommodating. This behemoth of a person however, spoke with the upmost disrespect to my family AND the original employee helping as we attempted to return an item with no receipt, purchased here with a sticker that says Whole Foods market KENTLANDS with a DATE on it, purchased one day prior. The reason for the return is because they CONSTANTLY leave out old items on the shelves for sale, this product was packaged 3 days ago still being sold as “fresh”. There are absolutely no clear signs anywhere in the store emphasizing the fact that a receipt is required, and instead of nicely explaining this to a customer who spends 1,000+ a month here, she raised her voice with a NASTY tone. Not sure if she didn’t eat her 8th meal of the day yet but this UNACCEPTABLE behavior. This sad creature has no place working as a “manager” yet alone employed at a company like this. Corporate office and regional managers have been contacted as well. Much love Melissa Niane, we know all about you.

This store is well kept. The prices are what I’d expect. The produce is good though when I get groceries delivered mire often than not, I get bad or not soo good produce. The meat is of good quality. The cakes are good. The team is helpful when needed. Parking is manageable. The general location is safe and walkable.

I just wish they had organized shopping carts better. I hate to walk back and forth just to put away the cart from the parking lot. I was surprised I couldn’t find corn tortillas from what is supposed to be the best grocery giant.

Very unsympathetic store manager. He tried to teach me what customer service is which I know how it should be. Everything should be base on the circumstances and as store manager you should try to help your customer especially a regular one at that. Tried and place some holiday sides dishes online 2 days before, the system gave me error. I called and spoke to several people, all were very nice and tried to help me. Finally transfer me to him and he said he could not help me since it past the cut off time which I understand. But than they will have some sides that will be made in store I asked to see if he could hold some for me so I can come right after work to pick it up. Instead of understand my situation and the error I have the day before when I tried to place the order, all he could said were sorry we can’t hold anything and we can’t make exception. I have been coming here for the past 5 years and always have wonderful experience but today I am very disappointed with the manager and his customer service skill.

2 times they forgot HALF my delivery. The delivery staff is a joke! This is the most poorly managed wholefoods I've ever seen. They have an issue on EVERY delivery order! They hire strange people who can't tell the difference between spoiled food! THAT IS DANGEROUS GIVING PEOPLE SPOILED FOOD!! We also recently had an incident where WE ALL GOT FOOD POISONING FROM THE SPOILED FOOD THAT WAS DELIVERED!!! EVERY delivery is ALWAYS WRONG. WHATS THE POINT OF PAYING FOR AMAZON PRIME IF YOU CANT GET A SIMPLE DELIVERY CORRECT ONE TIME!!! WHOS DOING THE HIRING HERE!!??
