Service: the lady at the front desk was very professional and courteous. Prior to my appointment she informed me of their service options and the price I was told was consistent (I’ve gone to other groomers who have “hidden” fees). Also, they were the only groomer who had an availability during very busy holiday season so I greatly appreciated how quickly they were able to squeeze my bundle of joy in. The services were a quick bath and trim and nail cutting. Once I arrived to pick up my dog, he looked quite comfortable and not nervous.Grooming: Quentin was the groomer who took care of my shichon and he did a fantastic job.Thank you for exceptional service and I will definitely return!Happy holidays and thank you for your amazing service

They lost my dogs collar , the lady on the phone said the groomer gave it to another customers dog by accident . The manager said he cant do anything and no one called to update us about the situation either (its been over a week). Neither of these three people opted to do their job correctly. Its a shame because this is the only place my dog enjoyed getting groomed at , which lead me to think they must care a lot about their customer service , but if they don’t care about their customer service than you can only imagine how much they care about your dog. They really just want you to pay full price and leave.

I have been taking my babies to the Groomery for almost a year now after years of trying different groomers I finally found the perfect place for my babies. I take my 5 year old Maltese and my 1 year old Maltese/Bichon frisé mix and they always come home looking beautiful. Su & Jessica are very detail oriented, and make sure you always leave 100% satisfied.

Took our puppy Magic to the Groomery two times. The first experience was OK (even though our puppy came home with a bloodshot eye. They said he scratched himself), but the second time was horrible. The service was inconsistent. We called and asked when Magic would be done and came at the time we were told. We had to wait an hour for Magic to be done while he cried the entire time. Once done, he looked OK, but upon further examination, his cut was uneven and ragged (see picture below). It looked like a novice groomed Magic. The groomer told us Magic moved a lot, but the job looked rushed.We will not be back!*UPDATE*I received a call from The Groomery asking us to give them another try (perhaps with another groomer). I considered for a while and called back to try for the THIRD time. The same young lady that had us come and wait an hour answered the phone. I explained the situation and said we were willing to bring Magic again. I asked if we would have to pay the total price, and she replied, “Yes, you will still need to pay.” I responded, “Even though our experience was horrible?” She said, “Yes.” I told my partner, “heck no, I can’t!” It’s the horrible customer service for me.Do not use this place! The customer service is horrible.

This is the abuse my dog endured. The worst part about it was the cover up. When I called about it, I was informed that it's "normal." I've had this dog over 8 years and he's been groomed annually. Yet I've NEVER experienced their "normal." If this is normal for cutting nails, why is it the first time he's bled at his paw, especially this quantity of blood, and why is he only bleeding from one paw? Shouldn't "normal" occur more frequently and at all 4 paws?It's understandable that mistakes happen and dogs can be frisky during the grooming process, but I was not informed that he was bleeding when I picked him up, yet when I called about it, the staff was aware of it, saying they put cornstarch on it, and defined it as normal. Unacceptable. I'd have more appreciation in admission of a mistake and an apology, but instead was lied to and the incident trivialized. I'm extremely dissatisfied with not only the incident but the response to it.See attached photos of his nonstop bleeding paw and the blood stained floor. WORST grooming experience EVER.

ive been audibly in awe since i picked up my shihpoo from the groomery. she has never looked this beautiful! ive always groomed her myself but it is a night and day difference having professionals groom her. i will definitely return. i got full pet grooming, and also got this cute style, i paid $67. i also just found out on the internet i should have tipped, i didnt know because ive never taken a dog to the groomer 😅 anyways, great service, woman at front desk was lovely, as well as the groomer.

Took my girl’s puppy to get a trim and cut his nails. Mind you we dropped him off at 9 in the morning. We waited ALL day to pick him up, it was 5:30 and we still didn’t receive a call. We decided to go for ourselves and see what was going on. When we got there he wasn’t even attended. We asked to see if he was at least fed or taken out and they told us yes. When we left they were just then taking him out! They didn’t feed, taken out, or even groomed and the whole day went by. And if that wasn’t enough, they cut is leg causing an ugly rash and caused our dog to have a nasty bloody eye due to excessive force. It was that bad that we had to take our puppy to the hospital! To top it off everything that normally takes two hours was done in 30 minutes, and our dog looked the same as when we took him in.Owner will not pay up for vet bills and never apologized for the terrible And unpleasant service. Will never recommend to anyone who loves their dog and worries about their well being!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I took my puppy at 9am and he wasn't ready until 6:30 with no food, no drink and no walking. I went to pick him up at 5 (he wasn’t ready) and they decided to take him out to relieve himself after I complained. Then, the owner went out to look for my puppy (I was watching everything from the car) and I saw how he tied the collar around his neck and pulled him by the neck and my puppy began to cry (the owner continues to insist that Sugar, my puppy, would not let himself be caught ). When I got home that day, Sugar had scratches in the belly and blood on the paw. The next day, he had a bloody eye so I had to take him to the hospital. To all these, the groomer does not want to assume responsibility or pay for the hospital. Do yourself a favor and don't go there.

Since others are saying it,I like how I called and they said I could come right away to cut my cat’s nails, and it was $10 compared to $20 elsewhere, but I didn’t like how they handled my cat. The person there literally swung the crate around when I handed my cat over, banged it into walls, and there was just a forceful nature to their handling. Made me upset they treated my cat so roughly. Rude. But hey maybe I’m being soft, maybe it was an off day for them, and the service was in and out for $10

My dog is soaking wet still with a vinegar smell. Seems from a late bath and no dryer time. He looks worse than when he went in. It's ok to turn down dogs if you're overwhelmed or you don't think it's a task you can take on, but he should have still left in better condition than at drop off. He looks butchered. 3rd attempt with this groomer and disappointed again.

We took our dog here a couple of times. Your experience will depend on the groomer some are good and some are not so great.We found a groomer we liked so we took our dog in and had to leave him for a number of hours.When we got our dog back he was extremely sick all night constantly vomiting. Finally in the morning he vomited up this massive hairball of golden fur...our dog is jet black so it was fur from another dog at the groomery.Now we have to take him to the vet to make sure he's ok. Needless to say we aren't going back

Cathy and Donna do an amazing job of making my three dogs look their absolute best!!!!! We have been using them for over 20 years. They are kind, knowledgeable, professional, empathetic, and awesome. We couldn't be any happier with their work. My dogs love them and we receive compliments all the time about how great they look.

We’ve been taking our dogs to The Groomery for years now and they always do a wonderful job. They offer straight-through appointments, so I can pick up my pups as soon as they’re finished. They also have a nice play area outside for dogs who stay there. Everyone there is also so friendly!

First time here and didn't get a great vibe. Although the female at the front desk spoke she just grabbed my pet without asking his name. There was a man smoking on the front porch (staff, who didn't even speak) who I found out was a groomer he looked very unprofessional. This establishment should also invest in a deodorizer it doesn't smell or look clean at all. Not sure if I'll return.

The only reason I gave this facility 3 stars is because the female at the front desk was pleasant. However, she didn't even ask what my cat's name was. The place smelled of dirty dogs as soon as you walked in the front door. One of the groomers was smoking on the front porch another horrible smell. Not sure if I will return.

The staff at The Groomery take wonderful care of my long-haired cat. I take him there at the change of seasons, when he's shedding, because I can't keep up with it, even with daily brushing. The Groomery does a great job! He comes back with a silky coat. All the excess fur is gone, and if he had any dandruff, that's gone, too. Although my cat is happy to come home after his grooming session, I can say that he's never upset from having spent the day at the groomer. They are very kind to him.

I get my Teacup Persian shaved for a lions cut every summer. Last year I brought him to a groomer (not here) and they couldn't finish the job saying he was too upset so I picked up a half shaved cat. The last groomer used a small room with multiple cages filled with barking dogs. My cat is a sweetheart but hates any form of personal hygiene...brushing, bathing, nail trimming, ear cleaning, etc. I made an appointment with Roy and pre-warned the staff that he might be a fierce 7 pounds to handle. Dropped him off in the morning and got a voicemail a few hours later that he was ready to be picked up. I expected to hear how terrible he was and be picking up another half shaved cat. Not the case at all! Roy told the staff that he was absolutely fine and my little fur baby (not so much anymore) looked great. If Roy could teach me his ways on just trying to tackle brushing him then I'd give him 6 stars. Will definitely be back! Reasonably priced, well worth The Groomery taking great care of my little guy.

Wish I could put 10 stars....These guys are amazing. My 8 month old Havanese puppy was groomed today at the Groomery and was mess when I took him in (bad prior grooming due to miscommunication). They spent at least 5 minutes going over my instructions, offering advice and establishing a long range plan for how he would look. I picked him up 2 hours later and he has a puppy cut designed to grow into a longer cut and he looks and smells AMAZING! Very reasonably priced with an excellent following and reputation well earned!

I take my dog here all the time. Jessica is the best! I highly recommend her. I would give this place 5 stars but the lack of communication is terrible. Sometimes you have to call consistently and leave voice messages just to get an appointment. Also, the place needs some renovations.

We’ve been coming here for daycare a while, and my dog seems very happy. When I drop her off, I feel safe, and when I ask her is she wants to go see Stacy at The Groomery she gets excited and jumps around. She is beloved by the groomers and staff there, and even though she doesn’t get groomed, she comes home smelling so good!

Our pets LOVE The Groomery! We take our pitties there several times a year for boarding, and about every 6 weeks to get their nails clipped and ground (smoothed). We also take our cats there for grooming. Always well done!

I had been going here for 12 1/2 years with my 1st wire fox terrier which we clipped. With my 2nd wire fox terrier, I wanted hand stripped and was going to go to another groomer for hand stripping but the receptionist said they did hand stripping. I was thrilled and scheduled an appointment. However, they really do not do a full hand strip which they never stated such to me. Paid $136 for a clip and maybe a partial hand strip. I questioned the groomer when I picked up our dog that she didn’t look hand stripped because the colors were faded but she said did. Took our dog to our breeder and an expert hand stripper who is visiting and she advised the dog was only hand stripped on the legs, not the back nor face. Called the Owner of the shop to express my concerns. Advised I would bring our dog in for him to see him, but he just gave me excuses. Asked for a partial refund since we did not get a full hand strip but he kept saying they didn’t do show grooming. I said, “But your receptionist advised us you did hand stripping.” Needless to say we did not get a partial refund even though we had been a loyal customer for 12 1/2 years. Sadly, I will not be returning.

I am a new pet owner and found this place based on the reviews. I have used them already three times. They do a very good job grooming my dog, easy to get an appointment and friendly staff.
