We are regular shoppers at our neighborhood Teeter. Last month we were running late and for the first time wandered over to the sandwich deli. Not expecting much from a sub inside our grocery store, I fumbled through the basic menu on the wall and ordered a roast beef with Swiss cheese. What really struck me was Steve R. Behind the counter. It didn't take him long to figure out I'd never ordered there before. Instead of treating me like an idiot he walked me through their choices, quality of their meat and ways he could prepare it. Suddenly it felt more like a restaurant instead of a sandwich bar. I got a well portioned sandwich prepared with real slice fresh meat and not prepackaged frozen meat. I ordered a tuna sub as well and I could see that I was going to get the bottom if the container. Before I could make a humorous comment on that, Steve pulled the container and asked me if I could wait while he retrieved a fresh tub. Well this is my first post on a sandwich shop inside a grocery store, but we have gone back three times to snag a couple of groceries and a quick dinner. The outstanding service was combined with a price tag of just $8.49 and many combo options are available to make a full meal. It's well worth a try. Thanks Steve!

I am ALWAYS astounded by the superb customer service provided by Evan at the pharmacy in Harris Teeter Copley Place. He is always pleasant and always efficient. Not only does he go above and beyond when I (foolishly) run in for a last minute Rx, but when I frantically called regarding an emergency Rx for my mother he told me to hit the highway and get there before closing. I got there close to 8pm and he processed my mother’s Rx with 10min to spare. I can’t say enough about him.Thank you for being so amazing at what you do!

Its very convenient for the people living around crown or in crown! If you are a VIC member you will find that store very useful! It used to be open 24h a day. I don’t think it is anymore! Its my favorite place for pizza! Their pizza are thick and delicious, think of domino and mod pizza having a kid! A super large kid and a reasonable price! Staff member are very nice and friendly too. The people at the flower department are nicest !

This is ridiculous grocery store I ever visit. I'm planning to make homemade guacamole but most of them aren't available which is INSANE. I mean it's weekends they should provide ingredients in the store especially this is "GROCERY STORE" which people buying food I mean I understand if I go to retail store and they runout of size but this is one they runout of food. It's unexpected and such a good place to buy food but they are lack of maintaining the area in-stock, they don't have options for bread, fruits like strawberry, vegetables mostly gone, the salsa chips that im looking wasn't there like its horrible And I ended up buying guacamole that's ready. I don't have choice at this point even the type of breads I'm looking for wasn't available. How you will call this grocery store if it's LACK OF INGREDIENTS? When it comes of workers they're a lot and can work on this issue. Also when I checkout there's only 1 OPEN REGISTER OUT OF 8+ so ridiculous, right? And I see 10 or more people working most of them just walking and looking around. They have to pay attention to this details because they're in good location and lots of people coming over to buy what their needs.

I have to buy the groceries for order because I’m buy the stuff healthy food and salad products so but protein shake for lunch is healthy for budget purposes so meat will have better than nothing but the beef and chicken.

Blueberries: I buy two large packages a week of fresh blueberries . Last week both packages had at least half that were total Mush and zero flavor. It was $20 down the drain. My friend picked up two more, same size and from Peru as well, from Sam’s Club and they are awesome. Firm with a little crunch to them and only $6.99 each. I like HT and it is close by and I don’t mind paying a little extra but please keep an eye on your produce.Thank you. Scott

It's possibly the nicest and biggest one I've been in. The hand carved dry aged beef was a nice touch, I've never seen that in a grocery store before.

I always loved Harris Teeter subs and get them from other locations all the time, but was shocked when I got home to see this pathetic abomination. There was no ham in my Italian sub, hardly and toppings, no lettuce, and for some reason they added jalapenos, which I did not ask for. I specified swiss cheese and was given provolone. It was 80 percent bread. Never going here again!

The culture of emplyees at this store is as if every customer is a engaged in their next swindle at the self-checkout. To check out, cashier "watcher" will need to review the video to see you are planning to pay for your items, then stare you down during the transaction like you're a klepto. 12:35 pm, Dec 26th.

Open 24hrs, that alone deserves 5 stars. Great customer service and a little expensive then many big stores near by but it carries products from many European brands which I like. Always clean, and welcoming!

$5 for a pomegranate that looks red on the outside and is moldy and rotten on the insideBought six and had to throw away three and the rest were half rotten. Waste of $30. Check your produce Harris Teeter before overcharging your customers. Shame on you

Usually when I come here the employees are pleasant at best but there were 2 ladies in a row that had such a nasty attitude. One of the madam’s name was Tiara(?) The other didn’t have a name tag on. No kindness, I hope that they were just having a bad day and don’t usually act like this towards other customers when they need or ask for help.

Decently well kept Harris Teeter. Lean produce section usually has one employee loading new produce and checking freshness of the existing. They're hot bar has decent selection and because of the small size of the trays, is replaced often.

I had the audacity to doubt that Harris Teeter could possibly offer the delight of stroopwaffles, but I stand humbly corrected! In my quest for these delectable Dutch treasures, I stumbled upon the hidden gem that is Harris Teeter. Not only did they have stroopwaffles, but they had an entire aisle dedicated to the art of satisfying one's sweet tooth! The moment I sank my teeth into one of these caramel-filled marvels, I was transported to a stroopwaffle wonderland. Thank you, Harris Teeter, for proving me wrong and providing the stroopwaffle experience of a lifetime! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Good grocery store with more choices then others. 5/10/23 update: tried their pizza, they were bad. Had a slice if pepperoni and supreme. Both slices had all of the toppings gathered in the middle half of the slice, leaving the rest as a huge crust. I’ll stick with Whole Foods pizza.

I used to live near Harris Teeter and really benefited from their pharmacy points program. I accrued over $1000 of grocery bonus points. This was an grand opening they had when they had first opened. They tend to be on the pricier side , but I enjoyed the 24/7 hours and the eating area complete with free wifi.

Always well stocked and organized. The ready made food and salad bar are top notch. The cashiers are always friendly and very helpful. I can't speak for every Harris Teeter but the one at the Crown in Gaithersburg is definitely #1 on my list.

The person who was at the self-checkout yesterday 10/12 around 6:00 pm was very rude towards me and deleted everything I had scanned so a girl could scan her stuff. Keep in mind, the girl was very nice it was the worker who was rude towards me.

My complaint is the lack of responsibility this Harris Teeter takes for their property!! the produce dumpsters have trash scattered all around them and when we saw them dumping rotten produce in them - we ask if they could please pick up the trash on the ground - to which they said "it's not ours - someone else put it there". ????? so they left it sitting there - rotting, birds picking at it and getting worse by the day as they step over and around it to use the dumpsters. the rotting food dumpsters is bad enough, the smell is disgusting during the summer especially - but they refuse to simply build a simple shed to put the dumpsters in to contain the smell. the store is in the middle of a new and beautiful town center, the loading dock is directly across from condos costing greater than a half million dollars. We live in one. We actually like being that close to a grocery store - everything is walkable - it's why we and everyone in our 3 blgs bought here. But never did we think that a Harris Teeter grocery store would care so little about the neighborhood they serve that they won't even pick up the trash and litter around the bldg. We've tried to talk to the GM but have gotten no where. our next move is to contact cooperate. Come on Harris Teeter.... live up to your slogan and clean up your property!!

Fine. I hate their produce though. There's always so much sand in all their vegetables. You have to peel layered vegetables and wash every single leaf individually to get rid of the grit (like leek, green onion or Swiss chard) and then it leaves sand all over my workspace. Really annoying.

Nothing short of 5 stars. Produce is fresh and we'll organized. Good variety for everything you need. Their pharmacy is small but has all the basics. Never had a issue getting what I need. Lastly compliments to the staff you take great effort in helping you find things in the huge store. Keep up the good work.
