The pharmacy is atrocious. The service is poor, for example if you go to drop off, they’ll take people picking up who just walked up when you’ve been waiting. Further, good luck getting anyone on the phone. If they ask if you’ll hold, say no because you’ll just get hung up on. Additionally, they somehow have the hardest time managing medicines and receiving prescriptions. The entire pharmacy goes on lunch at the same time, beyond dumb. The hours are also incorrect on Google with what they show in store. 0/10.

Wouldn't choose again. Other locations are far better. In Kentlands, they just didn't have my meds in their catalog. Then, because of an IT system failure and a lack of availability of the staff, I spent 40 minutes to hear that I won't get my meds that night. Went back the day after, as advised, and the pharmacy was closed because the single pharmacist supposed to come didn't show up.

I went to the CVS and I have never been more disrespected. There was a worker named Tom, who said I looked like I would never buy some thing, and that I should leave since I am wasting his time he made me feel like dirt and inferior I will never be going back to the CVS because of this awful service

Don't like it will never return there people are nasty and not friendly or welcoming will just go to another cvs where I'm respected
