They did an amazing job grooming my dog with high anxiety. They scheduled him as the last appt and took all the needed precautions to help him feel calm. They secured their shop because he is considered high flight risk. They exceeded my expectations!

The cut my dog got was fine, I’ve had better cuts at other groomers and the price was less. However my dig was nicked in 2 places where it bled.The biggest complaint is communication, or the lack of it. The owner does not respond to phone calls or texts promptly and sometimes not at all. When she did respond it was 3 days after the appointment. Then she texted again to to tell us to find another groomer. No need, we already decided we wouldn’t go back. She was hostile and rude.

If I could give JJ 8 out of 5 stars I would. My dogs are a member of my family and she treats them like they’re a member of her own. She’s always quick to respond to last-minute appointments, she always takes care to ask how the dogs are doing that day, to see if there’s anything she needs to be considerate of, and she takes time to understand the anxious dogs and the dogs that are older that can’t get around as much. My one dog with an abuse background trusts about a handful of folks and she’s one of them. The quality of service to price ratio is pretty ridiculous, and for that alone I think you’d be pretty foolish to try to go to any other groomers in the area.

The groomers at JJs have always taken excellent care of my dogs. They are careful with my terrier with arthritis and were extremely loving to my lab-mix, Ben, before he passed. Ben became increasingly frail and fearful as his disease progressed, but he never feared going to JJs. I recently used their Do-it-yourself bathing tubs for our new puppy and was very pleased. Everything was well-stocked and clean. The professional dryers dried my dog in 5 minutes flat. This is hands down my favorite groomer in the area.

We have tried numerous other places including mobile groomers, but love this one best! The team there are great to work with and always do great job with my daughter's dog Chase.

Not recommended for self-serve dog washing. Brought our senior dog in for a bath. The tub we were assigned had not been cleaned from the prior washings and the leftover hair from the other dogs clogged the drain while our dog was standing on the platform that blocked access to the drain. What a fiasco to dig that hair out after the tub started to fill with water. THEN WE RAN OUT OF HOT WATER less than half way into the wash. We won't be going back.

If this was just based on hair cuts, I would give this groomer 3 stars. But given our recent experiences, I would give 0 stars for customer service and professionalism in person and through texts. And 0 stars for safety of the dogs while in the hands of this groomer.

They gave my puppy a decent haircut and that’s why its 3 stars. When we spoke to a rep over the phone, she said the price is, and i quote - “no more than $65.00”. When my Dogwalker took my pup there for his haircut, the price jumped to $115. And then came down to $95 after my Dogwalker said that wasn’t the right price.1. How does price jump and down just like that?2. Why would you quote over the phone when you haven’t seen the dog?3. The cut itself wasn’t I asked for.Good luck with your business.

I recommend never using this lady. She is rude, disrespectful, and most definitely not professional. She does not take accountability for poor performance. How she speaks and responds to conflict is awful. Not a business owner I would ever want to do business with. So be warned and be careful.
