The store itself is very clean and great customer service. Loads of different products not available in my area that has no HT. The reason for the low score is the bakery product of a fruit tart. It has a strong chemical smell and the taste is off. It looks amazing but the texture of the filling is not good. Crust is alright and the fruit was semi fresh. I understand it mY have been sitting a while and if that was the case shame on me for not checking when it was made. Shame on them for the quality. Giant Foods has better and I made one for my wife's birthday 17 years ago and she said it was better. The fruit glaze was better than this tasteless glaze. Better luck next time. 1.5 slices eaten and the rest for the yard birds. $17.00 not worth it. Sorry.

This place is not very clean at all, especially for a grocery store. Love their blueberry muffins. However, the last 3 times I have been in to purchase some, there are flies flying around in the pastry display cabinet. This is very disturbing!!!! Will add a photo next time I go in...

A well stocked store. Had my favorite store brand Harris Teeter crunchy peanut butter. A plus...was the fresh smoked salmon for purchase by net weight.Yum! Kudos this site surpasses the laurel location where the items stay unstocked for months.

The store is clean and the staff here are helpful and attentive. Staff are quick to help. Once when I dropped some items on the floor, staff members immediately helped me to pick things up. The self checkout line can get very long at times. 4 stars only because I've had some bad luck occasionally with rotten produce.

The sushi here is ridiculously good. I didn’t expect restaurant quality but that’s what I got. I give the store five stars just for the quality of the ready made meals. But yeah the sushi’s is amazing. The rice was perfectly prepared and the roll was perfectly crafted.

I used to like shopping here for the occasional good prices. Since Howard County started charging a tax for plastic bags I would go to the HT in Laurel that gives nice handled paper bags. Recently I asked for paper bags and they told me they do not have them. The Food Lion across the highway (Route 29) will give you paper bags for free.

Great store. Best in area. Superbly managed. The staff is courteous and helpful. They insist on walking you over to the proper aisle when you ask for an item, even when it is on the other side of the store, despite my urging them not to. Once I forgot a pricey item in the bottom of my cart. I called to ask if someone found it and returned it. The manager told me that he “thought some one did “ he asked me what it was and told me it would be waiting at the front desk for me. When I came back I tried to show my receipt and he said that was not necessary. 😀

All the employees are so friendly at this HT! We got some great sushi. Don't even bother stepping foot inside the joint if you're hungry because you'll spend $200. A super nice store that's enjoyable to browse~

Now this store I Love. Employees are also nice and helpful. Ready to greet you in passing. Quick help when you're in need. Yes some things are high prices but that's due to the quality of the products. Now there are so many things much lower than in other stores. If you take the moment and look around you will find much greater value and quality of items. People tell me to shop at other stores around and I tell them to give Harris Teeter a try. So much cleaner, smells good and the store is kept up will all cleanliness. The employees have a great attitude and ready to assist at any given moment. I always get in and out on my lunch break or before going home. Quick service. I say "Let Harris Teeter be your shopping place." Thanks Harris Teeter.

Lines are always long but the staff is helpful, the selection is plentiful. The ambiance is calm and warm and not too busy. I just hate shopping so no grocery store will ever get higher than a 4 star from me. Lol

Some good pub food here in a relaxed sports atmosphere. Friendly service. Large menu so sure to have something for everyone. We were able to enjoy the outdoor seating.

I love Harris Teeter and the outstanding customer service and employees. This location is an exception and epic fail. Store is dirty, disorganized with aisle blocked with poorly placed displays. Vegetables were poor quality...wilted and far from fresh.Employees are rude, slow and not interested in helping customers. Manager on duty didn’t know what she was doing. Only two registers opened in late morning just before lunch hour and two of the slowest employees on registers.Thankfully there are other locations in the area. Avoid this location at all costs

Update 3/14/22HT is still a good local grocery store. However, produce isn't as fresh as it used to be. Prices are high, lines can be long.-----Original Review:This HT location is great-- it's close to several neighborhoods and only a walk away from Maple Lawn. Service is always great and the store is usually properly staffed (especially at the cashier stands). The food selection is great and they have far more produce availability than the Food Lion across the street. Plenty of free samples too alongside free sugar cookies for the kids.

It was horrible. Zero cashiers! Had do use self check out if you had one item or two hundred. Agitated manager said he couldn't get anyone to come in. Lines all the way down the aisles! Miserable store. Will not go back. My time is more valuable.

Great selection and good prices for most groceries. Meat counter selection is slim, but quality is consistently good. Great cheap subs.Produce selection is usually disappointing. Try the nearby Food Lion if you're looking for produce.

Massive Harris Teeters with a wide range of selections and always in stock. I've bought quality cheeses, chicken buckets, aloe drinks, and stuff beyond food. They've got everything. They also have aisles dedicated to Asian cuisine, including Indian.

I have shopped at HT most of my adult life. I'm from Charlotte where they were founded and their HQ is/was located. They are a premium grocery store and have lived up to that in the past. The Fulton store used to be very well run, but now, it is consistently understaffed, and the staff are inattentive, slow moving, distracted, more interested in each other than the customers. Lines can be down the aisles. Tonight - Friday around 5:15, there were only 2 check out lines open and no one manning the self checkout. After waiting in a line down the aisle, I needed assistance at the self checkout. No one was there. I had to flag down an employee who finally notified someone. Finally, after about 10 minutes of waiting, someone came out of the office, shuffling across the floor, taking his sweet time. He never apologized or asked the issue. Never muttered a word. I told him they needed to do better; there was not enough staff, lines were long, the self checkout was unmanned. He didn't bother to respond to me. Terrible! This is not how HT was built. I blame Kroger who purchased them.
