They are always understaffed and provide consistently poor service with long wait times. They will close the drive thru and not put up a sign. It is not the people there it is the CVS management.

The drive thru window wasn't available because the store was inderstaffed. The pick up line was long and when I got to the front the employee "helping" me was incredibly rude and unable to even understand how a hyphenated last name worked. Sylvain you truly have "incredible" customer service skills, keep it up pal.

I was waiting on the phone on hold for over 40 minutes without an answer. I’m leaving town tomorrow and need my prescription today. My prescription was sent in five days ago and still hasn’t been filled.

I TRANSFERRED MY PRESCRIPTION FROM HARRIS TEETER TO CVS BECAUSE THE DRIVE-THROUGH WINDOW. I AM HANDICAPPED AND THE DRIVE-THROUGH MADE IT EASIER TO PICK UP. HOWEVER, FOR THE LAST TWO WEEKS THE WINDOW HAS BEEN CLOSED BECAUSE LACK OF PERSONNEL. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF THIS IS A PERMANENT SITUATION OTHERWISE I WILL TRANSFER THE PRESCRIPTIONS BACK TO HARRIS TEETER, AT LEAST HARRIS TEETER HAS ELECTRIC SCOOTERS WHICH MAKES IT EASIER.

Fairly friendly staff, but twice now they've told me they had medication in stock, only to find out by calling myself to follow up or coming in that my prescription was backordered. No one called to let me know, or told me when I dropped them off in the morning, when I specifically asked about stock.

No one answers the phone, long lines in store where you’re waiting forever, when you need to have a prescription transferred it gets lost. I’m not sure why they don’t turn things around.

Horrible drive through. Need to put someone who knows what they are doing at the drive through window to keep line moving faster. Can’t hear them on microphone asking multiple times the same questions and then disappearing from the window all for a simple COVID test. Don’t offer the service if you can’t put competent people responsible for doing it.

I will say, the pharmacist in charge is rude (staff is nice though) and they have a policy of not filling prescriptions for new customers until they've had a chance to call the prescribing doctor to verify the prescription, so the first time you go there you'll have to wait until they can get in touch with the doctor. HOWEVER, they are rarely very busy (probably b/c they drive off a lot of customers) and a few months ago when there was an Adderall shortage this was literally the only CVS out of 12 or so I tried that was able to fill the prescription. So I think they're a pretty good fallback option if you've got thick skin or can avoid talking to the pharmacist.

My family has been using this pharmacy since we moved here over six years ago. We have found the folks at the pharmacy to be very helpful and accomodating. The employees are professional and personable even when they are busy. I have found the pharmists assigned here to be quite helpful in explaining prescriptions to me as I have reactions to alot of various drugs. Thanks for the hard work guys and gals. We appreciate your hard work and what you do to help keep us well.

Horrible bedside manner/very rude. They even called a client once to verify a rx I called in rather than call myself (dr). A client of mine had an improper medication filled because they misunderstood the rx per my message (luckily client called me!). It could have been life threatening. Be cautious of this pharmacy with the carelessness of the main male pharmacist.

One of the staff members tried to assaultme. His name is Matt. My boyfriend is taking care of it. Do not go to this store. We both work for the German government and I was threatened just for going into the store to get something for my boyfriend while he was supposed to be at work. This is a huge problem, you are not supposed to treat customers this way.
