Pharmacy drive thru window is never open anymore and the line inside is absurdly long. They also don’t open the store consistently on time. Store hours claim they are open but doors are locked. It’s 8:15 AM, both customers and vendors both have to wait outside until someone decides to open. This place sucks and has gone way down hill.

The pharmacy has become a nightmare. Our work insurance forces us to use CVS so we have been stuck with them for years now. They don't answer the phone on days they are understaffed (I actually had a staff member admit this to me as a defense), they don't locate other CVS pharmacies that have your medicine when they run out, they fill prescriptions days after the due date, they lost prescriptions my doctor sent in electronically three times. They tried to charge me $140 for my dog's generic Zoloft when you gan get it for $10 everywhere else (a simple google search shows this). When I declined they "discounted" it to $79. I finally had another pharmacy contact them to transfer all of my prescriptions (I will pay out-of-pocket with GoodRx). It has been more than a week and the new pharmacy still has not been able to get CVS to respond to their request. I went into CVS a few days ago to facilitate this transfer. Still, nothing. It is disgusting that the government has allowed CVS to become such a large monopoly that it no longer needs to staff or run its pharmacy appropriately or decently. Instead, CVS' is on shoving its pharmacy plan down everyone's throat through junk employee plans (another monopoly). All while the people at the top make billions and continually slash services and salaries until it is a clown show for the end user. I know pharmacists and pharmacy staff are in short supply and generally overworked. But even accounting for this, this CVS is not doing its job.

This CVS pharmacy has really gone downhill. There was a time when you could get your prescriptions filled in a timely manner here. That hasn't been the case for me the last few times. My last refill was called in last night. I was informed that I could pick it up after 8:00pm that night. I went to pick it up at 1:00pm the following day, and was told that it wasn't ready, and would I mind coming back at 2:00pm to pick it up? because it was their lunch time. This pharmacy is going backwards with customer service.

I would give this zero stars if I could. This is absolutely the worst CVS I have ever been to and I am writing this after multiple years of being a customer. I never see the same staff twice at the pharmacy and it has now been THREE DAYS since an eye drop was called in and it is still not ready. There are no pills to count for this. It should be a quick and easy fill. The staff is completely inept. I received a text that one script was ready. Went to pick it up and was told to come back in 20 minutes. Waited, and was told by another staff member to wait 20 minutes. I will be transferring all my prescriptions elsewhere because I am done trying to work with this pharmacy.

Thank you THUYEN in drive thru, the only person to actually fix my dual profile error. Others have asked me about it for months...I have no idea why or how I had two different addresses but that's what it was. Others asked me about it, as I stood there many times waiting for them to say "what's the correct information " but nope....not until today comin thru drive thru at that.....Thuyen ✋️ stopped and got it done.

This location is always well-stocked compared to the other CVS stores around. Never used the pharmacy so I don’t know about that, but they are advertised here as opening at 7:00 and on the store front they say 8:00 every day, and they often won’t let you in for another 15 minutes.

Waiting five days for a prescription to be filled is absurd. They are grossly understaffed. Their drive thru is closed and if you’re mobility-challenged there’s no alternative to parking and standing in line. The lines are long no matter what time of day you go to the pharmacy. I tried to have my script mailed but they couldn’t do that, either.Consistently the worst CVS I’ve ever been to.

Don't bother coming to pick up your prescription the time they say it'll be ready, it's never ready on time. Better to come the next day; I have tried to pick up a prescription 4 hours after they said it would be ready and it wasn't ready. Probably more of an issue with corporate CVS automated systems being incorrect about prescription fill times but the experience is still bad at this location.Staff is professional and polite though, so that's good.

Others have mentioned how this location doesn’t seem to monitor or care about answering phone calls. It’s incredibly frustrating in general but absolutely irresponsible for a pharmacy. I’d give 0 stars for worlds most worthless pharmacy if I could

Downgrading from 3 to 2 stars.Repeatedly told incorrect information about stock, delaying when I get my medication.Medication has slipped from 20 minute wait to 32 hour wait, to 54 hour wait. I specifically asked about stock when I dropped off the prescriptions, and was never notified about the delays.Rep said that that have computer problems on Mondays, and are understaffed so they usually catch up by the end of the week -- not super useful when you're I'll. Also haven't been getting automated texts, which the rep said is a problem that corporate is having right now.Everyone I spoke with had been friendly, but the incorrect communication and lack of communication is unprofessional and a serious problem for those who need to take meds within a time frame as directed.

Tags were confusing and shelves were not very well stocked. Two employees were behind the counter while 3 customers were forced to be cashiers at the self checkout. Customer service was as bad as expected. Prices, on the other hand, were even higher than expected.

The worst CVS branch I’ve ever encountered. I just left the pharmacy(after dropping off my prescription 4hours prior) and when I returned, the pharmacy employee Quan (I think that’s her name due to her heavy accent) says, I have to come back the following day. When I asked why, she said she had to contact my insurance company for verification. I explained I have been getting these meds for over 4 years (and this was just a refill)from the same location and had a doctor visit that same day explaining my insurance hasn’t changed in the past 6 hours! Mechanically she says come back at 10 am( without returning my prescription). I’ll do a a follow up tomorrow and am glad I recorded the entire encounter! Never use this establishment!!!

You’re a great big chain!! Hire more people!!! If you have to go inside to get your prescriptions you’re waiting in line AT LEAST 15 minutes!! And there’s always 5+ cars in the drive through!! The people inside should come before the ones in the car!!

This pharmacy is bad and the staff don't care. They show no urgency. I came a day later for a prescription because I know how slow they are. I was the only customer there and they still wanted me to wait 20 min. Previously, they sighed when I wanted to use a discount card my health provider gave me, and told me it won't work so just pay. I insisted, and a grumpy manager bashed a few extra keys and the card gave me a big discount. Fulton's a nice area and it deserves competent staff.

The pharmacy here needs to do better. I have received medication for my children that was not completely processed, and several times have had a doctor send in a prescription but the pharmacy didn't tell the doc or me that the medication was not available. Very disappointing pharmacy experience every time.

The store is always clean, organized, and full of the newest products. You can always count on a full selection of high-quality makeup, skincare supplies, menstrual products, perfume, etc. If you need it - it's here.I get all my prescriptions here, and the pharmacy staff is very accommodating. It can be challenging to make changes to your prescriptions on the phone, so beware of that. While they have hired many new staff members, they tend to be short-staffed. Nevertheless, I can get in and out in 10 minutes! Whenever the self-checkout isn't working, they are always so gracious and solve the problem quickly and efficiently.I highly recommend this CVS location!

This is the WORST PHARMACY!!!!! The staff is super rude and the drive thru is supposed to be 2 lanes it's only one and plan on waiting 15-20mins per car ahead of you and when you go in the really tall white guy talks to you like you are the dumbest person in the world and is soooooo rude!!!!!! The only thing they are great about is shutting down the pharmacy for lunch doesn't matter if you are in line or not they will slam the gate right in your face no matter how long you have been waiting in line!

They NEVER pickup the phone. Prescriptions are never ready on time. Some of the techs don't even know how to run insurance through the system or find a prescription sent by a physician .On top of their incompetence, they are nasty. It seems like they are not getting paid to do their jobs. If you are not happy then quit. Nobody is forcing you to work.

The worse lie, disrespectful, and nasty Men, especially Brian Kim. All the ladies there seem to be okay.When they give you generic medicines, make sure that they are FDA approved.Do not trust them with anything they say.I had enough with them, I transferred my prescriptions somewhere else.

Save your sanity and avoid this pharmacy. Very poorly organized. Filled prescriptions were on the floor! Took the associate almost 15 minutes to find my prescription under the rubble. After numerous bad experiences with this location, I’m transferring my prescriptions elsewhere.

I have Covid and picked up a rx at the drive thru. I asked the clerk for my rx and a box of Sudafed. She refused saying she could only get me medications that were directly in front of her. I said I have Covid I cannot come in, please get me a box of Sudafed. She refused, telling me I would have to find someone to come in for me-I told her I have no one who can help me. She didn't care whatsoever. Which made me have to go into the store, exposing all of the customers and staff. The Sudafed was on a shelf within 10 paces from the pharmacy and within sight of the clerk at the window! This type of policy/behavior is outrageous and bereft of logic and simple human courtesy!

As many have stated this CVS is not up to par so many staff changes. Pharmacist "OLAO" does not listen. Very rude. cuts off patients while they are speaking. It used to be very good the service has been consistently going down hill

I have had so many problems at this pharmacy it’s not even funny. Medications are not filled on time, the employees (at least the ones I’ve had experience with) are downright incompetent and I just feel like they don’t care or they don’t even want to try to help you. Once my refills are out, I’m switching to another pharmacy.

The pharmacy here is terrible, don't fill your prescriptions here. We moved away 6 months ago and transferred all our prescriptions and they keep pulling them back from our new pharmacy and filling them then calling to say they ar ready for pick up. I have called numerous times and they won't stop. They receive incentives on how many prescriptions they fill....and we used to wonder why they were so busy. They are even filling old prescriptions and new ones right after so someone who is confused would have no idea what to take. They are unsafe and don't care about their customers/patients.

This is one of the nicest CVS stores I have ever been in. I was there for my COVID vaccine. It was so organized from the check-in to the actual vaccine to the 15 min wait time to make sure you were ok. I had a very short wait in which the staff was very gracious and apologetic. Kathryn, the manager, came back to make sure everyone was doing ok and let us know what was going to happen and explained the reason that we needed to wait the 15 mins. She offered water to folks in the after area.After my vaccine I did a little shopping. The store was extremely clean and the shelves are well stocked.Every last person I spoke to in the store was very professional and soooo nice! This store is about 20 mins from my home and I have to pass at least 2 other CVS stores to get there, but it may become my new store. .
