I had an old white woman ring me up at 7am 03/19/2024. She talk to her associate the whole transaction. I bought a small coffee and put the rest on gas. As I walk away as she putting in the dollar amount and she could even got the draw open I ask could I put my number in for the rewards her mood change but she said yes then I grab a rewards card and asked her do I online to register my account she pause like I’m bothering her then said yes. I thanked her said have a nice day she told the white man next in line I’m sorry to keep you waiting. How did he wait for a total of 1 minute because everything went so fast and I was the only customer in line at first? She told him gave a nice day but not me even though I told her that. I won’t be going back in there no more. That was my go to place for gas and coffee after I take my son to work. The other Royal Farms places always ask do you have a rewards card so you don’t forget

People here are always polite and respectful. Very clean store and ready to help. I have been in many royal farms but Fruitland store is the best.

Attempted to use a coupon for a cigarette purchase this morning, the manager/cashier was very rude and spoke to me in an extremely condescending tone in front of other employees and customers causing me tremendous embarrassment insinuating that I was attempting fraud. I was unaware of the electronic coupon policy. She was so adamant about being rude that she didn’t even card me (for age verification) yet she spoke to me so rudely. I would think that the priority would be upholding the law in age verification regarding cigarette sales over a $2.50 cigarette coupon! This was my last day going to royal Farms. I’ll burn my gas and patronize Wawa where my business is appreciated and the staff is at least friendly and welcoming. Poor customer interaction is absolutely unacceptable!

Nice new store. Everything is professional about this store. Nick- the Manager- is on top of things! I see the poor review left by a user who has given all five other reviews a one star and mentioned "names" in all reviews. This is the place to go for good service, food, and gas!

Omg I went in today at lunch and it was packed!!! The sub was made wonderful and with ❤️! There was only one lady working and making all the sandwiches for atleast 10 people! Think her name was tonya but she had it handled! Meanwhile everybody else in the store that works there was watching her instead of helping so I just wanted to give her a shout out! Thank you!!

So I normally dont write reviews but stop in here for a breakfast sandwich before work was gonna go to mcd but decided royal farms sounded better order a sausage egg and cheese sandwich i get to work there's no sausage i could understand if you forgot the cheese but the sausage come on now that's the main part 🙄

Pretty much what you'd expect of a Royal Farms. Chicken was fresh and delicious. Plenty of snacks and drinks. Easy in and out of the parking lot too.

This location is HORRIBLE! If possible, I would give zero stars. Customer service is non-existent. Self checkout is pointless when there's no one to grab stuff from behind the counter?
