I cannot praise Journey Pet Services enough for how they handled such a delicate situation. From the original call, to leaving my recently departed family member, (Petey our Bulldog) to returning him to our family, we were treated with kindness and the utmost respect. The staff was so understanding and empathetic I knew Petey would be treated with dignity and care. The staff take pride in what they do and the level of service they provide. I would never use anyone else. Thank you, Journey, from the bottom of our family’s heart.

I was so touched by everything I got back from Journey. The little details they put into everything is noticed and beyond appreciated. Everything was so beautiful from the urn to the pendant necklace. The clay & ink paw prints were perfect and the plaque on the clay paw print was a great detail. Thank you, Journey, for making this difficult time a little bit easier.

We had our 15 year old yorkie Joey creamated by the staff they were very nice sat and talked with us and made us feel welcome. No question went unanswered Caleb and Dawson were gentlemen and I am glad we had Joey creamated by their service Thank you Ken and Bonnie Thomas

Funkstown Animal Clinic sent our euthanized 15 year old Staffordshire mix bulldog to Journey. A young man (Dawson?) took care of Smokey's cremation and presented it lovingly in a beautiful wood box. He spent around an hour asking about Smokey. Wonderful young man. Frostburg is on the way to our farm in WV. It gave us peace knowing Smokey's last trip was up into the mountains of Western Maryland.

The owner is so kind, and gentle. She talked with me when I went to pick up our sweet boy. She made sure to taking loving care of him, they put him in a gorgeous wooden box, and put his name on the box. It just means a lot. Thank you.

Stacy (owner) is so sweet and loving . And oh my gosh her beautiful fur baby helped ease the pain of me losing my fur baby . They did a awesome job with my fur baby Bear . I pray you never need to have your fur baby cremated but if you do and you live close to Frostburg MD I highly recommend Journey . Great prices and very loving . Thank you so much Stacy.
