You can’t make a Covid booster appointment from the website and when you show up in store with no customers there your turned away because they’re booked for the day?!? Booked from what having to do your job??? And you wonder why Covid keeps spreading. Hey I’m reasonable if they were busy or had people waiting I would completely understand. Not at all the case. He says use the QR code and come back next week. Lost business for the company from my family for good. So unprofessional

Slow checkouts. Have someone standing in from of you cart and scanning item. Would work faster if they were behind the register like old times. It's like self checkout with blockage.

Nice store and very nice staff. I picked up a roasted chicken and it looked and smelled great. But when I cut into it it was some what dry.

Great store, never too busy. Roomy layout. Pharmacy manager is very accommodating. But need more low sodium brands, especially cereals and tomato sauce. I miss Francesco Rinaldi brand.

This supermarket is convenient for how close is to my house. The issue Im having Ive been going 3 days straight to the produce area and they had rotten vegetables and Garlics that are packed completely rotten. Obviously someone is not making sure produce is fresh . 2 weeks ago my wife asked me to get some strawberries and the were rotten with fungus on them. Now the garlics. So somebody is not taking the time to check on this section for sure. My wife told me this is why I never go to Weis and I only go to Giant. She has a point Giant produce section is beautifully fresh . Weis . I have been a customer for several years and it never got this bad. I decided to write this review to see if management will do something about it. I was looking for a Manager walking in the store but dint see anybody .

This Weis is absolutely lacking good management! I have been shopping there regularly because I work down the street but will go out of my way to shop elsewhere from now on. The final straw was yesterday when I stopped in to get ingredients for dinner, I got to the fish counter and there was a sign that said “Open 11:00am to 7:00om” it was 3:30 and no one was there, there were two other people there wanting some fish wondering where the person that should be serving us was. After waiting awhile I called the store to let them know I was waiting and could they send someone to help me. The person on the phone said he would “try to find a manager”. NO ONE came!! I went to the front of store and asked to speak to a manager, I started to check myself out and was almost done when the manager, Richie came over to talk to me. When I asked him if someone could please help me with the fish he said he was allergic and couldn’t get near the counter and no one else knew the codes to use so they couldn’t help anyone with the fish until the seafood employee showed up. When I asked him why he didn’t change the sign he simply had no answer. Apparently this is a manager who really doesn’t want to work at all and really doesn’t care if he causes people to shop elsewhere… so I will!

I have been shopping at Weis for years but I particularly love this store. Its always clean and well stocked BUT I want to give a big shout out to the employees. Every employee there has been polite, kind and professional, from the manager to the teenage boys..top notch. It's really impressive and appreciated. Thank you!

Several times in the last few months I have been in to get a money order and no one was working customer service during regular daytime business hours. I now call ahead before stopping in to see if customer service is open. The amount of self checkout lanes instead of a human cashier is also a big deterrent from stopping in for regular shopping

Just getting familiar with the new lay out in the store. It definitely seems like there's several new items. Love these convenient little refrigerators all over the store.2/12/22 I'm now used to the new layout and I always find what I need here. The staff is always great too.

I pulled up front and got out of my truck to let my mother out so she could get a grocery card she is not steady on her feet And what look like a manager Assumed I was gonna leave my truck there and wasn't too nice about asking meAnd I told him I was just dropping my mother offHe needs to have respect for customers that are disabled

I've been a Weis Customer for close to 20yrs. Always great service, never any issues with returned purchases. Mangers more carrying about meeting the customer needs. If they haven't, there willing to check to see if it's in stock or at another location. My Favorite place to shop.

Why sex is the best grocery store I ever went to I go to every day sometimes I miss Miss days and the employees wonder where I'm at I always come down to visit. I always tried to make the day a happy day they look for me everyday I'm just like I remember or employee. But I do not work there. All the employees are great nice to me everything matches they're more like family sometimes I get bored setting in my home. Then I go visit down next to me happy and they do. They even know my name it's just like family there. I always make her laugh and they make me laugh. always cracking jokes I always say the damn why don't you harm me but I know better because I am disabled and II drive an electric scooter around store they tell me to slow down. Or they say Here Comes speedy watch out. but I am very careful with the customs and they employed I would not cause any harm to the store at all I just like going there. It's very hard my winter come. Well I don't want to talk too long I just want to say I love weis Market and the family that you have there. I want to be pacific this is at Thomas Johnson Drive this is the only store I go toMy name is Dolores Blackwell if anyone wants to get in contact with me just tell the employees okay hey Steve me mostly everyday God bless you and have a wonderful day

Always the best meats, as far as grocery stores go. The selection and variety beat walmart. This location is tidy and clean. The air in the store is cool due to a good climate control system and there are no strange oders. I also like the automatic doors.

This Weis is better than most!!! Lines are always quick if you have to stand in one at all. The workers are so helpful. A guy named Brandon Lowman is a worker at this specific place and has helped me tremendously. I have 5 children and he seen I was frustrated in a hurry ect. He helped scan my stuff helped with coupons and even helped me take my stuff to the car and load it!!! I went back the week after and thanked him again. Of course he helped me with my coupons and anything I had questions about. Brandon had went above and beyond to make sure my shopping experience at Weis was great. I cannot thank him enough. Just for that I go to that Weis more than any other store now. You couldn't find more helpful,courteous, and caring staff anywhere else. Thank you to all the women and men who work there, that take there time to help someone in need. You are noticed and appreciated!!

People that work there are very friendly and very hope full , there pumpkin pie is to die for it's the best. Please keep making them every day. Im there about 3 times a week to get them.😉😊very good price's on most things my husband says they need to get monster's/ cokes in bottles on sale 5/10 always 3/10.00not a good sale he says.other then that.. Good

I found everything I was looking which was great. I went to the self serve register. Unfortunately I had to stop about 10 times because it wanted the cashier's approval. Usually it was when I was putting items in the bags on the far right. Apparently it wasn't registering the items I put down. It kept asking about the weight of the item. The cashier was very helpful so I didn't mind so much. So mostly I had a positive experience until the end. The one thing that really bothered me was that I thanked the young man that helped me twice, & both times he looked at me but did not acknowledge me. He didn't say "Your welcome". He didn't even smile. It made me feel like he resented helping me so much when the majority if the time it wasn't my fault. I don't no y it bothered me so much but it did. I just thought u should no because I'd hate for others to leave with such a bad taste in their mouth.

No express lanes, though they get partial credit for having enough full service ones open.The rest room (yep, singular just one toilet in the entire place) was out of TP & had been for awhile. A couple previous users cleaned their bottoms with paper towels, which they left on the floor. Also, the hand sanitizer dispenser was empty.It took several minutes to get service at the deli, even though I was the only one there. When I found the employees, they seemed annoyed that I'd interrupted their conversation.I'd never been to this location before, and I wasn't favorably impressed. Sadly, Weis in general seems to be going downhill.

Weiss has a pretty decent selection of many things and it is clean and the aisles are wide. I like it right now because it is not overly crowded and most of the people are respectful of social distancing and wearing a mask. Like any grocery store these days, most of the workers are young people who may not take the social distancing as serious as more seasoned adults

We love Weiss Market. You can accumulate points and get free stuff. My wife just got us a free Thanksgiving turkey AND a spiral sliced ham!. With enough points left over to get like 75 cents a gallon off on gas to fill up the tank. That's right, you can also use your points to get rebates on gas! Produce and meat departments are great too. Everything is very fresh.

I like this Weis and would like to make it my main grocery store; but two issues keep me going to Giant Eagle:First the reward points are much easier to use at the self-checkout at Giant Eagle or at the Giant Eagle Gas station at the 7th street shopping center. Unfortunately, Weis ended its gas rewards with Sheetz and added Sunoco which is not close to me and generally has higher prices than Sheetz, so you get less savings.Second is the new conveyor self-check outs that do not work nearly as well as Giant Eagles; I think the problem is the carousel scales that don't seem to register the items weight-very frustrating and time consuming to use.I hope the management at Weis fixes these issues so I can return shopping there, the store is generally cleaner and has friendlier staff than Giant Eagle. Also, I have had the best service at their pharmacy.

Prices are ok. The store was nice. But the employees are great. They often asked how I was doing, If I was finding everything, and walked me to products instead of pointing.I will probably return for quick items but will continue to use other stores.
