As a collector this is by far the worst Walmart I have been to. Management please look into this... There's only certain hot wheels that are exclusive to Walmart and you don't even stock the normal stuff. Your system thinks there's stock but there is NEVER stock. Please do inventory and order. These will fly out once you stock again.

It’s been more than 3 weeks that my brother and I went to shop there.We noticed that the California pizza kitchen Ranch sauce are expired.We did let an associate know but they didn’t removed them!They are still in the shelf.

Welcome to Walmart. First I went to the electronics department and asked a gentleman in blue where I could find printer ink. He responded "next aisle over" and pointed. I find the ink, but, guess what, it is locked in a glass case. I wait 5 minutes or so for him to come over to unlock. No sorry, thank you, nothing.I continue my shopping and go to checkout. I don't use self checkout. 2 aisles are open, both with 3+ people in line. I see 3 women workers in blue chatting and go over to them and let them know they need to open more check out lines. I am ignored. Then I notice the checker in the line I am in is gone. The woman in line in front of me informed me she had to go to use the restroom! I go back to these women and inform them - I am still treated like I am bothering them. I also notice 2 of them have "team lead" badges on. I then mentioned "you are team leads, don't you need to step in when a customer asks?" One finally gets embarrassed and follows me, but another says she doesn't know how to use the register/checkout.Thank you for shopping at Walmart. Not.

I like my Walmart they always have nice stuff I went today and I got a delicious cake 🍰 and is a famous brand, Carlos’ from New Jersey, was super happy. The price is very reasonable and the cake is very good.

Safe yourself the frustration and go to target. How is 2024 and you don’t have tap to pay? Place is dirty and old, and the car and lube center CONSTANTLY opens late if at all

Not a fan of this location but makes do when needed. Very common for things to be out of order/messy or simply gone even though the Walmart website says it's in stock. Parking is always crowded and the primary entrance/exit is of concern since most people have no clue what they are doing resulting in congestion or near accidents.

drove 20 miles to purchase prospect farms cornish hens. online they had 35vin stock. when I arrived at the store, there's only 9 in the bin so I asked Ezekiel to please check in the back because online they show 35.. his response was "I don't think there's anyone in the back" I asked him to check and flat out said there's nobody in the back and he wasn't going to check...I was highly upset and disappointed with the customer service and I explained this to the nice cashier whom promptly ask Mary Johnson to check and she did. she came back with an entire box of the item that I was looking for. thanks to Ezekiels nonchalant attitude and poor customer service I had to get in line and pay again, but thanks to Mary Johnson and the nicest cashier, I did get what I drove 20 miles to get.....shame on lazy, rude Ezekiel

I am a truck driver that a drive over the road from Maine to Miami and I have been in many, many Walmarts and I can tell you that the Walmart in Frederick Maryland on Guildford Road is one of the best if not the best in my view. The reason why I think it is the best is because they had plenty of help there. While there I did not turn down one aisle, where there was not a person there in a blue vest that could assist me. The employees were kind, smiles on their Faces, , Energetic and extremely helpful and most cases volunteering to take me to the aisle location for the product that I was inquiring of. The store manager, Miss Latoya I believe was her name was also very friendly and helpful. While leaving and returning back to my truck and employee by the name of Melvin was asked by myself if he could return the cart back to its place in the store since I had to in an area where my truck was parked and he kindly responded by saying sure not a problem. I’ll take care of it. I can’t my view. This is the friendliest and most well staffed Walmart that I have ever been in since frequency Walmart for years and years. I will suggest for anyone to come here, especially if they wanted to get in and out with the assistance the employees. Five stars for this Walmart.NOTE: and of most significant was the fact that this was a Sunday and I was able to park along the side/rear Of the store with Apple space available as to be away from the main flow of traffic with easy access to the main entrance. If you’re driving a truck, I would recommend going through on a Sunday to any Walmart.

I love the grocery pick up crew! They always get the right substitutions when something isn’t in stock, they are thoughtful and take care of the fragile items like eggs and bread and I’ve never had nasty produce given to me by the Pick Up peoples! You guys are so awesome.

Hate it. Can never find someone to help. They accuse you for stealing if you go thru self checkout. Nothing is ever in stock of the size clothes I need. Things are either locked up and can't get or it's so expensive you can't afford it.the parking lot is always over crowded and the people don't care about you when driving around. They will dart in front of you. Leave carts next to your car and don't care if you have the right of way.

Rhonda, the Customer Service Manager, did such a wonderful job helping me this evening. It was so busy, 3 days away from Christmas, that she barely had a min to stop for a break, yet she still was so nice, helpful, and polite. She did everything she could to fix my situation with a smile. Thanks for hiring her, she's great at her job.

I ordered a few packs of paper towels online from Walmart. The ordering part was easy and no issues. I received an email notification that my paper towels had arrived, but there was nothing delivered. Also my security cameras did not pick up any deliveries. It took a good 5 hours to work with Walmart to determine they use a 3rd party vendor for this purchase and the reviews of this vendor were the same as mine, no one received their paper towels. Finally I received a full refund, but the USPS tracking number seemed to be invalid for this shipment, and why doesn't Walmart make notations of poor reviews for their vendors on their website?

This Walmart is by far the most tolerable in the area. It's generally less crowded and has items in stock. Unfortunately like most places right now they are running low on patio furniture options.The workers are helpful and the lines are usually pretty quick.Lastly, the curbside pickup for online order was very organized last time we used it.

They need to get better/newer electric scooters. The Walmart in Walkersville updated their scooters by getting new ones that stay charged alot longer than the old out-dated ones so I don't know why this location hasn't gotten any yet.

The worst customer service experience I've had in a long time. Get ready for a rant. I don't usually complain, but this needs to be acknowledged. I came in early today to try to exchange an item that was purchased on Saturday during a Black Friday sale. A piece from the set was defective (battery wouldn't charge). I figured I could just exchange it the following Monday. I have never in my life experienced such unfriendly people. First of all, these women looked at me as if I was interrupting their conversation because I needed assistance. The woman who walks over proceeds to tell me they don't do exchanges and that I'd need to return the item & repurchase it.I said okay no problem, she did the refund, I thanked her for the help & told her to have a Happy Thanksgiving! To which, I got no response. But it's cool. I get the item I originally purchased a second time and take it to self-checkout. It rang up the original price. I asked the lady at self-checkout who was also extremely unfriendly, showed her my previous receipt, she tells me I need to go back to customer service. I go back to customer service where the same woman who did my refund proceeds to tell me again that she couldn't honor the sale price and that "she doesn't recall them having a sale over the weekend"... So you're telling me if I buy a defective product and decide I'd like to exchange said product I can only do so if the price hasn't changed? Also, how are you going to end a Black Friday sale before Black Friday..? Make it make sense! Horrible customer service representatives, horrible location. Just..ugh.

In town for a wedding and forgetting my toothbrush, Walmart was the only place open after 9 p.m. near our Airbnb in downtown Frederick.Going inside around 9:45 p.m., there was a steady flow of people from all walks of life at Walmart.The shop itself is massive and with a similar layout to other Walmart Supercenters with groceries right when you walk in and toiletries on the far opposite side.There are self-checkout aisles, which made the trip go quickly.

One register open in the entire store, but yet you have half of your employees walking around talking on their cell phones or watching videos in the home goods section. Go to target at least they 3 registered open!

The delivery drivers keep stealing my orders and then directing me to get refunds. Today is the 5th time! The drivers will pick up my entire order and then disappear from the earth! Management does NOT care.

This is one of the best locations in the Hagerstown area. Always well stocked, clean and organized. Lots of self checkout lanes too, so paying and leaving is relatively quick and easy.

Super Walmart, a great selection except having four males in my household I'd love to see a broad range of men's clothing options and sizes. I always strike out clothing-wise with 2/4 males when shopping. Love the upgrade in brands all around in most departments.
