It’s really not the store per se it’s the young lady employee that works in the pharmacy. She always looks like she has an attitude and she tends to ignore people for some time before she gets to them I pulled up to the window she was standing right there, and then she just walked away. I feel every time I come to this location. This young girl with the blue hair always has an attitude. She looks like she hates her job and she’s really not friendly. That sucks for the establishment because I would prefer to just change my pharmacy to keep seeing her. As for the store, I think the store is great

Everyone including the pharmacy isawesome!!!! I can't say enough about them. The are always helpful and greet you as soon as you walk through the door. And everyone at the pharmacy is the best.

Good job in all respects.Am in process of taking all my business to the key parkway location. Key Pkwy seems to be a "winner" in all respects. Prim Rose the manager and the staff have been great. Can't say enough good things

The store manager, Adam, and shift lead, Howard, were both extremely knowledgeable, professional, helpful, but most of all empathetic while helping me transfer photos of my deceased husband onto a disk and thumb drive for his upcoming memorial service. I highly recommend coming to this Walgreens for the personalized treatment!!!

If there has 0 star, I will give them 0. Because they would not help you with anything. When I checked out this afternoon, the saved coupon didn't show up, the cashier told me she can't do anything about this, and the manager can't help me either. Okay, that is fine, then when I use my walgreens rewards cash, for the second one, the cashier said it had been used somewhere. Come on, if I used it, why the cashier didn't take it away? So very very bad experience with this store.

I've had good expirences. Once I was a little upset when they close the pharmacy unexpectedly due to not enough staff and they had my meds and I couldn't transfer. It was pretty inconvenient but it's not necessarily the staffs fault. Today I went in for my Booster shot and the women who signed me in and the women who did my shot were nice.These times are strange and working in retail in general is a pain in the butt. I've been there and don't want to deal with customers in person or on the phone again. People do not understand how much it sucks and underpaid you are. Especially for the retail workers who actually work hard and have lazy coworkers and awful customers. Anyway, sorry for the rambling. I have no complaints here.Oh, I can't forget to mention the cashier I had today. Also, over the summer, I did a curbside pick up and one of the managers gave us our purchase. He was nice too.

My initial review said to never go inside for prescriptions but at this point find another pharmacy altogether. Every pharmacist for the past two years has been abysmally slow and the techs aren't much better.

Today I make a purchase and the cashier treated me in a bad way, besides, I am buying and it is not fair that they take the coupons, they are supposed to be for the customer, not for the cashier to keep it.
