Price gouging!! The price of Delsym cough medicine was about $7 more than CVS. I’m not from Frederick, MD ( just passing through) and it’s my first time at Walgreens. My fault! I should have quickly checked online for the price at CVS. Never again!!

Pharmacist refused to fill my script the dr sent in electronically because I live out of town. There is a shortage. She said her name is Sheetil not sure about the spelling. For reference I already had this med filled there before.

I am not sure whats the point of this pharmacy. Its a joke. Open at 10 closes at 6. If you are at work you can not pick up ur meds. You get discharged from hospital on friday you cant pick up ur meds u til monday. You need something urgently you need to wt untill monday. Oh and by the way 100% of the time they don't have meds in stock. Waste of space.

Looking at the poor ratings for Walgreens on Crestwood, I have to think that somebody has a grudge against them and initiated a lot of fake reviews. I used Walgreens here for the first time for my very first Covid vaccine when it was first available, and I have gone out of my way to go to this Walgreens repeatedly since then (vaccines, boosters, shopping.) Service is always prompt, efficient, kind, & friendly. The store is clean and organized. I appreciate and applaud the staff!

I had no issue with the service at this pharmacy. I see all these horrible revue and wonder why? . The pharmacy manager is extremely responsive and very competent, all the others I dealt with are very courteous and friendly people. People who are writing bad reviews should be specific.

This is one of the worst pharmacy locations for Walgreens that I have experienced. The pharmacy tech is abrasive and is absolutely angry all the time instead of providing optimal and patient customer service. They do not know how to use their own systems and the emails and notifications being sent out by them are unlike any of the other Walgreens pharmacy locations I have used in the past. This pharmacy, the pharmacy manager and personnel are by far the worst that I have experienced in healthcare.I drive 20 miles away to another pharmacy because I am so disgruntled by this location and service. I will be switching the rest of my prescriptions to another service provider.

You'd think that if the manager of this store saw the horrible reviews that they would make some drastic changes. Can't believe that this location hasn't closed their doors yet. It seems like ll of the employees totally hate having a job. Find a different branch. This location needs to fire all of its employees and close the doors!!!

Horrible. Dropped off medicine at 9 am for sick child. Was told to give them an hour. Came 4 hours later to not rush them and was told they're going on lunch break. Was informed vaccines and other things got in the way. Watched the employees help another customer in front of me and shut the window while I was the only one waiting. Was explained they'd get to it after lunch, be back in half hour even after explained my sick kid was home alone.40 mins later, was told it wouldn't be much longer. After helping the now three other people in line, I was told they didn't have the whole prescription and I could come back 4 days later to get the rest. The pharmacist did throw a half hearted apology as she walked away.

IT IS SO BAD, I would give it a 0 but that's not possible so I'm giving it a one. The pharmacy is awful the wait time is long no matter what time you go and honestly that's the least of your worries. The staff always seem confused. Don't even think of calling them over the phone they have no phone nor customer service etiquette and are quite rude.

I wouldn’t even give them half a star. They are the worse when it comes to the pharmacy. Between the long wait due to not being open standard hours, incompetent employees & common sense, I don’t know which is worse. I will be moving all my prescriptions due to these idiots. Also when change your order from pickup to delivery, they charge you then have no record so they charge you again even when show that it is paid for and to be delivered. They refer you to the 800# & they are just as dumb.

AVOID THE PHARMACY AT ALL COSTS. I saw the other bad reviews and wondered if they were true but sure enough the pharmacy deserves all the 1 or 0 stars they can get. Incompetent to say the least. They tried to give us a completely different antibiotic for our less than 1 year old girl since the one our pediatrician sent was out of stock. They didnt even call the pediatrician to ask if it was an acceptable alternative. Our baby has had an allergic reaction to amoxicillin so really something the pharmasist needs to check with the doctor and not go rogue. Also they were not aware this was for a child. They were out of stock and very confused and disoriented throughout the entire discussion.

Employee in pharmacy cheerfully refused to assist me. When I asked for a manager she said she was too busy. At least she was cheerful about it all. This was on a Friday evening and they are closed Saturday and Sunday. Thankfully a different location was able to fill it for me. Avoid this location.

While I am grateful I was able to schedule my two COVID vaccine appointments with this location, my experience was downright frustratingly awful.I was scheduled for a 5:30 appointment and at 3:15 I got a call from their pharmacy telling me, not asking, to reschedule for tomorrow morning. I asked why and they said I was their last appointment for the day. They then continued to have conversations with others in the background during the call. It was obvious they wanted to get off early and were rescheduling their appointments.Whether or not this was the case it was handled poorly. I selected that time, a time they offered me, because it allowed me to go straight after work.They pushed me to move my schedule earlier and when I asked when they said “right now.” So I had to leave work ASAP and dump all my work on my coworkers for fear of missing my second vaccine. These are scary times and I don’t appreciate the lack of professionalism from the people tasked to administer something to help keep us safe.

Since this location was converted from. Rite Aide to a Walgreens, customer service and pharmacy services have steadily declined. Currently, the pharmacy is completely closed on weekends, with weekday hours that are difficult if your job requires extended commuting (which is not unusual in the DC-Baltimore area). They rarely have enough staff on site so if there are any questions or issues outside the norm, it takes much longer than it should to address them, holding up all the customers. It is unfortunate, but I will no longer use this location- or any Walgreens.

I've had nothing but good experiences at this pharmacy so far. I'm knocking off one star because I wish they scattered employee lunch hours a bit so there wasn't an hour closed mid-day, and I wish they were open on the weekend. However, as someone who has always worked from home, I prefer running errands on weekdays when places are less crowded. So the weekend closing rarely impact me personally.

Terrible hours. I tried dropping off two times and the location was closed both times. The third time I tried at the drive thru, I was told they would be with me as soon as they could. Waited 20 minutes with radio silence and when I pushed the call button to let them know I was still there, nobody answered so I drove to the Key Parkway location. Save yourself the headache and go to Key Parkway.

Since this pharmacy transitioned from Rite Aid to Walgreens the service has drastically dropped. I have filled 2 scripts there, the first I went in with new insurance info to update the system and then the next time they called me that the refill was on hold due to outdated insurance information. So I had to go over the whole process again and the tech told me my insurance card was not correct, and I spent 10 minutes arguing with her.Then today I was told that I should not be calling the pharmacy regarding having a prescription transferred to another pharmacy, even though it is controlled and cannot be electronically transferred. The tech told me I was wrong and to go to any walgreens to fill the script. When I went to a different location they informed me that they could not fill it until crestwood transferred the information. So now I need to contact my doctor and ask for a new script because they are incompetent at this location and cannot do their job.Just use a different walgreens location. Dont waste your time here

I work at one of the surrounding primary cares and I called the pharmacy for one of my patients prescriptions, the tech on the was very rude as well as the pharmacist. I get that they are busy but it doesn’t give them an excuse to be rude to others. We all have one job in healthcare and thats to make sure ALL our patients have what they need.

By far THE WORST Walgreens that I have EVER visited. The wait times at this location are worst than the DMV. Sat in the Drive thru for better than 30 minutes just to drop off a prescription to have filled. No sense of urgency or customer obsession. In fact, my customer experience was simply horrible. As my trusted pharmacy, I am not used to a Walgreens with this poor level of service.

The pharmacy is slow and has terrible hours. Closed on weekends. Always a complete fiasco getting my prescriptions. At least once a month I am guaranteed something I need is out of stock and it’s anyone’s guess when they’ll have it. I once asked if another store had it and was told I could call and ask them. I’m sorry wouldn’t that be YOUR job? Another time I was told a medication I had filled before wasn’t covered by my insurance and would be $750. When I pointed out I’d had it covered previously they told me I needed to call my insurance company. I did. It was covered. I often wonder if these people should be allowed around the meds....

Called for my second Covid vaccine to see if they had any available, they said yes. I get in, ask for the shot and the little man behind the counter acted like I was inconveniencing him. It’s whatever, I understand I just left work too I know the feeling. But then he takes my id and insurance and runs it through (which is time consuming) just for him to look at me and say yeah we don’t have your vaccine and hands me back my cards and doesn’t say anything else. Very rude to me but he could show some personality to the man he was having a personal conversation with behind the counter. 10/10 do not recommend.

This is by far the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. I am a Healthcare professional myself and I would never send my patients here. I had severe pain dropped off a prescription for pain medication, went to get a radiology scan down the street in incredible pain, then came back to this pharmacy and was told they didn't have the medication in stock, no phone call, no apology nothing. I then had surgery for the same issue today and went back to drop off another prescription for pain medication and antibiotics. This time my husband asked the pharmacist "can you make sure this is in stock", the woman pharmacist said "yes, it will be ready in 1 hour ", my husband came back in an hour and she said I'm sorry I thought we had it in stock and we don't. How you are in business I don't understand and can treat patients this way. Unorganized, rude, and no care for any patient that steps foot in here. I will never send my own patients or step foot in this Walgreens ever again. This pharmacy should be reported with all the negative reviews I'm seeing here.

Horrible pharmacy. They never have anything in stock- even though I need the same meds every month. They messed up my migraine injection so bad that I had a migraine for over a week thanks to them. They are rude. They don't follow any HIPPA rules- they will just state your prescription name right in front of other customers.

Today, I had to visit the pharmacy twice. I waited a total of 30 minutes! Why do you even have a drive through pharmacy? I had a simple question and it took the one and only employee working forever to respond. Why is there only one employee working in your pharmacy? Slow service.

Dropped off an eye drop prescription on Thursday at 2:00. They said it would be ready in an hour. Went back 1.5 hours later and it wasn’t ready. I asked how much longer and they said 2 more hours. I asked if they could expedite it because I was standing right there and I could see the eye drops that I needed and they said I had to wait my turn and that I would get text when it was ready.No text Thursday.No text Friday.Waited on hold for over 30 minutes on Saturday and was told they were ready.

I honestly can't speak to the drugstore, as a whole, but the staff i worked with on a FedEx snafu were all AMAZING! I tried to return a package there, using a return label - the staff scanned it for me and it worked so I left the package and went on my way. However, the FedEx driver noted a problem with the label and just left the package with them - made no attempt to trace it to back to me (since it was a return, it didn't have my address on it) or reach out to the company i was returning it to, who had issues the label. The driver just dumped it on Walgreens! Worse, the company it was headed back to didn't tell me for two months that they hadn't gotten it! I was panicked when they finally called and told me - it was quite an expensive refund i was waiting on. I called the Walgreens in desperation, not having much hope that they had any idea where the package was...but, it turns out, they had KEPT it for me, hoping I would call back! As we worked through next steps - i don't live nearby so some logistical challenges had to be overcome - they made my problem their problem and went the extra mile in helping me fix the situation. I really appreciate their efforts and highly recommend them.

Have had nothing but problems with this pharmacy since they changed over from Rite Aid. The Pharmacists are great, but the techs and assistants have proven to be incompetent on multiple occasions providing wrong info for basic things like hours of operation, or as far as insurance approvals, etc.

Such a HORRIBLE customer service. This pharmacy should get RID OFF the “ Drive-through” service. That way customers don't depend on it.The wait is INSANE. After waiting more than 30 minutes, I was still not able to get my prescription. ( is not the first time)
