staff was incredibly rude. didnt even get a chance to look around before some dude started telling me i couldnt be in there. which is crazy considering ive been there numerous times lol . definitely lost a customer from that little experience!

I don't remember names but they are always nice and you don't feel rushed. *Yesterday I went in to get a vape and the lady just about made me cry. She knows who she is. Short with brown hair. I appreciate you ☺️ So much.

I called to ask about the price of an item and was told that they cannot discuss pricing over the phone. That is how you lose customers, why would I drive the 30 minutes to your location without knowing how much I am about to spend. Sucks because I have spent a lot of money at VJ locations in Calvert. Never again.

I love this place! Not only does this shop have a super wide selection of products and juices; they also have the most phenomenal staff. They get to know their customers and go out of their way to familiarize themselves with your likes & dislikes. It’s a family owned business and the only vape store I’ll shop at.

Branden has helped me twice this past week and has been over the top! Anything I had questions about he knew right away and gave me not only advice but experience!! Thank you and look forward to coming back and being helped by you.I just came in and this past month I wanna add that Branden has been very accommodating with helping me and giving me advice on the vape models. He has showed above and beyond customer service and I would highly recommend asking for him on anyone’s next visit! He works well with people and having 13 years in customer service he is an employee to keep. I look forward to coming in and getting more products and to see him. He makes the trips to the prince frederick location worth it!7/27/23 I love using this location bc of the friendly staff and knowledgeable on vape products unlike other stores. Marquis has helped me out a few times and his attitude is the one to have. So upbeat and polite. Always happy to help especially today. I will return to this location bc of him and the staff, highly recommend this location!!!

Every time I go into vape jungle, it’s always super clean and the employees are all super friendly. Branden, Kyle and Kevin always have good recommendations if I want to try something new, as well as hold a good conversation if I stay and talk for a bit. I stumbled across vape jungle when looking for a store where I could buy CBD treats for my dog. This is something new I’m trying so I wasn’t sure what exactly I was looking for. Everything is organized spectacularly and easy to find as well as great explanations for any concerns I had as a customer. Brought my mod in because I somehow put batteries in before removing the plastic wrap, jamming the batteries inside the mod. Branden and Erika both spent a long time taking it apart and removing the batteries. They assembled it and its working perfectly! Amazing prices, wide selection of juices and accessories!

Simply put five stars is not enough. Vape Jungle is a company that obviously prides themselves on striving for excellence. The customer service here goes above and beyond expectations. The staff makes you feel like family from the moment you walk through the door. Everyone is very knowledgeable about every product in the store and able to answer questions with out delay. Their ability to recommend the right products is one that unmatched anywhere else. Do not waste your time going anywhere else, Vape Jungle is where its at!!

I wanted to start dripping and building my own coils but was clueless where to start. I was given options with pros and cons of each option. My first coil was made while I watched and asked questions. I was invited back to practice with guidance. In fact I was told I could practice with expert guidance as many times as I need until I feel comfortable. I highly recommend Vape Jungle!!!
