Yesterday was just one of those days where if it could go wrong it did go wrong. I tried to get a prescription filled at CVS on Ballenger. They didn’t have the medication I needed it didn’t offer me much help. The only CVS that had the medication was in Boyd’s Maryland. They told me to just call a bunch of pharmacies to see if they had it. I called Costco they didn’t have it. I called Walgreens on Crestwood they told me they had it. I had it sent to them and when I got there I was behind one car. At that time it was 1:30 pm. They got this cars prescription I pull up and no one answers. I waited and then saw that they go on break at 1:30-2:00pm. At this point I was frustrated I wish they would have atleast just said we are going on break we will be back at 2. I go home because I have my newborn with me. I get a text message from Walgreens saying my prescription is delayed because they don’t have the medication…. The medication that I specifically called about and they said they had! Finally I remember seeing people in this group talk so highly about Urbana Pharmacy. I decided to give them a call. They had the medication and told me they would get it ready as soon as they could. Around 5:30 it was available and I wanted to pick it up but wasn’t sure if I would make it in time before they closed. They told me they would stay open until I got there as the medication is important to start. Thankfully I got there 10 minutes before they closed. They were so kind. They let me vent about my bad day and really took care of me. They made me feel like I was a regular even though it was the first time I been there. Other customers were so kind and we were all just chatting it up together. The environment was just so calming and nice.I HIGHLY suggest using Urbana Pharmacy! Moving forward I plan to use Urbana Pharmacy for my entire family. No more big chains for us!

The pharmacist, Tola, was incredibly helpful, patient, & kind when she provided vaccines to my two young children.She went above & beyond to accommodate some very specific requests & I/we will forever be grateful.Would absolutely recommend Urbana Pharmacy!

I love Urbana Pharmacy and the wonderful customer service I always receive. I've had medications delivered to my home and they also have been accommodating when as a busy mom I need my prescription filled fast. The owner is super sweet and she gets to know her customers on a personal level. I love to support a local business specially when they go above and beyond for their patrons.

I was so sick and tired of the BS at the local CVS, so we decided to try the new Urbana Pharmacy, and I’m so glad we did. Unlike CVS where the pharmacists could care less about helping you with any issues you may have, the wonderful Pharmacist at Urbana Pharmacy has gone above and beyond to help in resolving any issues that come up. It’s obvious how much she cares. I send all of my prescriptions to Urbana Pharmacy now. It’s also awesome to help out such a great local small business!!

I made the switch from cvs a year or so ago and I am SO GLAD I DID !!!! The pharmacist is also the owner and she delivers wonderful customer service . Always smiling and happy to see you. The best part is she actually knows me by name and what medicines I take and when they are to be refilled. I can’t say enough good things about it . Make the change , I promise you won’t regret it !!! Support your local small businesses not some huge chain that cares nothing about you !!!!!

Today I called and spoke to the most gracious woman Pharmacist Tola (I may be spelling incorrectly) however she was kind and compassionate of my situation. She made me feel so compelled to pick up my phone after we hung up to call all my adult children to switch their pharmacy and I assured her that I will be switching over my younger children. In big chain pharmacies you no longer feel like a person but a number. She asked me questions of concern and it startled me a bit. Most pharmacists just take your prescriptions and ask if you have any questions about what your taking. This lady reminded me of when I was a child and went to the old mom and pop pharmacy when everyone knew you by your name and exactly who’s child you belong to. Old school feeling. As you can see I am very pleased and I hope you feel the same when you switch. Thank you Urbana Pharmacy, you will have a life long returning customer with family in tow.

I Just received my COVID-19 booster shot, today from Urbana Pharmacy at 3420 Worthington Blvd. The pharmacist, Dr. Tola's customer service is exceptional and she is very friendly and caring. I highly recommend this Pharmacy and Dr. Tola for all your Vaccinations and medication needs.Thanks Dr. Tola!

I highly recommend this pharmacy! They are wonderful! They are so friendly and professional. Having just moved to the area I was so relieved to find such a great pharmacy for all my prescriptions as well as my pets . Their delivery service is such a blessing during these difficult times.

Great New Pharmacy. Feels good going in and being recognized by name. Which means that the pharmacist is actually paying attention to you and know your needs. Great place, make the switch.

I went there for my 3rd shot of COVID-19 vaccine. I'm immunocompromised. They messed it up. The CDC says it should have been a **primary** shot. (Same as the first 2 shots.) But they gave me a lower dose. It was not my job to catch the error. I'm not a doctor, a nurse, or a pharmacist.I was going to go there for my 4th shot. Which they cannot mess up as it is a booster for everyone, but I called ahead to make sure they wouldn't turn me around, and said I was not in their computer (lol, what?), and that **I would have to prove that I was immunocompromised.** I did not have to prove anything for the 3rd shot. My wife and I just walked in, waited a looooong time, and got our shots. I'm not returning. I went to my local pharmacy instead and did not have to prove anything.

It was so great to have the pharmacist answer the phone and my questions right away. They take Tricare which is awesome because CVS doesn't!. Lovely service... a local business worth supporting!

What a wonderful pharmacy with an amazing costumer service, excellent location and fast service. So grateful for a business that cares about the costumers and make this extra effort that is really important, i don’t take it for granted. Will definitely use them when needed.
