Thanks to several friends recommendations, we have been taking our 2004 Pilot and 2013 Fit to Triangle for maintenance/repairs. We loved our other mechanics before and were leery of changing, but Traingle's convenient (Monday-Saturday) hours, loaner cars and amazing service team make it helpful to get our vehicles serviced.Their team is honest, provides thorough communication and wants you to be satisfied. Their mechanics go through things thoroughly and they never pressure you for services. They'll advise you of what needs to be done urgently, soon, future, etc.Our 04 Pilot recently had too many issues to repair thanks to a hungry mouse family, so we opted to purchase a "new to us" used 2011 Pilot from their sales lot. Knowing they had gone through the vehicle thoroughly and only put out reputable vehicles, we had the peace of mind knowing that we were purchasing a reliable and affrordable vehicle. Jimmy their sales associate was very kind and helpful, as we navigated the different components of finalizing the transactions. Brought my Honda Civic Sport Hatchback in for a transmission fluid drain and replacement. They did an excellent job and took great care of my vehicle. They performed a full inspection and discovered a nail in the front driver tire. This was a critical discovery because I went on a road trip later that day. They were also courteous enough to drop me off and pick me up from home while my car was being serviced even with the shuttle service being out that day. My car is running great after service. Highly recommend!

Triangle motors has been absolutely wonderful. The service is top notch and fixed the issues that were caused at other car shops. It's worth the price to have specialists work on your car, whether it be a luxury or "the rest of us".Rachel and Tina are both incredibly kind and easy going. They're very accommodating and update customers asap.Service crew (haven't met them) is great! They get your car in and out quickly and spend the time to comb through any issues.They also offer rentals if your car needs a sleepover for more work to be done and they have a great oil change program for older cars.

By far my best experience with a car dealership. It really does feel like they care and will take care of you.Having been burned time and time again, I was skeptical of their customer care ethos, but they really followed through with this for me.Great place! If you're looking for a place to buy a car this is it. Triangle Motors is SO GOOD to me. I have a Hyundai Elantra and they still service it with care and precision every time. Very reasonable pricing too! I had a humdinger of a problem this week and they tried everything in their power to resolve it. Found out it was a Hyundai-specific issue, and offered to help me out when my car was in THAT shop. This excellent customer service and multi-point coverage (they sell cars, they rent cars, they fix cars!) is why I’ll keep coming back for my car care! Thanks, Triangle Motors!

Just returned the Honda Odyssey we rented for a week. "It ran like a deer". We had our Grand Kids and their Mom from Oklahoma and the air conditioning ran great during the heat wave. Everyone was comfortable. We put almost 700 miles on the minivan. The price was hundreds of dollar less than renting a late model minivan. Tina and Rachel in the service department were incredible. Due to my own lack of planning, I came in with no brakes or rotors and they were able to get my vehicle fixed up right away. I was looking for a repair shop that specializes in Honda’s. I had an issue with a check engine light and some type of fluid leak. A friend recommended Triangle Motors. (They’ve used them for years) Easily requested an appointment online; was contacted the next day by Tina with an appointment time. Rachel was great in communications with myself and the mechanic on my repair issues. She even offered the use of a loaner car while they kept my car overnight to ensure the repairs. So far the repairs are spot on and I will make a decision on an additional repair that was recommended. Superb customer service! Great follow up. Would highly recommend.

They are the best. My car would not start yesterday. I had my car towed to them. They fit me in and fixed mt car. In one day! I pick it up Monday. They give you a loner car. Which is a bonus!!! Excellent service, very economical prices, professional and well-mannered staff! I drove their rental cars for 4 years (2016 - 2020) and never had any problem. They charge fairly. They service the car on time and provide help in emergency situations, for example, one day the car wouldn't start (battery was dead) and they sent a technician to my home for help. Once the car had broken down in winter storm, I had to leave it by the roadside. I informed them and they hauled the car back to the city the very next morning. Well, I used their services for 4 years! Do I need to say more? Why would I use their cars for 4 years if I wasn't happy with their service! :). I plan to continue using their services in the future as well. This time I will take my car for routine service and maintenance because I know they offer services at a reasonable price. Triangle Motors is the best!Original review:I've had several service appointments at Triangle for my high-mileage car, and I've been very happy with the work and customer service. I don't feel their mechanics have ever recommended any excessive or unnecessary extras, and customer service has always been patient when I've asked to think about something and call them back. Definitely considering buying my next car here!

On Tuesday - July 20, 2021 my car broke down on the interstate. I was traveling with my son, daughter and dog. I was traveling from Pocono — Pennsylvania back home to Central Florida. I called numerous mechanic shops but no one could help me. They were all backed up until the following week, due to Covid. Finally - after speaking with Triangle Motors, they offered to try and help me. They too were backed up and had people ahead of me but compassionate to my situation, said they would see what they could do. Tina the manager, along with her staff of kind, caring and knowledgeable mechanics repaired my car within an hour. My biggest fear was getting stuck Maryland, incurring the unplanned expenses of a hotel and being taken advantage of. Triangle Motors was so compassionate to my predicament. They refrigerated my medicine, offered me a cool place to wait with my dog and did an excellent job on my car at an affordable price. I am so grateful to Tina and the outstanding mechanics at Triangle Motors. If you are in Frederick Maryland and are in need of honest and knowledgeable mechanics, I urge you to take your car to Triangle Motors a 5 star mechanic shop. They also sell and rent vehicles. I cannot recommend Triangle Motors enough. Their staff is professional and friendly. The cost is always reasonable, and the work is top notch. I do not service my Honda anywhere else.
