Clean store. Helpful and friendly staff. Adequate amount of dry goods, frozen, fresh and produce. Have never purchased meat here, can't vouch for that. Good place to get smoothies and takeout sandwiches. Nice area to eat inside or outside when weather permits. Always shop here when needing anything vegan or organic; especially glad they sell avocados from Mexico year round. Local business, don't mind supporting and you don't have to be a member to take advantage of some of the the savings. Would return and recommend.

Impressive !! I usually have to travel to a variety of grocery stores to get all that I need… particularly organic. The organic fresh produce was varied and beautiful ! Large selection of organic dairy and frozen as well.The sushi bar was also very fresh!Clean, bright, friendly with commitment to sustainability . Love this place!

Bright, spacious, well organized, beautiful! Amazing selection of produce and bulk items. Staff is phenomenal, and simply incredibly helpful. I loved the Common Market on 85, and I love this one too. This is where I get most of my soaps and oils. They carry so many items from local farms and producers.The first trip it's overwhelming because there is so much to take in, but on the second trip you'll be good to go!

Worked here a over a decade ago. Good vibes from customers and employees alike. I learned a lot about the difference in natural vs. organic.In addition to how shopping local helps the local farmers and businesses in the 250 miles radius. I moved to Illinois and came back to live here and I recently became an "owner" of the co-op again. And I must say I love how the business expanded further and it's bigger and better than before. I love all the products and produce they offer. I think it's cool you get a discount at neighboring small businesses with your membership.

It is nice to have a grocery store in this part of Frederick again. The prices are a bit higher than I expected. Selection is good, and check out the bulk-items section for sugars, coffees, spices, flours, and more. This is a medium sized store, plenty of parking, clean inside. Membership is voluntary and costs $200 yearly, it is not required to shop here at all.

My goodness my first time there, got so many goodies. loose tea, local meats and veggies. take home meals, yummy cupcakes and scones, and let's not forget the frozen lumpia from our own local company Matet's Kitchen. Prices we really good. Store was so clean, and customer service was amazing.Will definitely be back!

Excellent store! Clean, well laid out and there is a little bit of everything. There is a deli where you can get fresh made sandwiches, smoothies and other items. Love the bulk food and individual cold drink section!

This Co-Op Marketplace is always bustling, always crystal clean, and full of fresh, healthy and holistic products. I am not a fan of the food items offered in the Cafe, but many patrons rave about the availability of fresh and organic foods for lunch and takeout. Absolutely must visit at least once and the classes they offer are excellent.

Common Market is clean and well stocked with a variety of natural foods, supplements, and soaps. I was able to get some nice baskets from there, which I filled to give as gifts. I am not from the area, but I will be back to Common Market when I am in the area.

The day before Thanksgiving I was able to purchase a never-frozen turkey from a Maryland farm. This grocery is great for supporting local. They have an impressive bulk section including some uncommon spices.

Love this place. If your an owner you get free water and the fresh orange food is too die for. I got new york stripes that was one of the best I've ever had and the produce is awesome as well

Love the Common Market and go to one of the two Frederick locations a few times per month! Today I needed new shoes from my favorite Charm City Run shoe store in the same shopping center and could not pass up the opportunity to enjoy a Common Market Peachy Green smoothie! I order mine with no milk, no honey, and extra peach juice! It is amazingly delicious every single time! Oh and their deli sandwiches are wonderful too! My favorite is the VLT (plant based and so so good!).

I love almost an hour away, but still make time to come to this place because it’s THAT amazing. The prices are fair, the selection is exquisite, the establishment is clean, and the staff are kind- It doesn’t get better than that.

This place is so welcoming. It smells great, looks clean and has so many unique products. I feel accomplished after I leave this place even if I just buy one thing. Always has nice people working in there too. This is where I purchase my sage and Palo Santo wood from. Palo Santo was introduced to me in this store. Now it's a regular purchase.

Shopping at Common Market is always a treat. While I don't shop there as much as I would like to, I do enjoy their fresh produce and surprise items. 😉 Since their prices are significantly higher on most items, if you shop carefully, you will still be able to pick up some delicious food.

Absolutely amazing selection, friendly staff, really high quality products, never seen this many vegan options in one grocery store. Also lots of great non vegan stuff. Lots of local products, minority owned companies, and those are labeled and highlighted in aisles.Prices are about the same as elsewhere, Giant/Safeway prices for most things, Whole Foods / MOM'S / Fresh Market prices for fancier stuff. Surprisingly good sales/deals as well, well-stocked bulk section. Unlike a lot of similar stores I'm used to, has great parking, doesn't seem crowded even on a Sunday afternoon, roomy aisles, well-lit, short lines. I may have gotten lucky, but that was unexpected.

It's in walking distance, I can find everything from A2 milk, Celtic sea salt, nutritional yeast. I really enjoy the prepared fresh salads and meals!!

We ate lunch here while spending a weekend in Frederick. The food is so fresh and delicious, and the cold pressed juice is amazing! The staff is super friendly ...great customer service! And a healthy selection and a very nice, clean cafe as well. We highly recommend, and we will be back!

We recently became owners. We live within walking distance and it’s always our go to for purchasing healthy food in bulk, extra fresh seafood, safe to use and earth friendly personal care products, and healthy and wonderful food in general. The cafe has great offerings and the coffee and smoothies are superb! So glad to be a Common Market owner!

Our go to grocery store since Whole Foods isn’t anywhere near Frederick. No other organic market in the area can compete.The produce selection is usually good, but you do need to give it an extra eye when picking.

Edit: it’s been a month and I still catch myself thinking about this unfathomably disgusting pad Thai during quiet moments. It haunts me so.———————————-5 Stars bc staff and service is always excellent.However, the “Pad Thai” they have in the To Go section intended for lunches is shockingly DISGUSTING. I never ever return food but I actually turned back to get a refund. It was that bad that I feel compelled to write a review and warn anyone if i can!To preface, I wasn’t expecting anything authentic or super tasty. Just something quick. I kind of assumed it would have some sesame or soy but at minimum a hint of salty or sweet flavors.NOPE. It was literally cold plain noodles with vegetable oil and apple cider vinegar with chunks of raw carrot. Missing a whole lot of whatever the ingredient label is claiming it has. Sad, bland and sour.How somebody could slap a pad Thai label on this is nuts! It’s just an abomination of a pasta salad.Common Market should seriously reconsider this vendor for sub par quality. Additionally, someone should reach out and do a wellness check on them. Whoever cooked this garbage up and decided it was okay to sell for $8 is unwell and sick in the head.

I love the quality and variety of products I find at Common Market. However, I did notice that some meat that was labeled as "Sell today" with a reduced price actually had the price per pound jacked up relative to other packages. I don't like that. Yet, I will continue to patronize. Color me older but wiser.
