If you need a restroom, find somewhere else. The store was fine, but the restroom was a mess. I mean, c’mon Target! You can do better!

Today I did my first pick up order ever with target thinking that maybe they would be a little bit better than Walmart but boy was I wrong. They forgot an item on my order which is fine, but when I called into the store and asked if they could just refund it back to my card. The girl at the service desk said no I had to come into the store, it wasn’t until I spoke to a manager that they were able to refund my card. But the thing that really got me was the girl at the service desk said OK that’s fine when I told her I would never do another pick up order with target again. That is not fine. It wasn’t until I brought that to the managers attention that someone finally just apologized. What has happened to our companies these days no good customer service at all.

Chaotic store. Out of stock on main grocery items most of the time. The pharmacy is unwelcoming and unpresentable w/ the boxes they placed in front of the counter. The wait times are long from the pharmacy to the grocery check out counters. Even in drive thru they can get a bit crowded and I have been asked to circle the location until a car pull out instead of just being told to switch to pick up or pull up at another spot adjacent to the drive through spot. Really disappointed w/ everything here. I am reducing all my errands here and go to the Rockville target location as it is more reliable and organized.

My first terrible experience at Target. Planned to do some holiday shopping - there is no toilet paper in any bathroom stalls. I find a team member to let someone know, they inform me they are aware of it but the bathroom person is outside getting carts. I wait a few minutes. Nothing. Finally go to the toilet paper aisle and get some toilet paper myself. I restock the bathrooms. When I left 15 minutes later, still no new toilet paper had been stocked. I may avoid any holidays shopping here. Just awful.

It was a really great experienced with the help of those people when I needed with my order for pick up. I thank her personally as with other co- worker too for thier assistance and to her great options she offered. She knows what exactly to get me on what the customer expectations! I'll give her a 👋 high five rating!! She's awesome particularly on her name tag on her left side "Assets Protector" logo.

The main reason why I shop at target is for their vitamins and minerals. And this section is never stocked up. They hardly ever have the vitamins and minerals I go there to purchase. Additionally The pickleball spring collection is atrocious.

Products were not placed in appropriate areas for sales tickets to correspond with correct pricing. Pricing at register wrong for item purchased, had to provide photo of sales ticket to receive correct pricing. After arriving home with product I found that product had been previously purchased and used with food remains still on product along with item missing for product. The lady at the register was very nice though!

Be careful when returning something bought with apple pay. they dont tell you this but, the last 4 they give you will not match your card. They will try really hard to get you to give you store credit and they never give cash as an option even though it is.

This target always has long lines. They don't open enough of their lanes and rarely have all the self check out lanes. Open management needs to do a better job!!!!

The customer service employee at the pick up desk and customer service ignored me standing in front of the pick up order line. She just acknowledged the people/customer in the customer service returns,etc. line. I had to speak up and then she did not put my order in bags, though should have been already in bags prepared for me at the time they completed my order for pick up. I had to again speak up for a bag and when I did, she made a comment that it might not fit, which she should have known already from her experience working, that it would. My purchases of pick up order fit in two large bags. And I had to assist putting my order of 10 white plastic container drawers. Typing my experience usually supposed to improve but it never does. This has been the same in this Target store of Urbana Pike Frederick, Maryland and any store in the Maryland area of non oriental building/business, etc.

This Target store is just like other Target super stores, and has a grocery section. Today, I bought some groceries and returned two items. Both the cashier and the staff at the return counter are very friendly.

I had a very poor experience with the drive up service. The employee approached me and asked for the order number without saying hello, smile, eye contact, or “please”. That’s totally fine (if we’re uncivilized) but I’d like to think that it is a civilized place. Then he said, “Next time give us a heads up if you’re coming especially if it’s a large order” (very rudely and without saying please). After all of that, he banged the trunk so hard and walked away. I understand if you’re having a bad day or if the job is too stressful, but don’t treat people like that, especially that it’s a big corporation and it’s not your family’s business. I urge the management to train the employees for soft skills like customer service and courtesy.

I just want to give a big kudos to the incredibly welcoming blonde lady who served me at the Starbucks in store yesterday. Usually when I get my coffee at this spot I know I'm resigning myself to waiting 3x as long for a lackluster product. I usually drive to the new one on the way out tbh lol. But I decided hell I just need a coffee yesterday and had the most impeccable service! The worker was so lovely, smiling like crazy! She was so friendly it was literally infectious and made me cheer up. She made my coffee so fast and it was absolutely delicious. I wish I knew her name but she's amazing!

An employee named Scarlet, (that’s what she said was her name), Spanish woman, approach to me when I was looking for a t-shirt size S for my son, in a rude way told me that she was organizing the store and that I needed to keep it that way, I would of understand if I was making a mess or miss placing clothes but I was not, I was just looking for a size that I couldn’t find, I guess I didn’t got the memo of the store saying that we are not aloud to touch the clothes, I got upset because she was with a bad actitud kind of fixing what I was touching, I went to customer service and ask to talk to the manager, when I was explaining to the manager what happened she left me talking to myself and came back quick after with a $10 gift card, maybe she thought that I was complaining to get money out of it, that was insulting, not even listen and tried to shut me out with $10 gift card I refuse to get it and left, not interested in going back.

Target is usually our go to place, but in 2022 it seems like the overall shopping experience has gone downhill. I have noticed that overall the company is having a hard time with cleanliness in the store and keeping the areas fully stocked and neat. I don’t know if this is a staffing issue, or that their standards have gone down. Either way something needs to change before they become the next overpriced Walmart.

I always have a wonderful experience when I go to the Urbana Target in Frederick, MD. The Target Team is always welcoming, professional, helpful, hardworking, reasonable and patient. The store is clean and organized. I can do my store pick up which is quick and easy. When I’m in a hurry. But the atmosphere and environment is always good vibes. So I really enjoy walking around and shopping!My daughters and I get ourselves in trouble when we go without my hubby.It’s my happy place!

I have never had a problem with this target, but my mom has gone here and the cashiers have always treated her bad like if they were racist of something. I went there myself today and the cashier seemed nice but he said a very inappropriate comment to me regarding my payment method. Like why does he care so much how im paying? Im not stealing im actually paying for my stuff. They need to keep their comments to themselves and watch out what they are going to say to people.

My daughter and I visited this store looking for a specific product. Unfortunately when we went to the shelf, the item was sold out. Lavontae, an associate stocking shelves in a near by area, offered his assistance. He was able to locate the item in the system, and went to the stock room to look for it. He emerged a few minutes later with the items in hand. Thanks to him, our trip was not in vain. His customer service was top notch!

I'm not one to write reviews but my experience yesterday literally ruined my mood for the whole day.I was looking for a birthday card for my sister. I like to take my time and pick out the "perfect" card. For some reason this was an issue for your employee in that section. I could understand if I was placing cards back in the wrong slot or making a mess but I wasn't or if I was in her way but I wasn't. I was in the section for no more than 10 mins. She kept mumbling things under her breath and at one point said to her fellow employee "how long does it take to pick out a card" It was at this point that I felt uncomfortable and obviously left the section. I'm not sure if she was having a bad day but I shouldn't be made to feel this way.I don't go out without my baby to shop often and this time, to me, feels like a treat normally. I would appreciate if your employees didn't make me feel like I'm a burden.This happened January 6th around 1 pm

I just had the best experience at target at the Frederick location. My boyfriend and I are going to a game really soon and were looking on the app for some of the teams merch and saw there was one left in my size so I rushed over. I was really in a pinch and needed a specific hoodie. I had asked another employee for assistance and I was pointed in the wrong direction. I found Ryan and not only did she direct me to the correct department of the store but she also helped me find said hoodie in the racks. She was literally in the racks with me helping me find this item. I was so happy when we found it! She is an angel and I really hope her manager sees this. She was kind and helpful. I know she was just doing her job but to me she saved the day! She has restored my faith in humanity. Not all superheros wear capes.

I usually prefer Target over Walmart because of their customer service, even if the prices are a little higher. The staff usually rush to open lanes if there are multiple people in line and today they did not. There was five people in two lanes and there was eight people in the self checkout lanes. I was also waiting to return an item and five employees walked past without acknowledging me. I had to ask for help in order to return an item.

First time at this location, it was cool plenty of parking, a busy Saturday but not too bad employees were friendly but the store looked like a madman went through and balled up all the clothes and threw them around, everything was messy but again it was a busy Saturday so maybe that was it, had nice things there and I will return. Self checkout was okay thought they would have more than three but not too bad today.
