I had to get a new battery in my Nissan Pathfinder after the recent cold snap. Oscar and his team were so responsive, helpful, and super friendly. The installation was less than 30 minutes and best price in town for that type of battery. Thank you Oscar for saving the day!

I was there this morning around 11:30am. My son wanted a hotdog at the food court mind you the line was long and super slow. I realize that a very elderly woman was taking orders, prepping and giving orders by herself. I felt very bad for her and spoke with an employee told her that this poor woman needs help. She said someone would be there to help her. Some guy goes in there just to check the temperature of the pizza and sees the long line and the poor elderly woman struggling. I place my order and ask her is anyone going to help you? She said she requested help but no one came. I got very upset at the abuse that I was witnessing on this poor elderly lady. I requested to speak with a manager. I was told that he was in the office close to the bathrooms when I see who it was it was the same guy that was taking the temperature or scanning something. I lost it 😡. I told him how can you not help that poor lady she’s elderly working by herself she needs help. I said I wanted to file a complaint he never said a word to me gave me a paper with a phone number to call which was the wrong number. He turned his back and ignored me what wonderful customer service. Colin is the manager who doesn’t care about my complaint much less the employee. What can you expect from the other employees that were there just standing not pitching in to help her. Then I find out the general manager was behind me and didn’t even have the common courtesy to ask me what the problem was. Shame on you abusing and taking advantage of an elderly employee in need. I did call to file a formal complaint because people like this need to be fired immediately. They have no compassion, empathy much less respect for the employee. What can I expect as a customer????

Scan and Go always makes my shopping experience so much easier. I'm in and out of the store in 20 minutes or less each time. Rarely wait in lines (except at the exit to get cleared for my purchase).

The store's always been good but apparently they're guys in the parking lot. Can't handle shopping carts and when they hit my brand new truck they said sorry nothing I can do about it

nothing short of a minor miracle. there was no weight at the gas station at all. as always, it was clean and quick and the price was reasonable as much as possible for gas

One of the lady she works department of curbside Pick up . I don’t want to put her name but she gaunt and tall her hair color is little yellow. Be careful of her , Away from her. She act like Sam club owner. Really bad Service.!!😡

Well I have to compare it to Costco. While it was nice because it was a lot less busy than Costco, I could also see why. I. The electronic section, there were missing laptops and tablets displayed. Also lots of the displayed items were dirty and had not been wiped down in awhile. While I wanted to check them out, half of the items were not powered on and or had no power cord. The produce was nice and while I don't think they had a bigger selection than Costco, it was just as fresh and well displayed. The bakery section was on par with Costco. The clothing section is much smaller as is the store overall. I don't shop here as I prefer Costco, but it's good for the consumer to have competition. Almost forgot, if you like pizza I think Sam's has a better looking and tasting pizza. We like it better than the pizza Costco offers. If you appreciate this review, please "like" it.

This place is dirty and has the rudest staff I have ever seen. Cafe to go is a joke and way understaffed. I will go out of my way to avoid this place at all cost and go to Hanover PA it is 1,000 times better

Don't get me wrong, I love the place, but absolutely every single visit the food court is always understaffed, not efficient, and not able to provide for the guests. This should have been addressed months ago

Easy in and easy out especially if you scan and go with their app. Clean and well organized. Nice jewelry and a good place ganic foods. Some items less expensive than Costco and other items more than Costco. Clean exterior and interior. Very good tire prices and installation. The entire store is handicap accessible. Special price discounts on some Scan & Go items. Fast in and fast out of the store. I prefer it over Costco. Plenty of parking too.

Recently stopped in at the Sam's Club service center on Buckeystown pike. My tire was loosing air and though going to have a busy day ahead. They had a short window of time and fit me right in. The guys could not have been more friendly, respectful, helpful and informative. Thank you Tim and the others. We are from out of town but plan on spending more time down the road in this area. If ever need your service again, you all have our business!

Whenever I enter the store, I am greeted with a smile. The eatery has pleasant people working there as well. These are very positive changes to Sam's Club. GOOD WORK!

Great pricing. Love produce and dairy departments. Gas prices are great. Staff is friendly and helpful. The scan and go feature has been excellent. The check of my bar code at the door is respectful and fast.

I went to this Sam's today to pick up a few things. I was behind a group of people of like 4-5 and the Sam's employee at the door was chit chatting with another employee, she let that group of people go but yelled at me and asked for my membership. Why? Was it my ethnicity? Either ask EVERYONE for their membership or don't ask at all. Do better Sam's. This is not acceptable!Why would I go to a store that requires a membership to purchase if I don't have one? Just flashing the member card at the employee doesn't mean anything, it could be expired, it could be someone else's for all they know, doesn't prove anything, they don't scan it or ask for ID so I don't understand the purpose of this ridiculous process. Really considering sticking with just costco after this experience.

I love this store . I grew up coming here. There’s good quality items , nice prices,MOST nice workers. A lot of employees are really nice and understanding. But there is this one lady that stands at the door that always asks for the membership card. She is the only one who asks for it. And it confuses me because since when do you need a card to go into a store ?

After going to the gaithersburg location and them telling me they wouldn't be able to make my sons cake because they had to many orders I called your location to see if you could accommodate me. I spoke to the lady in the bakery and she said yes she could have the you be you cake ready with happy 10th birthday on top for my son as this is the cake he picked out. I was willing to drive the extra 30/35 mins because we always choose your cakes 1st. Love the whipped icing and moist white cake.However when I got there the manager looked around for the tix as the employee looked in the fridge and neither could be found. The manager called the employee as she confirmed remembering it and putting it in the folder. The only reason I'm giving 1 star is because of the managers attempt to rectify the situation by offering a cake. There where no whipped icing cakes available. My son doesnt like butter cream. I explained to the manager I had to leave the party to come and get the cake. So what I'm thinking to be about a quick hour 10 min run there and back turned into at least 2 hrs. Pulling me away time with my son for his party. The cake shown is the end result. I felt this to be the biggest slap in the face as they had to pull someone from the meat shop to write on the cake. The manager gave me a story about him just taking over and this is the 3rd time in the 3 weeks he's been there that this has happened. I come from management. There are some things that can be reconciled and some that cant. He kept reiterating that he wasnt charging me. That didnt make me feel better as I chose I Cake my son wouldn't eat just so we could sing happy birthday and he could blow out candles. (I did also get a cheesecake for him) Cakes are used to celebrate special occasions. I cannot get back his 10th bday party. I will forever remember this cake. Seems like there needs to be some training and organization there so hopefully noone else has to go through this. You all dropped the ball and in cases like this it just has to roll because it cant be picked up and fixed. Highly disappointed

This review is more about a person than the store. A BIG shoutout to Ronnicia. She brought out my curbside pick up and when I questioned the quality of the bagged salad she happily asked if I would like her to exchange it. I know she had to go to the back of the store to retrieve a new bag ( which looked totally fresh) and I asked for her name because she went above and beyond in my opinion and did it all with a beautiful smile. Thanks Ronnicia I appreciate you!

I enjoy shopping at Sam's. It doesn't have the crushing crowds like Costco. The checkout lines are always a lot shorter. That could be because of their Shop & Go app. I can do everything on my phone. I scan my items as I shop, pay on my phone, and show the electronic receipt at the door. I have never stood in a line at the registers. I can get in and out quickly. What a treat!They have similar items and prices to Costco. Costco offers more member services, which I never used. Both stores have some item I can't get at the another. A tradeoff in my book.Sam's had a good deal on a membership and so I swapped. It has been a pleasant shopping experience and so far I have been very happy!

The only thing I hate at Sam’s Club is that the fact when you go to go leave they do not do it like Costco, were they just look at your receipt see the items you have and you leave. It’s just quite annoying to sit there and have them keep on scanning items quite annoying.

I would like to thank Christian Peoples who works in the meat section for the awesome customer service. He truly went over and beyond. Once he noticed I was having a hard time looking for the right roast he came through. When they didn’t have any more he actually went in the back and cut the roast himself and packaged it. I was blown away. Best customer service I’ve had. Kudos to Christian Peoples.
