If you are traveling with kids and need a rest stop for anything this is a perfect spot.... customer service is amazing... we had a vomiting accident and cashier was able to give us a large trash bag that was able to fit our car seat. Lucky we had an extra booster... they got paper towel and car air fresheners too :) thank you so much crew of royal farm... Sunday 1:20pm lady at the cash register 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Around 2 pm yesterday, while i was there i overheard who i assume is a shift manager being extremely rude to one of his workers when asked to take care of people at the register. I never heard such rudeness from a person not doing their job. The lady that received such rudeness was very understanding and compilant with the insult thrown at her. I believe the managers name was daniel or danny.

Won't be coming back to this location and would give less than one star.My visit on on Dec. 27, I asked if the had any bags as I stood there trying to hold hot food and drinks etc. Was told by the lady behind the register who couldn't even bother looking up from her ray gun scanner to answer the question. Said bags were banned on the first of January......today is the 27th of December. You mean you have no bags whatsoever, no reusable or paper bags? Ok. Fine. You can at least put a notification on the door of the store stating the ban or at the register Everyone else does.This is not my first review of this location. My previous was of the condition of the interior and food quality and attitude of the staff. I hope this place closes. Go back down to your Rockvilles and Baltimores and take your overpriced dry chicken, bad attitudes and poor services with you.

Go to Wawa or Costco instead. Air pump deflated my tires, men's restroom door gets stuck open, and the hand dryer sprays the standing water from the sink in your face. This is a new gas station; I don't want to know what older Royal Farms facilities are like.

Stopped by for a late night car wash and snacks. Gentlemen behind the counter was nice and helped me check out.

They just recently opened so it is very clean and shiny. I took the kids in to grab snacks and dinner for the family. Almost $100 later we waited four 20 minutes for then to put food on the counter not in a bag. They were missing 2 out of 3 sides and while I caught the first one still inside the store I didn't notice the other until I was home. This was not even a decent first impression.

I always eat here but the guy went off today when he made my breakfast burrito (around 1:30pm). Immaculate execution, super quick & he even cut it. S/o to him, he should get a raise

Large fountain drink is smaller and more expensive than Wawa...hard pass....typical start-up issues with self checkout...Car wash is a joke

They have been selling cars washes at the pump for over a week now without a working car wash…. No refunds for the car washes they can’t provide.Inside, beautiful clean new store, but clearly short staffed and training is lacking. Walked in and could not find a person for 5 min one night …

I had a great experience at the royal farms off English Muffin. My coupon wasn’t working and the two ladies who helped were determined to make it work even tho I offered to just pay without it to save them the hassle. Extremely kind staff.

Getting 88 gas here will be detrimental to your car! My car is at the shop undergoing $1200 worth of repairs due to extremely high ethanol content. They knew immediately which location I got gas from too, which was kind of funny. But they knew because I was like the 20th person in the last 2 weeks bringing my car in due to RF's faulty gas. Very unethical!! I've filed a claim with my insurance, which was accepted, thankfully. So I am out my deductible. I'm also waiting to hear back from RF's headquarters to see how they plan to reimburse mine and everyone's losses.

Sheetz down the street with much better prices on... everything - pretty much. If you get that "famous chicken" it's overpriced and dried out. Only gave it a shot cause it's closer to my work, but I will definitely continue driving 5 min to Sheetz.

Brand new Royal Farms. Walk in, and the first thing I see is trash on the ground, and an employee walking around with an unlit cigarette in her mouth. Prices are hilariously high. Good ole' RF.
