My dogs had been going to Patty for years at this location. My dogs and I showed up for my appointment with my husband to find out she had called out for work. Her male manager (Cory) was so pissed off and voiced his own frustration to me in person. How he couldn’t believe she did this at Christmas time. He was so annoyed with her that he placed a customer service credit on my account. He promised me that he would put me on the cancellation list should a spot open. I did not receive a call , ever. Not to reschedule, not an apology from Patty or the manager to get my dogs back on the schedule. This was the week before Christmas and I voiced how I really needed them to be cleaned and groomed . It took me weeks to get that appointment. So I called them over a week later. They shuffled me around to several people and actually hung up on me before we even talked. Very strange behavior. I have always made my appointments and even accepted when my dogs did not look good after multiple grooming sessions from Patty. Even tipping her!!! She has pictures and knows what I like so there is no excuse(unless someone else is cutting them and I haven’t been told) I trusted her with them and for me that was the most important thing. Very unprofessional of the staff , store and management to act like children with a customer who has supported this business for a long time. I just called to schedule an appointment and they told me that “we can’t make you happy” so they won’t service my dogs anymore. I said that’s no problem and hung up. Funny how Cory tried to make this a customer problem when it’s a manager and Patty problem. So very unprofessional and terrible customer service. I have always left awesome reviews for companies but not today. Petsmart grooming needs to grow up and correct where they went wrong. A few bad apples can ruin long standing relationships with customers.

My poodle had such an amazing time with Morgan! Morgan can do her thing! She had my poodle, looking so fun and fab! The way that my dogs coat looks super shiny and healthy afterwards was amazing! The level of details she put with my poodle was phenomenal! Not only was Morgan very good at what she does she’s very professional, and so kind and so loving towards animals. You can tell she really loves dogs! I wish that Petsmart could give her a two week paid vacation because she definitely knows what she is doing.

Pet store- They have pet food and accessories. They also have adoptable pets. It was a little hard to get an employee to help me out.

Clover had a drop in nail trim today with Jenna K, who is always great with my pup as she gets anxious before a nail trim. Had her trimmed and grinded in 5 minutes. Thanks Jenna, and sorry I didn’t have cash for a tip—will take care of you next time!

Don’t use them for grooming. My puppy didn’t even smell good. The manager of the store customer service is awful!

I want to start this review by saying not all PetSmarts are bad. I normally go to the other Frederick location but today, I decided to go to the one off 355 because it was closer to my apartment. TODAY WILL THE ONE AND ONLY TIME I WILL TAKE MY DOG THERE! They nicked the quick of my dog and then told me they couldn't dermal it because he was too scared. turns out, when I get home and go to get my dog out of my car to find blood on the seats....NOT HAPPY! Now my dog won't let one get near his paws...DO NOT TAKE YOU'RE DOG THERE!

Just got back home from Petsmart. Our lab had a bath with the furminator plus service and nail filings. It was very easy to schedule online for Molly's appointment. I got a confirmation call the day before her grooming. Her coat looks fantastic. Didnt take very long at all for everything. Great service and definitely worth the price for all that's included. Maria did a great job!

Same day adoption of cats is great. The cat we got from here is literally perfect. They also have discount old cats for $25 cash. If you want a cat and you want it today you gotta come here!

Had my Yorkie Coco’s nails trimmed and the PetSmart In Haggerstown MD took a lot of care with Coco! Make sure you bring a copy of your pets immunization records with you! I didn’t need an appointment!

Whenever I go to their competitor-whose name I will not mention-they never have what I want and the service is horrible. They should really named the store human smart, or pet loved. They always have what I'm looking for at least something I can use in the meantime and their staff is friendly and excellent

My 2 dogs, ages 5 and 16, both had a bath, brush combo with teeth, ears, and nails done. This was their first experience being bathed there and they both did great. The staff were very nice and professional, getting my dogs through quickly so that I was able to wait for them in the store.

I've been taking my 4 yr old golgendoodle here for the last 1 year for grooming. Katie is absolutely amazing with him and he always comes home looking smart and very happy. The store has a great collection of pet supplies and toys as well. Well organized and well stocked.

Okay so by the name it's a pet store well pet food treats toys etc inside PetSmart is Banfield which is a veterinary hospital also inside PetSmart is the groomers , the groomers is what this review is about now being new dog owners this was our first time taking our two new furry Friends to the groomer the experience was ultra delightful considering the fact that you got our pets not to smell like well outside and got them to smell like sweet vanilla lavender,also one of the things I'd love to say is how great care was taken and all the steps were explained and they got free treats and bandanas to go around their neck being a new dog owner this is always the thing I've ever wanted was a kerchief to go around my dog's neck! Now he has one and he's no longer shaggy win win!! overall I would say this is one of the best places to go due to the helpful courteous and friendly nature of the employees and the excellent service that we received.

I use the Frederick Petsmart to get our prescription cat food. Only certain stores carry the prescription foods. The store is always well stocked and clean. Helpful staff always willing to help with any questions you have or to offer a quick smile and friendly greeting. Store is clean and aisles well maintained. Easy parking with plenty spaces. I would highly recommend going here for your pets needs. Even the training classes are easy to sign up for and Trainor is knowledgeable about her job. Will answer questions and give a free consultation on your pet. Great job PetSmart...

Took my small dog in for grooming. The person did an ok job. Was hoping my dog would have less facial fur. And that her coat would have been shorter. Cost $62.
