Kelly did a great job bathing Ollie and really went above and beyond. He is shy around new people but warmed up to her quickly and she had nothing but nice words about him. She was so friendly, kind, and caring and he looked and smelled great afterwards!

My 1st visit to this location could not have been a better experience! My new puppy was in need of a bath & nail trimming. I was a little nervous when I made the appointment the night before & this was the only appointment available for the next day.....BUT, I couldn't have been more wrong....I received a very energetic welcoming when we walked through the grooming door. Our appointment was with Kelly & she knew as soon as we walked in that Max was her next client. Max, 207 lb gentle giant Mastiff absolutely enjoyed himself at his spa appointment! He & Kelly were matched up perfectly all by chance & I could not be happier about the entire experience. Kelly was amazing with Max & we will definitely be coming back to see her again!Thank you for the best experience ever for my new fur baby!

When our usual groomer closed down I wasn’t too sure where to take my girls and a little skeptical about using PetSmart but we are SO glad we did! Our girls have been seeing Mel, she has been incredible! The whole team is always nice, friendly, and knowledgeable.

Very disappointed. I came in to get two crickets, was standing by the station for over 10 minutes with employees looking over at me and doing nothing. Nobody came to assist me and not one person asked if I needed help. 8pm they were only focused on closing up shop it seems. I shouldn't have to run around the store finding someone. I left empty handed and even on my way out nobody said a word to me. Cashier greeted me upon entering and that was it.

We love it here! From the time we got our puppy they were nothing but helpful and kind. Odie goes for all his doggy needs from grooming, supplies, and training. Everyone is so knowledgeable, and willing to help with every step of the way.I HAVE to brag about Erika! We signed our 4 month old puppy up for puppy training and we were a bit nervous (he’s our first paw-child). From day one Erika put us at ease and assured us that all his quirky behaviors were completely normal! She worked with him throughout the class and made sure that all the puppies were on track for success. She was also super accessible if we needed help outside of class time. Odie got to meet all sorts of new friends and Erika was patient while they played, but also kept everyone on track throughout class. I cannot say enough good things about Erika. Odie graduated today from puppy class and it nearly brought me to tears. There were points when I was really struggling with Odie’s behaviors, especially his talking, but Erika was right there to reassure me! We love her and will be coming back for intermediate classes.Odie also goes there for grooming with Maddie. We really appreciate the update at the end of every visit on how he did. He is getting used to all the noises and tools used and is improving every time. I can tell that she really cares for the pups as if they were her own. Maddie is so kind and understanding even when we lack time management (something we are working on with training lol).I cannot say enough good things about this location, and is so worth the 45 minutes drive to get there. Odie and I will be lifelong visitors :)

For a big chain store, this PetSmart location is pretty awesome. Everyone who works there has always been extremely kind and helpful no matter which of our pets (dogs, cats, geckos) we're shopping for.Even the service we get online has been excellent. For example, I was having some trouble with my online account and someone from PetSmart actually called and spoke with me and talked me through fixing the issue.This might not be the place for unique and interesting pet supplies, but when it comes to the basics, they have some good products and a consistent selection. I can only think of one time when I didn't get what I wanted because they were out of stock - not their fault that I was buying something popular.

Do NOT bring your dog here to be groomed if you’re booked with Jackie. Completely unprofessional, condescending, and clearly does not love what she does. If you care about your pets appearance and happiness, AVOID JACKIE. If her job is making her this miserable in life, I can’t imagine the way she treats animals in her care.

We just moved here and our queen diva going to be 14 soon mysti needed her special food for her kidney disease. She also has other issues but is one tough girl.The women ( sorry forgot there names) who work at Banfield associated with Petsmart who absolutely outstanding.Helped with the entire process to get her prescription filled and get her set up for future purchases for her diet.Thank you for your outstanding service to your new customer and more importantly our furrbaby..correction furrQueen..lol..

PetSmart on Osprey Frederick, MDI am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the unprofessional conduct exhibited by one of your groomers during a recent phone call to your establishment.Today, on February 13, 2024, I phoned to schedule an appointment and discuss my concerns about the previous grooming session for my dog, Snowflake. From the moment the groomer answered the call, I encountered a dismissive, unprofessional, and rude attitude. Not only did she neglect to greet me courteously, but they also demonstrated a significant lack of interest in addressing my concerns and preferences regarding my pet's grooming. This recent experience has left me deeply disheartened.

Finding the right food for our fur babies is still a challenge. We have “the food”, brand and specific type all picked out, it works great with our pet and then, we can’t seem to find it, even where we have been getting it for months! I called PetSmart and they were great! They went to the shelf, found my pups food and even told me prices and sizes available right then! The associate even offered to bring a bag up front so it would be right there when I came in. Then, after purchasing about an hour later, offered to load it in my car, if I pulled up along the front curb. So nice! Service above normal. Prices fair! Great experience.

I went to purchase a parrot mineral block and mango nutraberries. I brought Suga my caique with me. I couldnt find the mineral block ... I thought they sold out until I found an employee and she told me it was on a different wall. So very thankful (◍•ᴗ•◍)💜

We enrolled in the beginner training class with Melanie and it was incredible. She’s an expert in her field and is great at explaining how to work on each skill with our dogs. She knew the individual breeds and their traits and adapted her instruction accordingly. She’s friendly and patient, always checking in each class to make sure things are going well at home. The class is a great value; well worth the price. We are very appreciative and are looking forward to coming back for the intermediate class soon!The downside was the number of dogs in the class. The space was small for the initial number of enrollees. A couple of dogs dropped out, so the size was more manageable as the 6 weeks went on.A general note about the store, too. The employees are super friendly. We're always greeted when we enter, and staff are helpful and knowledgeable. I always see someone stocking shelves and tidying out of place items. It's very organized.

They are frequently out of stock for many items so have to go out of way to other location. Most of the cashiers are super nice, but the older lady can be a bit snippy and seems poorly trained. Like she flat out said there’s no option to print & email receipts, which none of the other cashiers have problems doing.

Interacted with several groomers and the custumer service was excepcional as always. Will be removing my last review since this team deserves all five starts.

I took my French Bulldog Brody to the groomers there to have his nails clipped and grinded. He's very fidgety but the girl was very patient and did a fantastic job! It makes a big difference with him at home. Thanks for being there! He loves it afterwards.

I work in grocery, leveling and stocking shelves but have also worked in Inventory. When I went to the store, I noticed two things, first, the shelves were properly "leveled" and organized, which conveys that the employees care about the store. Second, I noticed that stock levels were at a basic level. I mentioned to the clerk that it looked like they were getting ready for their yearly inventory. They chuckled and confirmed it.

This Place is always good. The store clerks are really nice and very helpful. They always have what you need stocked on the shelves. We have a variety of animals...Dogs, Cats, Parakeets, and a Bearded Dragon, and, we can always find what were looking for! 😊

I would give PetSmart Grooming 5 stars only because of groomer "Huey," who always did a fantastic job with my Stella. Unfortunately, she was not available and I made the mistake of entrusting just anyone. When I picked Stella up, her beautiful long hair had been shaved to 1/4". I did not see Stella's horrible and unevenly cut hair until after I paid the bill of $60-odd dollars. Management was very apologetic and gave me a $75 gift card for this "mishap." Ask for Huey if your dog requires hair cutting.

Manager was extremely rude. My father pasted away. I am foster his dog and this woman had to audacity to tell me “dogs do that” when I showed her the destroyed toy. The dog is only 30 pounds. It’s not my fault it was a defective product(I thought). But as stated on the packaging (I noticed later) it was for puppies, so clearly she was very unknowledgeable of their inventory. I was distraught when I was in the store the first time trying to find toys for the dog , that’s why I returned it. NOT because dogs do that but because it was a toy designed for puppies. Please familiarize yourself with your products before being rude. It’s not my fault you have no clue what’s in your store. I will never shop here again due to the disrespect.

so i went to the grooming salon for my dog king. keep that in mind that they haven’t shaved his ears ever or anytime he has gone. Tuesday, he went to the grooming salon and they shaved his ears. they didn’t call me all they said was.. “ He had knots and stuff in his ear, therefore we had to shave them.” we are now currently sitting in an emergency room because when they shaved his ears.. they cut the flap and now it’s infected. I will be suing or filling a law suit. this is very unacceptable. Please be mindful of this.

Everyone is always so nice. My spouse and i went there to get the basic necessities for when we were rescuing our first cat. We didn't even know this was a thing, but since we are rescuing and not adopting, we get a coupon book for free. We were able to save around $40~50. That was a pretty good deal! :)

Quality of the fish and selection has gone downhill. I know this is a supplier issue, but should absolutely be addressed. 1-10 fish per tank and 2/3 of the selection is just tags with no inhabitants matching the tag.
