Loooooove this store! Amazing selection of vitamins, produce, ALL products! They have all my favorites! I’m new to the area and so glad I found Mom’s! I wish they made their own hot soups or had a live salad bar! I’d be there everyday!

Visited on a Saturday afternoon, not very busy. A nice selection of items; much smaller in footprint than the Common Market but overall concept the same; healthy, gluten free, vegan etc. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Had a few items that I haven't seen at the other market; would go back again. Store was clean, well lit and laid out.

I adore this store! The employees see you and treat you like a real person. Love that they carry local brands and so helpful when looking for products.

Updated- Jan 2022- they have tons of products on the shelves, Meat case is full!!!, plenty of milk and eggs etc. Sanitizer etc.. With the ongoing shortages they have the best stock I've seen anywhere lately.Great place. Great employees, very helpful. Good food options. Makes me feel good shopping there.Has all the stuff i need..

Store is okay. Was turned off by the employees and customers at this location.First weird people kept breathing down our necks when we were walking down the aisles. I’ve never had that happen before but it was super creepy it wasn’t just one person either.Lastly Bought a lot of groceries (over $200) when we went to check out two ppl got behind us in line and the cashier kept trying to call up for help but no one was coming up to help. We didn’t have that much stuff where it would be that overwhelming. She looks at me after trying to call for help the third time and says they are trying to kill me up here. It just made me feel uncomfortable she would say that to me I wasn’t trying to make her feel overwhelmed nor were the people behind us frustrated. Super awkward service I much prefer the people at common co op and will stay shopping there

I’ve loved Mom’s for years. They always have tasty treats and really beautiful produce. On Saturday, I stopped in for a quick shop. Maggie in wellness was super sweet and helpful when I was deciding between products. She even went to the back a few times to grab me some samples. The checkout line even had some really sweet folks who took their time and loving packed up my things. That small interaction left me smiling all day.

Love the variety of organic fruits and vegetables. I notice their shelf life is longer at home when buying from Mom's. Interesting and yummy smoked salmon, of course organic, that wholesome and very tasty. Tried one serving of fresh caught rainbow trout that turned out delicious. Good supply of Lactose free milk with 0% milk fat. The best barrel-roasted lightly salted peanuts I have ever tasted! In six weeks buying here and eating sensibly has netted me a loss of ten pounds. I'll keep you updated!

One of the best places to get healthy organic food in Frederick. The only other option is Common Market and Mom's often has better prices. Less selection than Common Market on occasion but still one of my go-to stores to buy food.

Mom's is what the future of grocery should be. Not "the future" with high tech innovation, but with a focus on sourcing from local providers and stocking healthy alternatives to the litany of processed food that has become synonymous with our culture.What's more, they allow you to order bulk items for special pickup. We go through rice and oats constantly, so it's cheaper to order a 25lb. sack than to make a run on the loose dry food rack.They special order for you. Carry your brand of alternative milk but not the right flavor? They'll order a case for you (with the stipulation you buy the case.)Never had a bad customer experience, free electric car charging, robust recycle program, and I could go on. We drive 30 mins out of our way just so we can shop here. We're fortunate to have them and I hope others use them as the standard of how groceries should be run. Bring them the business, just leave some food left for us!

Great selection of awesome products, amazing for vegetarians or those with dietary restrictions, clean and full of beautiful produce and flowers. Didn't use it but looks like they have a great system for reusing / recycling glass bottles for milk and water jugs. And their receipts are made differently, so they don't put chemicals in your body when you touch them! Great place.

Not impressed or even partially excited about my visit. I had read on FB that MOM was the place to go for really great fresh fruit. Save your gas. They should do better.

Staff seems informed about products, and don't act like it it's "just a JOB". Even though it's good sized, has a nice "Mom-and-Pop" feel to it. It's good to bring your own bags or totes too; I don't remember if there's a paper\plastic bag surcharge. They also do some recycling on site. DO NOT GO IN THIS PLACE HUNGRY, it'll work your willpower to not buy everything. My "Inner Hungry-Man" won this time. Prices weren't as high as I thought they'd be. There's stuff from children's products, health and beauty, snacks, medicine\herbal supplements, meats\seafood, to fruits and vegetables.Buckeystown Pike's being worked on, so traffic is tight sometimes. And ask for Amanda, she's very knowledgeable and helpful, like the rest of the staff is.

The best store for vegetarians / vegans! Store is always clean. Produce is super fresh. Associates are friendly to help. I used to shop at Mom's when I lived in Alexandria and finding the store in Frederick just re-kindled my love for Mom's! Highly recommend.Updated July 2023: I am still coming here weekly whenever I work in Frederick and I continue to love everything about the store. They also are one of the very few places that carry Seven Stars Farm yogurt which is what I try to feed exclusively to my son. The employees are always willing to help. The produce is the freshest of all the places we've shopped. Niche organic products that won't be easily found elsewhere. I can only wish there's a Mom's closer to me!

I love Mom's. The Frederick location has a great selection of organic and healthy foods. The produce area is small but all the fruits and veggies are very fresh. Large selection of bulk food: tons of nuts, beans and spices! Mom's recycles. Large bins for compost! Bring your potato peels.

I absolutely love this Mom's store. It's new, big and not so crowded like the stores near me!Mom's is great. I love their selection. I love their all organic produce. Their prices are reasonable. Staff are always quick, efficient and nice.Parking is easy here.

Every MOMs I go to is very nice. This one is laid out a bit differently from what I'm used to, but this is one of the few places that you can get certain items and spices in bulk. Highly recommend their produce as well, we got fresh and amazing tasting garlic (no nasty green stems) that was the size of my fist from here.

What impressed me initially about this place was the freshness and variety of the produce. All organic and locally sourced. The folks working there are also probably the nicest and most professional staff I have come across at any other store. I also realized that their prices for similar or comparable items carried by the likes of Giant are actually lower on average yet Mom’s products have higher quality and variety. I would highly recommend them for pretty much all major grocery items especially when striving to maintain a healthy living.

Awful customer service. Holley seemed annoyed when I asked her for help in finding a product. After walking around in the store I was able to find the product let’s do organic sweetened condensed milk. I was told by Holley that they didn’t carry the product. Even after I showed Holley that I found the product she replied by saying okay in an nonchalant demeanor without offering any type of assistance. During checkout I presented a hounded dollar bill to Jacob , the bagger said in a rude tone is the yellow mark good? That comment was an implication that my tender was bad. The service I received was offensive and left me feeling singled out. As a customer that supports your store my concerns should have been addressed. Customers are the reason Cashiers have jobs. All customers should be treated with respect. I will no longer shop at this location. Poor customer service reflects on management.

Mom’s, I love you guys! They were closed and I thought they were open and I went up to the door. A young lady came out and said that I could come in and shop if I liked!!!! All the staff were all smiles!! All I really wanted was a salad and boy I am thrilled that I could get one this time of night! I really appreciate the kind gesture.
