I come to get 2 items for a project im working on and go to the self checkout and the guy literally just grabs the scanner and my items from me and starts to scan them - I though the point of self checkout was to checkout yourself, not have cashiers. If that the case then open up the regular lines? I don't want to be within a 8-10inch range from strangers that STINK. Won't be buying from here anymore. AMAZON here I come.

If I could give 0 stars I would. You need to really teach your employees especially your managers some manners. Devon would be the 1st one I would start with. She is very rude and has no interest in being helpful. But I do have to say the 1st lady that helped me unfortunately I did not catch her name but she was absolutely wonderful and actually apologized for her rude manager. So thank you for your help it did not go unnoticed.

Why are there always people outside of Lowe’s trying to sell products or get donations?This makes for a negative shopping experience at Lowe’s. People want to be able to get what is needed and leave without any hassle. Sometimes when you say “no thank you “ or “I’m not interested “ do they continue to try to get you to buy or support their cause?I completely understand businesses trying to get off the ground and/or the need to raise funds to support a cause, but why put pressure on your customers as soon as they enter or exit the building? This seems inappropriate.

Went there trying to resolve the third order that you have canceled on flooring for me, because you supposedly Lowe’s do not control your online orders and third party delivery like DoorDash, I wander who does, Home Depot ? After this third one went there , Scott was not help I even told him don’t care color, just something in the same price. He didn’t do anything . Before I talk to Patrick when the order was going to be cancel , they are just watching their hands like always. This store it’s awful, no help I will repot this to Maryland attorney general consumer complaint.

I had purchased 4 keys while the cashier was scanning the keys one fell off the floor. She banned the floor scanned the key and left right on the floor. My 11 years old son was very upset about it and said we need to let the manager know what happened. We went to customer service and asked to speak to the manager on duty it took him 8 minutes to come to talked to us . The fact that she walked away right after I picked up the key off the floor. That very bad . I won’t never go back shopping there again.

The staff is amazing. We got help with a couple large items and 4 or 5 staff threw out the store answer questions and help load my vehicle . And have helpful tips. Best experience I've ever had at a home improvement store ever.

I've been a true HD customer for many years, spending a pretty sum with them, but after today I'll never go back to HD.The service that I received at this location was beyond excellent, which HD in Frederick is none existent.Highly recommended. When you need help exchanging ideas go to this location and completely skip HD.

A perfectly fine Lowe’s and never had any issues going here countless times. Always clean and normally there’s someone close by to ask for help if you need it. I also like the fact that the website has where items are located and if they’re in stock so it saves time and effort before I’m even in the store.

The self checkout is ridiculous! There was one employee helping 6 customers with their purchases. It's another way to cut costs by not hiring people to ring up mechandise.

I spent 3 hours waiting to buy a stove only for them to tell me that they canceled it, making my payments on time last month, I paid it all, my card was clean, they had no reason to cancel, I will never buy at Lowes again.

My wife enjoys visiting each week for new deals on plants. The selection is good and they maintain their inventory for a nice variety of full and partial sun plants. We will be back for the sunflowers this weekend….

Denyse was rude and not helpful at the front. She was angry at us because a mat we wanted to purchase did not have a barcode she asked us to walk over to the section we found it and take a picture. We did this and she said the photo was useless. Find a better job if you want to have this attitude with costumers

Pretty much the same set up as Home Depot! Walking in the main entrance first isle to the left had all the cleaning and disinfect supplies! Actually had a fairly good amount of stock!We were actually looking for the disinfect wipes and some Swiffer wet pads, plenty of wipes! No Swiffer wet pads though.Also, we were looking for some shelving boards, which we will still have to cut bc if the odd size we need for a repurp project!They have a really nice selection of boards, in different types of wood and various sizes!As you can see below!

Need some sakrete mix to throw up some fencing post real quick..thought i had enough the first trip there..but seems i mis-counted..had to roll back over there to grab a few more bags..a staff member (kat) helped me out..got be a very good bargain on some open bags..am not afraid of getting dirty so i took her up on the cheaper price..so a big thank you to (KAT)

Coming to this Lowes is always a headache. When a staff members sees you heading their way they start going in the opposite direction. Trying to find help is like pulling teeth. The garden center is always full of dead plants. I consider it the garden graveyard because plants go to Lowes just to die. It's always a mess. You see staff members see the mess but avoid doing anything to clean it up. This garden center is a joke.

Love Lowe's! The workers there are very friendly and helpful! Very good prices too! Can't wait for Black Friday to do some tool and hardware shopping! Great deals advertised!I did recently return here for a handle for my sliding glass door but they didn't have what I needed! There was a large amount of options, just none that would fit my door!Still a wonderful store with plenty of great deals and options for home improvements! Good job Lowes!

We are finishing a basement. I did not want to do the flooring and we decided to go through Lowe's to get flooring and have it installed. I do not recommend Lowe's at all. We had to make multiple visits to the store just to get the supplies ordered and sign the contract (flooring item number was apparently not coming up), they said it was usually only a few weeks for install and then it ended up being a month out for install. The worst part though was the flooring was to heavy for the installer to move so Lowe's was supposed to deliver the flooring. They did not realize it was to heavy for their truck as well and they had to delay the floor install again. After cutting the flooring to the room sizes it was delivered and install was only off by a day so it wasn't to bad. Then the day of install the installers came and asked where the supplies were.... I showed them the flooring that Lowe's had delivered. They said that since Lowe's delivered the flooring they were supposed to deliver the supplies. A call to the store had customer service push me to a manager were I was on hold until the phone call dropped off. Next call got me to a manager (very nice person) who went around the store to collect the supplies and have it brought out. I am hoping that the install will be done on time... Overall this has been a nerve wracking process and we are not happy with the prospect of waiting another month before the flooring is complete. Though all of the customer service people have been cordial many of these mistakes could have been avoided by just having some forethought and planning. Do not go to Lowe's for flooring or really to contract out services. I will be sticking with Home Depot in future.

PLEASE USE THIS LOCATION IF YOU WANT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! The store manager Johnny is top notch!!! And I write this with the highest regards!! While juggling many other store issues in tandem to my concern, Johnny not only helped with my issue at hand, he mentioned the MVP Rewards savings- that no one has ever mentioned to me before and he saved me over $500 instantly. BRAVO!!!! I spend thousands of dollars a year at Lowes and have dealt with many sales reps in different stores. So someone should have mentioned this to me years ago. Furthermore, Johnny made sure that my other sales needs were taken care of adequately with two other sales associates Syrah and Jerrand. They did a great job too!! Johnny was on the move in the store throughout my experience, but he followed up and came through on everything I needed!!! Awesome guy! Honestly, most of the time I am in many different store locations - which is a lot, the Lowes associates are not very attentive, much less the store managers. But this location deserves 5-Stars***** and A+ for their effort and excellent customer service. I know it's not easy to find people who really want to work these days and to find people who understand how a little bit of effort goes a long way in helping people get what they need. @Lowes Corporate- Please, Please... pay people like Johnny, Syrah, and Jerrand, who are making the effort to do a great job in your establishment, what they are worth to keep them around. We need more people like them in your stores! These kinds of employees make all the difference in your customer's shopping experience!Keep up the good work Buckeystown Pike, Frederick, MD Lowes!!!

Had gone to a professional plumbing store and was kind of stared at oddly and not giving any assistance. Came to Lowe's on a busy weekday and met Russ in the plumbing section. While he said what I'm looking for in an exist he guaranteed me if I come back once I have this shower system setup at home he will absolutely be able to remedy the issues I have due to his experience. He was professional. Very friendly. Very personable. In the face and person I'd like to see coming into a home improvement store. What a nice guy.
