I’m getting my water heater replaced and my friend who is a plumber told me all the parts to get. My dad and I were very confused on some things as we aren’t knowledgeable in plumbing and Noel was amazing. He spent probably over and hour with us gathering all our items and really making sure we got everything on my list so we didn’t have to come back tomorrow. He even talked to my plumber friend on the phone and explained everything I was about to purchase. He was truly a cut above and so kind and selfless! Thank you so much, Noel! You actually made spending $500 not so bad haha!

I recently visited Lowe's for some home improvement supplies, and I was impressed with the exceptional customer service and the vast range of products available. The staff members were friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to assist me in finding the right materials for my project. Moreover, the store had everything I needed, from tools to building materials, making it a convenient one-stop shop. I highly recommend Lowe's for their excellent service and extensive product selection.

I was assisted by Tim and he has so helpful and had the most amazing customer service presence I've had the pleasure of interacting with. NEVER AGAIN - NEVER EVER EVER USE LOWES PROS! Had doors installed in Early JULY - they were warped, missing parts, and STILL 7 Months Later I am fighting with Ron from Resource Contractors AND Lowes to get them fixed. The doors let in Air, BUgs Water - WORSE than the doors I replaced. Lowes Store refuses to Help. Regional Manager was supposed to conact us as well, but is no where to be found, Ron at Resource, makes promises and does not follow through. Ron amitted our doors are unacceptable, yet here were are. . NO RESOULUTION and NO HELP from LOWES to get this fixed. NEVER EVER AGAIN!! So Disappointe with you lowes. My husband is a Veteran - is this how you treat Disabled Vets???

Went in to pick up an order we did online. Walked to the customer service desk, and the veteran employee (Squirrel) had to tell the young lady (in the blue vest) I was waiting for her to help me. It took her almost 5 minutes to come to help me, and she was in plain sight. She had to talk to other employees before helping me and fixing her name tag. We got an email stating the order was ready, but it took her over 5 minutes to find the order. Then, she tells me it was never pulled. Later, Squirrel found the order after the young lady in blue came back from pulling the order. Very unorganized. Order was under my wife's name, Andrea Morris with me, Bud Williams picking up. Someone needs to be retrained.

Omg went to buy mulch and regretted it . We found a snake in one of the mulch bags oh lord I’m still having nightmares. I hate those things and Thank God my husband killed it or who knows I might not go out of my house

I visit this place at least two times a month. Great selection love the people there. Good service, Drew in the hardware and tool department is super helpful. People in the cabinet area are the best. Kim in the appliance area is the best in the business.

Online order pick up is usually really efficient. Store is nicely laid out and stocked. The holiday displays can get a little big but I know many find that festive and enjoy it.

Lowes store #0516 in Frederick MD used to be my #1 GO to HW store for ALL of my DIY projects, but OMG has it gone down hill. Went in last night at 7PM to buy $4K worth of replace windows and couldn't find a single Lowes staffer to help me with that window project. I was told by another LOWES employee from another store on Central VA that LOWES Sr. Mgmt. is cutting back on hiring and retaining a full staff of employees because they need to pump up their profit margins and want to cut down overhead. Cutting staff simply results in long time customers going to the other HW stores instead. LOWES get your act together.

BEWARE: I used Lowe's door service to install 4 sets of doors and they sent Resource Contractors (1.3 rating on Google) to my home. 7 months later and the doors still leak water, air and bugs nto the home. I would not recommend Lowe's installation service or Resource Contractors to my enemy!!!

The service of the forklift worker is terrible, he is lazy, we spent an hour looking for something and he never wanted to do it, also those who sell do not even know what they are selling, they should look for efficient people or fire them if they are not useful

This Lowe’s sets me nuts. During the summer the garden center plants are constantly wilted or dead from the absent minded employees not properly watering them. Year round inside, it’s absolutely ridiculous trying to get a cart through the main isle and in the hand tools section. While I was shopping this morning, my cart got caught on numerous display items blocking access. In some locations the clutter is so bad you cannot even get a cart through! The Lowe’s in south Frederick is so much better organized, staff that helps, and much better tended plants.

Never do business with this store. We bought a wine fridge for $2100 that was broken when we received it, and they told us we were out of luck. They referred us to the manufacturer in Canada, lol.There is no customer service at this store. Lowe’s- you should be ashamed!!UPDATE- so you will see in the comments below that Lowe’s reached out to us about our comment. They made no attempt to help us get a replacement for the unit above/parts to repair it. They offered us a $25 e-gift card. Again, Lowe’s you should be ashamed!

I purchased product online. After significant delay and supervisor support, I finally received the product on 16 December 2022. The staff was so helpful and proactive to solve the issue with the delay and get the product to me. On 10 March 2023, and well before the 90 day return policy limit, I attempted to return some of my product. The system at the store would not allow the return. I attempted calling Lowe’s customer support and was told they could do nothing to help me. I returned to the Lowe’s store for a final attempt to return my product. Again, due to their system limitations, they were not able to, except the return. It’s frustrating that the store does not have the power and authority to make a common sense solution for a customer. In the end, I bought a product that was delayed significantly, which caused delays in my project, I attempted to return the product within the 90 limit, and was told that due to system limitations they could not make the return. This cost me $300 in loss.

Linda in home decor, Kathie in customer service and Jasmine who works throughout the store, showed professionalism and genuine kindness helping me when I asked for their much-needed guidance.Mark also patiently ( with a great sense of humor) helped to find a particular light bulb. All the assocites mentioned were personable . An extra shout out to Jasmine who noticed that I was becoming little overwhelmed and when I asked where an item was, she said she would go and get it for me! Now that's great customer service! My unbiased, honest opinion of this Lowe's is that 99.999% of their staff are kind, knowledgeable, friendly, and super helpful. Some that come to mind are:1) The taller gentlemen with longer, dark hair that works in the paint section. He is amazing!2) The shorter woman with glasses who works in appliances. She is amazing!3) The younger gent who normally works in/near the hand tools. Brilliant!4) The gentleman with long dreadlocks who helps to bring out your heavy items. So kind and welcoming!5) Too many kind, warm cashiers to name.That stated--the one thing that keeps them from a 5-star rating is the small, small percentage of their staff with attitude problems. The good news is they are few and far between--but they are there.Outside of that, I enjoy coming to this location, checking out the sales and deals once a week, and being able to get what I need without having to go down Patrick to the Orange Zone.

The Lowe’s is well stocked and most of the associates can help you find what you are looking for. My only complaint is they often leave the inside only to self checkout lanes, even on a busy Saturday afternoon. With odd shaped items at times it makes that area of the store rather cramped.

Generally good store no better or worse than Home Depot. Unfortunately the Monocacy store dropped the ball on a home improvement project we planned through them. The salesman we were working with quit, and no one else could find his plans, so it stretched our project out 2 months longer than it should have, and we had to order supplies outside of Lowes as well. Otherwise I generally find what I need there.
