Fence not working and there is a spot the dog kept going through. During installation, they promised there will be another session if needed.you I guess there might be, but they just won’t pick up your call anymore when you ask for that extra training session.

Such a great experience with the invisible fence team! We called and they came out to do the estimate right away, and within a week we had the fence installed. They were so helpful with the training and came out often to help the dog (more so me) with training. Their customer service and responsiveness is great! They really care about you and your pet. We are extremely happy with our fence, and our 9.5 y/o bull dog loves his new found freedom.

You know how some businesses will tell you they'll contact you if they are able to come out earlier but you never hear from them? Not Invisible Fence. They know how much we rely on their product, and I really appreciate how they care. Purchased this over 6 years ago and it's wonderful for containing my dogs in my yard! Highly recommend.

We are very happy with Invisible Fence of Frederick. We had a dog door installed, along with the Invisible Fence. They trained our dogs on the fence and the door. When we got a new puppy, they came and trained her right way. The training was so efficient, she learned the first time they trained her. They are very responsive, knowledgeable and fast. I would highly recommend Invisible Fence of Frederick to anyone.

We have just moved and my 2 dogs were too happy to explore other yards. I called and my fence is in and my dogs are safe! The workers were clean, did what they could to the best of my funky yard and it's perfect. They were nice and helpful. Hard working men and caring for the safety of my pets. Thank you!

5 stars to the company in general, but this location is CLOSED. DO NOT GO HERE. We were sent here to exchange a collar for warranty, but this location is no longer open.

I highly recommend Frederick County office...I wasted a year messing with Apple Valley office. Apple Valley told me my collar was working fine after I took it to them to test...just snug it up they said...it will works they said...NOT!!!. I kept bringing her back home time and time again, so frustrated that the collar did not keep her in knowing I had done everything the way I was instructed. Sooo guess what...HERE'S WHY---The collar was not working properly that whole time, it gave the sound but no shock. The Frederick County office found problem the same day and replaced the faulty collar at no charge to me on the following day. I am so thankful I made the call to Frederick...please call the right provider so you do not go through what I did.

I have seen many homes that have invisible fences. Thankfully the dogs can run around and know to stay inside the yard.
