Our dogs LOVE when the big blue dog van pulls up! And we think it’s cute too. Our Siberian Husky used to be afraid of steps but Jamie was so patient and helped us gain his trust with the 3 steps into the grooming van. . Thank you! The Husky LOVES being brushed out which is so tiring for us, and he likes the little hammock he gets in to trim his nails. Our Border Collie has such a shiny coat after his baths and thank goodness she offers the tooth brushing service! They always smell so clean and look so cute! Hydrodog Mack days are always a special day in our house. Thank you!

Easiest thing ever!!! They come to your door, take your dog on a leash to their kitted out, dog shaped, grooming RV, and return them all fresh and clean!! No other dogs to deal with. No staff pulled in too many directions. Even scheduling and billing are entirely online. No commotion at all. Just you, your dog and your groomer. PERFECT!

Yikes. Absolutely terrible, my long haired dogs hair was completely chopped off after my husband said “just a trim.” He was too nice to complain in the moment. It is convenient to have them come to you, but I think someone needs more training on how to cut a long haired dog. Picture of her hair cut vs her normal grooming.

Our lady lab LOVES when she gets her grooming done. Jamie is SO patient with her and allows her to use a ramp to get in and out of the van since she has a lot of issues. We are so glad to have a mobile groomer, it’s just not possible to do anymore.

I am pleased that I came across this very convenient dog grooming service. My puppy is so happy and looks and smells so clean. Doing her nails is a challenge and she seemed to have done great with the groomer Miss Lina. They were a no show. I confirmed with them last night via text. Today they didn’t show up. I called and texted several times. No response. I’ve been sick and even had my friend come so that I wouldn’t have to cancel the appt. I did my part. Your website says if the customer is a no show they are charged 100% of the service. It goes both ways, that seems fair to me. You’re a no show. You owe me the service for free at this point. Very disappointing

Our elderly dog became too sensitive and we struggled to keep her groomed. We needed a professional. Jaimie fit that bill! Her ratings were very good and she did not disappoint! She does a wonderful job with our girl. She is gentle and through. She also does a great job of communicating. All of my messages are answered immediately and she always lets us know when she is on her way, which is much appreciated.HydroDog “Mack” for the win!! 🐾

We Love, Love, Love Jaime!!! We have a 15 year old Border Collie, a 9 year old Yellow Lab, and a 5 Year old Pomeranian, and, they LOVE when she comes to see them! We can tell Jaime loves her job, she has a real passion for what she does. This is absolutely her calling in life! Her prices are reasonable, her haircuts are beautiful, and, she's super knowledgeable about all things Doggie! We definitely recommend Jaime to Everybody!!

This was my second time using a mobile service for my dog. When I took her over to the vehicle she didn’t seem very anxious like she is when I take her to a regular groomer. My dog was very matted. She shaved her down. When it was time to go, she pretty much bolted. She doesn’t really like being groomed.

Unfortunately I would not recommend her or use her again. I feel like I was taken for $195 including tip. She was here for a little over an hour for 2 dogs. One was supposed to get a bath, haircut, blow dry , teeth brushing and nail trimming and my other who is 85 lbs was supposed to get a bath and deshedding process but he was afraid of the blow dryer so no deshedding and was not charged for that. But considering he is an English lab with a thick coat he should have come in at least damp if he was afraid of the dryer. Nor did he smell different. I did ask to keep my Maltese on the longer side but it didn’t even look like she cut him but was told she took off haLf an inch. I have been grooming him for three years so I know what his hair feels like after a bath and it did not feel or smell like he had a bath even though I asked for no after scents I would have been able to smell if he was clean. So I gave him a bath myself the next day, if she did give him a bath it was not noticeable at all. Although she was very Pleasent and the dogs seemed to like her.

She claimed to have groomed my Siberian husky. Claimed to have bathed him, dried him, and brushed him out. She was done in less than 45 minutes. Took him to another actual groomer and they said he had mats everywhere and there was no way ANYONE could finish a husky in that amount of time. So she charged me for a bandanna and some doggie perfume. She’s scam artist. Not a groomer.
