Beautiful location. The store is very neat, clean and organized. The employees were very friendly and had excellent customer service. The bagels from the deli are amazing as well as the donuts. The angel food cake definitely should not have been put out because they fell while being baked.

Twice now I have found gross stuff in the ground beef that is packaged by giant eagle. The first time the meat smelled rotten and the printed expiration was fine. The second time I found black specks all over it, I assume from the Styrofoam and one looked like mold. I also found what I believed to be a tiny metal shard in the ground beef.

My husband and I took a drive this morning from Southern Maryland toward Hagerstown for an early lunch. We decided to stop through Giant Eagle to see if they had my favorite donuts. They did, of course lol. Well, a huge roll of ground beef caught my husband's eye. He misread the label, thinking that it was on sale. Well, it was but you needed a Giant Eagle card. The cashier, Maria used her card to make sure that we were able to purchase the 9 lbs of ground beef for $19. Thank you Maria for your kind gesture.

Please do not go to the West Patrick pharmacy to get your flu shot. I tried today and it was a nightmare. Main pharmacist ignored me and had a technician talk to me. The technician filled out the wrong form three times. I was first in line and left waiting for 25 minutes, then after paperwork was finally input correctly, I was told to go back in the line to wait my turn. The final form had one vaccine checked, then another technician crossed that out and checked another one. So, I was not going to have them administer a possible incorrect vaccine. The whole experience was very concerning.

Steve from the meat dept is excellent. He listens to your needs and is always courteous. He aways asks how your day is. I love coming to everyone in the meat dept. Except for the prepackaged meat. We also switched from Giant to Giant Eagle because of the meat department. Go see Steve!!! He is awesome!!!!

I love giant eagle! The food is good, the prices under today's conditions are very reasonable for the quality, the service could use some help but it's still good! They are open late when I forgot the butter and check out super easy. Love my Giant eagle!

We shopped for my Mom (she is 92). She needed a few items, so we went for her. The store has a large selection of items, it is clean bright, and well stocked. We don't live in Frederick, and do not shop here, so we don't know the layout of the store. We were able to find everything on the list quickly. Checkout was a breeze, and we were outta there! Great store, friendly people, great service.

The store is very clean and if your disabled they have power carts for customer use. They have a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables you could not go wrong shopping there. Customer service is excellent and their hot foods very delicious. You've got to try their fried fish and chicken very tasty and if you are a vegetarian to allergens they have great shopping for you to.

their prices are good their customer service is pretty cool ,The only thing that I would recommend that you don’t do is eat their coleslaw it taste disgusting🤢🤮. Customer service at the deli is very respectful and helpful. The rotisserie chicken and fried chicken is the best. There is always somebody there to help you in the store. I’m definitely coming back !

I went in to get some of their fried chicken for dinner and I was very disappointed in the chicken. It was left in the fryer to long. It was dry,hard and had no flavor. It was coming out of the fryer when I walked up to the hot food department.

Quite overpriced, and they have no hand baskets or small carts. You have to either use a large unwieldy cart or juggle your stuff. Presumably they think this will make people buy more. Wrong!Also, you can't make a left onto US 40 from their lot. That's not the store's fault, but it's still a pain.They retain one star above minimum for having an express lane, unlike Weis. I won't be back, though.
