Literally the most "GHETTO" Dollar Tree in Frederick. Most of the shelves look like this. As I was parking I was thinking to myself this sucks every time I come here I have to park far away and I have a baby with a stroller. When I'm getting up to the curb a lady pulled up and parked in front of the ramp I needed for the stroller, blasting Lil Baby emotionally scarred (I love that song) but she ran around her car and cut in front of me ,opened the door and let it Slam in my face and I had to struggle in both of the doors with the stroller. There was lady in their little holding room area when you walk in the first door and she also watched me struggle getting in the second door but didn't move or offer to help. Then they didn't have what I wanted &the line is always ridiculously long so I put the one thing I had back and left. Never coming back.

Manager kicked me out because I had my service dog with me. When I showed him the badge and told him my dog is a service dog and it’s protected by federal law he responded “I don’t care about that, you have to leave” My first time there and my experience was terrible. When I asked him to give me the corporate number he said no and walked away, so I said, sir you can’t deny people the corporate number so he pointed at a sign with a QR code for job applications. So sad to find such ignorance in the world!

They scam my cousin for a 25 dólares gift card and the people where rude to us and scam us for 5 more dólares my cousin is 12 year old yes they scam a 12 year old kid and im mad and the man said they where going to not give us the money back and if we did not give them 5 dólares they where going to call the Police and they where so rude im never going there this is ilegal scaming and more a kid

I have been going to this dollar tree for year's. But with what happen tonight I will never go there with my family again!!!!When in there because our kid's wanted to buy toys. This lady that works there come up to us yelling for no reason and being rude....And of course I responded back to her and told her that there was no need for her to be rude we just ended up leaving it really wasn't worth our time to be fighting back .we were just trying to have a good night with our kid's!!!!Definitely will not go back to this dollar tree the worst experience😐 My money will go to dollar General never had a bad experience there I always shop there everyone that works there are very nice with great customer Service!!!

The manager was extremely disrespectful and yelled at my wife who was looking at balloons. He was not professional or courteous at all. I went in after the fact to ask what was the issue and he had a completely different demeanor with me (tall male) compared to my wife (small woman). We are going to make a formal complaint to management because his behavior was not acceptable. Another employee even said to report him because clearly they also did not appreciate their managers attitude.

Absolutely the worst one in Maryland. Has a lot of stuff but the employees are awful always a long line. No one seems to care about other peoples time. Avoid this one and go to Jefferson street.

I would not give this dollar tree not even a star. The place looks like a dumpster. The employees and managers talking with foul language, I think that’s unprofessional and unacceptable. They should watch their language specially when there are kids around!!This dollar tree is the worst of the worst!!!

Most organized dollar tree I've ever been too, but the real treat is Mrs. Eudene. She's very fast on the register, very knowledgeable about locations of items in the store, and is ALWAYS the most friendly person. You keep her, I'll keep coming back!

the new management the new management not sure his name but he’s short. The line was really long and I asked for another cashier and his response was a very loud it’s only 1 cashier. So my reply was aren’t the customers #1 he said once again it’s only 1 cashier so I walked out and went else where

If you want to be treated rudely, come here at night. It is social hour, the so called manager should be fired, she is a rude nasty individual. As the lines get longer she prefers to flirt with male customers than open a line. She should be fired.

Honestly yes the store is looking more organized but some employees aren’t friendly and it ruins the experience, I’ve worked customer service and I’ve never been as rude as the cashier that is usually there with her iphone on the register, she is horrible has a horrible attitude, I get it we all have long and bad days but it’s not fair to take it out the customers maybe look for a job that doesn’t deal with people cause good lord

It was disgusting in there! Food opened and thrown on the shelves. Half the store was empty, boxes and trash everywhere and the shelves that did have products on them were basically just thrown up there.

Look like they dont stock anything and it look like the place was rob stuff thrown everywhere stuff on the floor stuff open, it was really dirty, only plus side its the crafter corner, but they where not stock at all

There is a lot of workers literally n there not doing a thing I was waiting in line for over 15mins with only 1 available cashier while plenty other workers were sitting around doing absolutely nothing at all pitiful .
