Great dollar tree. A little low on staff so sometimes the line gets long. Although staff is low you can not tell by looking at the shelves. They are constantly organizing and stocking to keep the shelves full and orderly. Wonderful little store with an occasional score of something out of the ordinary. I have fun whenever I go.

This Dollar tree is like most of the other ones I've been to - they have a wide assortment of goods and I've been able to find what I need literally every time I go there. Location is good, right off Jefferson Street and there's plenty of well-lit parking. I know a few of the people that work there and they try very hard to be professional and to do their best. I wish a few of the patrons would have a little bit more patience. All In all, we need to save money but you still need to buy things, so it's a great place to go. Well worth the trip and my hat's off to the good people that work hard to keep the place going! Thisstoreis well laid out, and stocked neatly every time that I've been there.

WOW!! Have not been to Dollar Tree since Covid. Not only did it have a face lift, but new staff as well. Very clean, organized, and the employees were so friendly and helpful! Found more than I needed and can't wait to go back.

The Dollar Tree on South Jefferson Street is the cleanest of the chain in Frederick. It's better maintained and organized. There is less customer induced clutter from those too lazy to put an unneeded item back on the shelf from which it came. It is possible to get help from employees for directions and product knowledge. Polite cashiers.

I’ve never been dissatisfied with the amount of product they have and plenty staff. This is one of the cleanest and is best dollar trees I’ve been to in the Frederick area and always my first choice to go to.

I hadn't been in this store in a long time. Everything was stocked well, employees were friendly & things were organized too. Also the items seem like alot better quality now that they are $1.25!

Great location, clean store, very well stocked and huge well lit interior. Plenty of parking, decent staff / employees. Absolutely fantastic prices - Big Smiles- and an amazing variety of products. They even have Frozen and refrigerated foods ! Dollar tree is my most favorite store EVER !!

This is one of cleanest Dollar Tree in Frederick. Stock is very well taken care of. Staff and Managers are also very nice. Always professional. The increase in price sort of worries me. That's a 25% increase. Sad!

Great Christmas sellection, got snowman towel, big hot mitten, two pot holders.Worker went and got me chocolate covered cherries from back of the store. Customer service! 👍👍❤🤠

Great store. Very big store. Very well stocked and staff friendly. The store closer to me has empty shelves all the time. I enjoy going here. So many great things for a dollar. Trying to organize my condo and it really helps.

Great Deals. I go there twice a week but some of the workers are very Rude. The Out door is broken has been for Months, it sucks when u have alot of bags i have to kick it with my foot to open. Also the store is very messy huge boxes all over on the floors, that makes it difficult to push the cart with things in the way. The isles are small as it is. Last thing the AC brakes very often and takes weeks to fix and then the store is scorching hot.

Dollar Tree is really a nice store, friendly and helpful staff, a wide variety of useful products at quite a reasonable price. A good first store to go to before going to Walmart.

Probably the best dollar store in Frederick.... However I'm giving it three stars because one of the employees (morning) is extremely rude and has a comment about everything the customers do whether it be putting the basket in the wrong spot or not putting items on the belt. I work in customer service as well and some of the things that she says to other customers and myself I would never say to my customers. I dread going through her line.

I don't know WHO thinks they have a great staff. There are three rude people that work there. Rudest staff I have dealt with at ANY store. They need to learn to respect their customers. Just like the previous review we were treated like children and made to say PLEASE when we asked for a bag. Do yourself a favor and go to another location. And I really hope management does something about the employees at this store. Because they are going to lose business.

This is the better dollar tree in Frederick Maryland I always come here they’re always organized have more than one line open. Customer service is amazing I’m always leaving this dollar tree with a smile on my face thank you so much to the AMAZING Employees. I love this it’s like my 2nd home lol got to love Dollar tree !

One place for affordable products in Frederick. Everything you pick is $1. They really have variety of products and their customer staffs though elderly, very professional with their work and helpful with finding product

The cashiers have the personalities of barbarians! I've shopped here twice, each time I was talked to horribly by the cashiers. Let the manager go and hire someone who will train the employees on customer service. Also, it smells like cigarettes inside the store! Someone is definitely smoking in there! The whole store is old and beat down. If you can, just avoid this location!

Update on my last review, my husband went in a few minutes ago at the register the same female, tall with dreadlocks and a deep voice was cashier. He made a mistake with cash back and she replied smartly that ,"reading is fundamental "....I don't know how she still has a job, she is rude, and unprofessional, have been in there myself a few times after and refuse to go through her line if there is another open. As paying customers we do not need her attitude. She should be fired.

I have never been so appalled by customer service. This is the second time I have dealt with a cashier who has such an attitude that it is unbelievable she has a job anywhere. The first encounter was a couple of months ago when she was berating her employee who is complaining about how she had to come in to cover someone else’s shift. It was completely inappropriate she used foul language and I honestly felt really bad for that coworker. As for today I was humiliated and spoken to like a child for no reason at all. I have contacted corporate and the district manager and I plan to keep continuing to take this to the top until this woman loses her job.I went up to pay for my items I was using a basket. There was a stack of baskets right near the register so I added mine to it. So the one lady who has had an attitude before turns around and goes no I don’t think so you’re gonna walk your little self over near the door and put it where it belongs! I said excuse me there’s a pile here so I did not see the problem. She said yeah I’m taking those you take yours, get it. And then starts making all these sighs and groans under her breath and then smile at me. I just stared blankly at her and put the basket on the floor. And continue to wait for my items to be scanned by the other cash register. Then I go to pay and the lady at my cash register says in nasty tone, you do know you need to put that at the front door where it belongs. I said is there a problem here because now you’re making a scene and I’ve been told multiple times about a basket that I know where it belong and I will put it where belongs. And she started groaning and saying she’s not making a scene and mumbled something under her breath and I said do you have something to say to me? She said oh I didn’t say anything. I put the basket in the proper place and left. I’m a nice person I walked up there And asked how she was today. It was completely uncalled for and humiliating for no reason.The last time I checked you don’t treat customers like garbage. I will continue to take this to the top.

I would give 0 stars if I was able to... SUPER long lines, 1 register, no one would open another register - lots of upset customers that have been waiting in line - I personally stood in line for over 30mins. The power went out & even though her register was still working - she was more concerned over the fact they didn't have power & wanted to chat with anyone that she possibly new. Unkempt, unprofessional staff, & the most poorly run/managed Dollar Tree I have ever been to!Do yourself a favor - go to another one - this one is just pure disaster!

The cashier asked me after using the bathroom if I was not shopping today and he said if I wasn't that next time I wouldn't be able to use the bathroom without shopping. I'm pretty sure everyone has been in this postion before when traveling and needing a bathroom. Dollar Tree will not be getting my business going forward thats for sure.

I like this store but I am annoyed with Mike the fat white man who rings me up. He says he he a voice in his head that tells him everything. He also says he is a wizard and he eliminated demons from his antiques. He also discussed his use of fentanyl. Two employees told me he is pathological liar and trouble maker and lazy. Hopefully dollar tree will fire him or he quit.
