This is by far the best dollar store I've visited in Frederick. It was clean, tidy, and well stocked, and both ladies working were friendly. I was able to get a very nice large gift bag and a package of tissue for half the price of just an equivalent gift bag anywhere else. One happy customer... I will definitely be back!

Unfortunately this is the dirtiest Dollar Tree in Frederick County. It is well stocked, although very messy and disorganized. The floor carpet is disgusting. The green shopping baskets are gross with stuff stuck on them. Therefore I conclude baskets are never sanitized after each customer's use. Staff is seldom on the floor to give direction. In all fairness to the store, the customers within are as equally messy, picking up an item, if not wanted, not returning it to its proper place on the shelf. Parents letting their children touch items, disorganize a shelf, allowing such disheveled behavior go unsupervised and therefore without consequences for the children's behavior, contributes to this store's poor appearance. However, the uncleanliness of the store reflects the management.

They have a bunch of stuff for $1.25....that's fine for some odds and ends you may want.What they desperately need is a vacuum to pick up all the debris on the floor. Never fails when I go in this location the floor looks like it has never seen a vacuum cleaner....so if the floor is that bad it makes me wander about the rest of the store surfaces.

The store was a mess. The older white man working had a very nasty attitude as if someone told him you have to get a job or you gotta go.🤨 He had flatbed out on the floor overloaded with boxes blocking the register with boxes falling off and looking at a young lady going by like she made the boxes fall off.( the boxes just missed hitting her in the back of her head).🤔 He also grab the cart she was trying to put back and slammed it into the other carts and looked at the young lady with a nasty look. The cashier on duty was really pleasant. She is the reason for the 2 stars otherwise the older man working could be of better use off the floor or working somewhere that doesn't involve the public.

This was the most disgusting store I've ever been in! It was filthy like it hadn't been cleaned in months and the smell was horrible! The floor was covered in trash and looked like it had not been vacuumed in months and it was 11:30am, store opens at 9am! I walked in to grab two things and simply decided I would do without rather than purchasing something from a place that nasty! Don't waste your time going to this dump!!

Clean store but cashier was rude, over bagged and very much not into customer service. Practically throwing change at me not to mention the eye roll and huffing. Had expected better from an older woman not to act like some teenager with Similac on her breath.

Well it is a dollar tree so it’s much much to expect but most employees are very respectful. Don’t really need much help figuring out where everything is at. Good amount of options. Everting is thrown around so you can walk in one aisle for something and find cleaning stuff and not even be in the cleaning aisle but like I said it is a Dallas tree still can do better.

I like how big this street is. There is a lot of things to but. However, it was my first time being there & I did not like the customer service. The cashier named Howard was rude to me. I was there just listening to his rude comments because I do not like to argue but he made me feel so uncomfortable with all his comments.

Not sure why because this store is usually pretty good about having stuff others dont but today it was very under stocked. There was about 4 or 5 employees stocking, but made things worse becuase they had boxes everywhere making it hard to get up and down isle. I really think they need to invest in night stockers to do all that while store is closed.

It's not the best Dollar Tree that I have been to. The cashiers have just been there to do a job and aren't pleasant even when you try to engage them. The store is cluttered. I usually go to other Dollar Tree stores.

That their merchandise are very reasonable prices, also you could purchases just about any and everything you need for only $1, So I really like 🛍 shopping at 💵 dollar tree because its within my budget and many other customers as well too. Very lower prices make 😊 happy customers shopped.

Very bad customer service. Cashier was rude to me for no reason and had a bad attitude. I also saw her being rude to other customers.. Store was barely stocked and disorganized. Not going there again.

If you're on a budget, this is the place to be. Lots to choose from. Other shopping venues are near by. There is a $5 & Below right next door. This combo makes for a great budget friendly shopping experience.If you appreciate the review, please "like" it.

Stick with 5 Below. Cleaner, more organized and has generally nicer stuff. They now have self checkout which speeds up the checkout experience.

Pretty much what you'd expect from a dollar store. There's usually only one checkout open, so often there is a long line. Fortunately, since everything costs the same, the line usually moves quickly.

There is absolutely no air conditioning in the store..& no fans to compensate the lack of air flow. It's unfair & unhealthy for the workers & uncomfortable for customers....8/5/20

A big mess. Shelves were empty. Aisles full, items not on shelves. Associate was friendly. Best $Tree is in Damascus, Md.

Was so hot in the store!!!! Was cooler outside even know it was 90 degrees outside. Felt bad for the workers and all customers.
