This place has become my daily shop. Having no transportation I am able to walk and purchase what I need here. Prices are great and in some cases better than their competitors. Staff is always kind and quick to help. Especially like to think the Manager Jay who was kind to me beyond measure. I would definitely recommend.

You are not within the city of Frederick limits. If you want to join the city of Frederick bandwagon and eliminate the usage of ALL bags paper, plastic or otherwise, put that information on your website. A small sign on your door announcing this grand endeavor is a joke. I trust the several items I left at checkout are back on your shelves waiting to inconvenience other shoppers.

Clean and the employees are super friendly and helpful.I come to this location daily and they adore my daughter and make sure the have Luvs Pampers Size 5 in stock for me! Ive ran out plenty of times and the Assistant Manager assured me I would be able to purchase them there after they only had sizes 4 and 6 at a time

It was horrible today. I stopped on my way to work hoping to run in real quick and get what I needed. Took 20 minutes because a customer was purchasing stuff on clearance and nothing was ringing up at the correct prices. All 3 store workers was involved in that issue whole myself and another customer stood there waiting with our few things.

Once again I have come to this Dollar General, I wish there was another one close by. They need a lot of new people working in there because the customer service in this store is ridiculous. I have only had 2 people in the store that were polite. The cashier put all of my items in one bag and it is heavy. I really wish there was another option.

Convenient location, but I'm always surprised how much more than a dollar things cost at Dollar General. Toys are way overpriced and the place is pretty messy. They do have some good deals, but you have to have some time to look around.

I am a frontline worker who deals with hundreds of people a day. I finally found some hand sanitizer. There were 3 on the shelf so I only took one. As the cashier was scanning my sanitizer she told me it was recalled which I know wasn't true. I'm not the type to cause a scene so I didn't press the issue. I have no time for Unscrupulous people.

When associates do not put items away properly, those items should be given to the customer for the price advertised in the location they picked it up from, especially if there are several there. The associate Jim did not do this and was completely ignored me when I said something about it. Then when I asked what the General Manager's name was, he stated he is not allowed to give that information out. He also stated that the store doesn't have a General Manager, they have a store manager. He proceeded to argue with me when I told him that was the same thing. He should not be working in this line of work since he does not know how to treat people.

The prices are a bit too expensive for my budget, maybe not for other people, also the store is very well kept clean and organized, respectable, courtesy staff team members. Hopefully in the future their prices would be much lower then I'll be able to shop there.

UnOranigzed, the store was a Hott Mess. Just because its a Cheap Retailer or Discount Store doesn't mean it shouldn't have order. The Company should have an Undercover Shopper come in to see what type of Service they will receive. Needs Work.

This place is Dirty! Staff not so helpful or Nice! Never stocked. And the cashier's aren't always up front and you wait, bit when they do come they act as if you're an inconvenience. Staff is rude!

They need to rearrange everything in the store and put back on the shelves. The floors are full of supplies and someone could easily trip over it and hurt themselves and it's not good for the company or the employees

I have been a regular customer for several years now, Dollar General recently remodeled their store on N. EAST st. The store has a larger selection of items now. I am pleased with the improvements.

This DG was probably one of the worst I've been in lately. Stuff was all over the floor, no staff around to assist when needing certain items from the top shelves. Needs Work!!

Yeah it's a typical Dollar General dirty floors, stuff kinda just put everywhere on shelves, not ordered, okay staff. It's a dollar a general. Cheap as dirt so three stars for cheap and odd stuff.

It was horrible rats everywhere I was bit like 5 times in the foot, my friend got rabies from one, my other friend well we had to leave him behind he's one with the rats now, their training him their ways.
