I recently had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional customer service from Enoch. From the moment I entered the store, i didn’t get an acknowledgment from any staff members. Then Enoch came behind me and greeted me with warm smile and genuine eagerness to assist me. He patiently answered all my questions. I told him I love the flowers next to the register and he explained they were 50% off. What stood out the most was his attention to detail. Not only did he help me find what I was looking for, but they also took the time to ensure understood how to take care of the flowers effectively. I’ve never received this level of customer service before from a retailer that doesn't specialize in a certain product. Their professionalism and knowledge instilled confidence in my purchase decision. It's clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority for Enoch.

If you have a pet please do not get their medications here. This CVS is not pet friendly when it comes to pet medication that are authorized by a doctor, even called if it’s called in. They lied about not being able to even if they did it prior. It’s really sad please stay away!!!!

Completely awful service. My grandmother requested 6 weeks worth of medication for her trip to Europe. They said it was fine a week ago. Today, however, they suddenly claim that she needs to call her doctor and reconfirm it, saying that she never spoke to the pharmacist (despite her remembering his face) and that they don’t have it ready.This is not the first time we’ve had issues, for over a year they’re had horrifically long wait times and it’s been a pain to get her prescriptions from them. Worst pharmacy in Frederick!!

Probably the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Late prescriptions, no customer service, terrible communication. They will tell you your prescription is ready in ten minutes before making you wait 40. If you can go anywhere else for prescriptions, do it or you wil regret it.

Terrible. If you want your life saving medicine to be late or want to sit on hold for an hour, then this is the place to go. When I’m on my way to the hospital I’ll make sure they know exactly why I couldn’t take my medicine.

I have called twice in the past couple of days to see if my prescription was ready and both times the lady on the phone was extremely rude. I asked when she through it would be ready and she just said “maybe in the afternoon”.

Very upset with the customer service at this location! And recommend going to any other location for your covid vaccines, specifically! I had scheduled a covid vaccination appointment online, arrived to the location 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment time, and then had to wait 1 1/2 hrs for a pharmacist to be available to give me my vaccine. No explanation for the wait was provided. Several customers had arrived after me and were also waiting to receive their vaccines. When the pharmacist finally came out, instead of calling names based on appointment times, she just asked who would like to start. Thankfully, we all upheld our own honor system, and made sure those scheduled first were able to go first. When the pharmacist was giving me my vaccine, she seemed to be unaware of the process and kept referring to me to provide answers for how and what to fill out on her digital system. She also almost forgot to scan the vaccination box barcode. When I then received notification for my online covid vaccination record a few days later, I noticed that only one of my covid vaccine doses was listed. I called the CVS covid vaccination records line and they referred me to the pharmacy at this location where I received the vaccinations. I called the pharmacy to ask about the missing online records and the pharmacist who answered the call told me that they were very busy and that I would be fine without a complete online record. I told her that I was referred to speak with her, am traveling out of the country and have triple checked that it is required that a complete QR code for both vaccinations be presented, and if she could please check my records on her end to make sure everything is fine. She told me that could not do that and did not have the time to do that, because she had other customers and was busy. I reminded her that I am also a customer, who was asking for her assistance. She told me that she was sorry but there was nothing she could do, that my travel plans would be fine without the record, and she would have to get off the line with me because she was busy. I am extremely disappointed with how dismissive this pharmacist was and will not be returning to this location!!

Does anyone else get incorrect pill amounts from here regularly? I feel like a crazy person. I try not to hold up the line asking for them to count again because I know how busy everyone is, but twice now I have gotten a week LESS of a controlled substance medicine that costs so much with my insurance, and as soon as you leave the pharmacy it’s your problem. It’s not right…

Update: when I got my vaccine it hurt more than any vaccine I have ever received; tech jabbed me right in the arm muscle, and I mean jabbed hard - two months+ later and my arm is still sore and I’m having issues with full mobility. I suggest not going to this CVS for a vaccine.Not very organized for vaccinations. Staff friendly once you can get their attention

I went to pick up my birth control.... they said it was too soon to fill. I was out completely. Apparently, I was supposed to get 3 months worth... I definitely only received one. I didn’t know there should have been more. In the past they would give me one and I would go get the others when I needed them. So, since a pharmacist couldn’t possibly be a human and make human mistakes, I’m a liar. And now have to pay out of pocket.They didn’t even suggest it to me to pay out of pocket. It’s important that I keep taking them.Step by step how to deal with an upset customer....1. Apologize for inconvenience.2. Try to fix it3. If it isn’t fixable, offer a solution. (Self pay)4. If solution isn’t good enough, then say there is nothing that can be done.If I had known that I could have done that I would have left happy.

Two months in a row we have had issues filling prescriptions at this pharmacy. There is one person who has been very helpful but the other staff members are rude and act as though it’s too much trouble to deal with customers. I watched them making hateful faces while their back was turned away from the customers and others talking about customers while hiding behind their computer and peeking over. Completely unprofessional.

Awful serviceThere must have been a change is staff and the new staff is awful. I went to pickup a refill and was told that the perscription expired. I saw my doctor a couple months before and know the new prescription was placed at that time. The old perscription had expired and I was told by the CVS staff that they couldn't fill the prescription and that they have been trying to contact my doctor. I insisted that a new perscription was ordered at my last doctor's visit and that the CVS staff needs to locate that perscription. It was found and I was told that my name would be called once filled. My name was never called but I had a text message alert. When I asked why my name wasn't called I was told that they were just too busy. There was an elderly lady in front of me that had been waiting for an hour because they never called her name. She would have been still sitting there if I didn't alert the CVS staff to her prescence. This is unacceptable. I plan to switch pharmacies.

I tried to stop on my way home to pick up 2 items. I walked to the doors at 8:57pm and they were locked. I understand that the shop closes at 9, however, with posted hours, doors should not be locked and registers should not be shut down until the time posted.

I was in cvs on 7th street today with my daughter and my friends son both who are three years old. We were buying paint and a couple other supplies for the kids with the snow storm coming up and my daughter started holding herself jumping up and down saying she had to pee. So i went the front and asked the cashier if there was a bathroom ny daughter could use because we were still shopping and i didnt think she would make it to safeway. The lady was very nice and explain that she was the only one up front but someone from the pharmacy would be more than happy to walk us to the bathroom. When I got back to the pharmacy i explain my daughter needed to use the bathroom as she was still holding herself and jumping up and down and the lady in the pharmacy was very rude and stated they did not have public bathrooms my daughter could use.. i explain to het what the lady up front said and she still with a nasty look on her face refused to let my 3yr old use the bathroom. Very frustrated at thus point i said i hope she doesnt go to the bathroom on your floor and her response was me too you can go to start bucks next door!! I have never in my life experience such horrible customer service. I sat my things on the counter about $30.00 worth and i will never be shopping at thus cvs again!!!

I’m giving this review for the regular ladies and pharmacist that have been there....this weekend crew aka people I don’t know are horrible.....they really act like they don’t like their job.....you work at 9am cheer up.....I work retail and when you have a monotone voice and no enthusiasm it makes for disgruntled customers....to the regular ladies Yvonne, Karin and a few I don’t know but know me by name keep up the great work ethic it is truly noticed.

The worse pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. Lost prescriptions, rude staff, next to impossible to get them to answer the phone. The list goes on and on. How they stay in business is a mystery.

Do not use this CVS.The employees are not professionals and so rude.They are so mean.Whenever, I try to pick my prescription up,they said the system is down and they were not able to tell me the estimate time frame to fill the prescription.
