Truly an amazing experience. The staff was very knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. I was able to go as a walk in on the adult use side, make selections, and be out in less than 15minutes. If you forget an item or want to take advantage of the daily sales you can add or change your order with no problem. Helps to pre-order. Very lovely experience.

This was my first time there. It looked way more upscale then some in Hagerstown. The people were very helpful. Another important thing, for me, since I stuffer from knee and back pain NO STANDING IN LINE FOR 15+ MINUTES! I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. :) I came from WV and recommend this dispensary. I will drive the extra for this type of experience. Thank you

I wanted to purchase Kind Tree Flower for 30% off, as it was on the app. When they brought me the product, the employee tried to charge me only 25% off. I showed her the offer on the app for 30% off, and then she started to go back and forth to the back. They should be honored with what they have on the app; she went back to the back and returned to tell me that they would not be honored the price on the app, I was so upset with the way they treated me, they had all day to figure it out about the error typo as the employee commented. I don't trust this dispensary, they have poor management at the Frederick location, any other honest store will honored their mistakes

Headspace on a cart, I get it. I got it. But this particular product clearly is more than just "headspace". Manager looks at it.....mmmhhmmmm....I'm thinking quietly, Make the right decision manger guy... Do you think he did??? He did not. And now I've got credit from the brand....now even after showing that exact manager the email with the credit.....They still deny me a new replacement.Tighten up guys.

My favorite shop in Frederick (and we have many) Experts is serving medical clients. Great online ordering system and staff is always friendly. Store is clean, well lit, and conveniently located to downtown where I live. Highly recommend!

Always greeted by the check in folks with a smile! Came in 30 mins before closing and there was a discrepancy on my end surrounding my card vs my doctors script- the bud tender was very patient with me and even when she grabbed the manager to ensure everything was in order- manager politely clarified that the bud tender was correct and both ladies were very helpful and professional even tho I was a last minute straggler! Staff here is always helpful and such good energy! love this spot and i always leave a happy patron!

I believe I was helped by a gentleman named Jay but I am not sure. He had long hair which was more like a glorious Lions mane. He was helpful and friendly, Answered my question, and I will be much more likely to frequent here. I would like to add, I have only been in here a handful of times and Everyone has always been super awesome and extremely friendly!

There seem to be a bit of a problem with false advertising here. This is the 3rd time I have had an issue where I am told one thing when I call but when I come in store i am told that is not correct. On Thursday 1/25 the website advertised “select weekend 25% off select brand products” I noticed the sale was not coming up on the actual products so I called and when lady that answers said yes they were on sale and sometimes the website has an issue and does not apply the sale but it would be applied at check out. When I went in I was told no the sale was only Good Friday-Sunday which is why it is labeled weekend and even though I called and was told the sale was valid they would not honor the price and I would have to come back the next day for the sale. Lo and behold this week there is another “select weekend” sale but this time it is valid on Thursday? The sale price shows on the products price unlike last time. After my last visit I called and left a message for a manager to call me but over a week and no call back. After seeing this sale active on Thursday this week I am fairly sure I was lied to last week! The workers are nice but either they aren’t being trained or the management just doesn’t care about the amount of incorrect information that they are providing. And based on other reviews it seems to be a pattern.

Called to find out if the store was open during the snow weather we had last night, I was assured they were open and doing business as normal. I made an online order and proceeded to drive to there. Upon arrival, there was a line at the door, but I stayed in my vehicle because I had not received my confirmation email yet. I waited in the parking lot for over an hour and then went to the door just to be told they had just closed. I drove 40 miles one direction, waited an hour, the staff would not help me. NEVER GOING BACK

Went into the Frederick, MD location for the first time today! It was such a comfy experience and everyone there was AH-MAZING.I was helped and checked out by G (Gee?).Omg I love her.LOVE HER.Not only was she so kind and friendly, she as also super helpful and professional.Turns out her birthday is a day after mine so now we are Aquarius BFF’sI’ll definitely be back in!!

3rd of 4th time I've purchased a product that does not work at all... they only accept refunds if you have the original receipt, which of course their stoned out cashiers forget to give you half the time. I would suggest SweetBuds instead.

I love the efficiency and organization of this dispensary. There’s a separate entrance for adult versus medical use, so there is no wait outdoors in the elements. Their deals and selection are unmatched. The only reason I didn't give them five stars is sometimes the indoor line takes longer than I would like.

I have a dispensary basically across the street from me. Walking distance I drive 20 minutes to cure relief. I have never been disappointed kudos to the entire staff. Joe & Gee 100💯🎉🎂

The atmosphere is calming, with comfortable seating and lower lights. The floor room is consistently clean, and the selection is impressive. The prices are fair, closer to MSRP than other local dispensaries. From the warm greeting to knowledgeable and pleasant staff, to the speedy check-out, this dispensary remains my first choice.

Edit:This place listens and I want to thank you for actually taking action and not being like most other dispensaries with a generic response with no action. You should definitely come and shop here as a place that values its customers/patients. Thank you curaleaf.TLDR: List your terps, you’re losing a lot of money, a lot of people won’t even consider you if you don’t. Seriously there’s too many other dispos, and you’ll make more than it cost to hire damn data entry staff, that’s why everyone does it….. (besides you)

I am completely unsatisfied with my experience at this dispensary. First, I tried to place an order through their website. As an educated consumer information like terpenes are extremely important, which they completely lack on their website. I tried to call to discuss terpenes in products before arriving(to save both myself and the budtenders time) and was put on a 20 minute hold after being told they were going to get the information I needed. I called back after waiting on hold, and was answered by a different voice who told me they didn’t have access to their terpene info(different than what the last dude told me but okay) so I just bit the bullet and came in to place an order. The terpene information is no where located on their kiosk ordering platform, and the only way to be able to discuss terpenes in products, I have to be at the final step of check out and then go through by each item and verify that they will work for me. This is completely inefficient, uninformative, useless system that completely misleads customers/patients into purchasing products that may or may not work for them. As someone who works in the industry and is well aware that Curaleaf is one of the biggest cannabis companies in the nation, this was a major disappointment all around.

Friendly staff. Decent prices in various tier ranges. In and out typically in under 10 mins or less... You do have to place a pre order beforehand but that's easy enough, just use your mobile device or the tablet in the lobby. ATM on site.. a notably admirable loyalty points redemption process. I like the fact that a product can be on sale on the menu AND at checkout, I can utilize my points. (you can't do that at other local dispos. And it grinds my gears) on the other hand, I am not a fan of the way patients stand in line. Sometimes, I am not feeling that well, and standing in line in queue with all the other persons makes me feel uncomfortable. I wish there was a separate area queue for medical patients. I have seen recreational customers be called before me sometimes in the queue and maybe it was just an oversight, or maybe it was just bad timing and human error. I hope and pray medical purchases still remain a priority as some of us have chronic pain and don't want to stand so long due to issues... The queue is a tight space and when other patients are in line it is not allowing for personal space .

The workers there are extremely helpful with products for a friend we ho was visiting from another area. They made good suggestions for pain relief and what was good for sleep. The cashier wasn't as patient as we made a mistake and she put her name under her son and he got irritated, but it all worked out in the endAlso know she tried to get a.product for her migraines and it was not labeled only for medical use so they made a big deal about it at the counter. It would be good if in the future it was labeled and the person helping knew thatKnow there are separate lines for people using their medical cards and people who do not have a medical card. Customers get angry when you don't know this as a new person.

My fav budtender is Amar; so personable and kind, has the BEST recommendations, and always will make you smile. Curaleaf has the best products I’ve found around here. The whole staff is great, and so helpful. You’ll never have a bad experience at Curaleaf, especially if you use their online ordering system! Only dispo you can check daily deals and really get your money’s worth. The packaging is also worth mentioning, it’s beautiful. Pictured is an eighth of Grassroots Kush Mints (T1) which I have not had of this quality since living in Seattle.
