The only thing I’m upset about is not going here sooner! My dog loved it! He’s a husky and he was really comfortable with the amount of room provided, the dryer and water pressure are such a big help! The staff is so kind and helpful. It made washing my husky incredibly easy that I will never go back to paying petco or washing him at home and clogging my bathtub. The prices for the bath are so affordable! I’m so happy to be able to find something this accommodating and stress relieving.

Always a great experience washing our dogs here and picking out some treats after. They provide everything a normal person would use to wash a dog, plus some extras, all included in the cost of the wash (which is very cheap)

I went here to Wash my Two Dirty Golden Retrievers after they decided to get in the duck pond by our house. I prepaid online! The prices were fair, especially considering the amenities they offer (all the shampoo you could want, stainless tub with a rubber mat. Groomers Noose to keep pup in place. High velocity dryer, towels, brushes, nail clippers,shedding rake,eye, and ear wipes!) I was greeted and quickly led to the stalls by a gentleman. Was informed the time allowed for dog was 45 mins. So I got 90 and was on my way! My only complaint is the front endstaff didn't seem to want to greet me. Who knows. Maybe it's an off day. We're all human, after all. Thank you, central dawgma For helping me take care of the stinky Goldens.

My review is for the dog wash station and not the retail area .They have dog ramps to have dogs jump/walk into the tub. Not good . Especially for my older dog that almost fell off it trying to climb it . I carried him out of the tub once I was done to prevent injury. It's too steep !!! The dryer blows cold air. I got home and my dog is very damp. The warm water wasn't actually warm. I couldn't set the water temp to my own liking as other stores . Also the mat inside the tub was collecting all the water so I had to use my hand to shove the water out of the mat. That was annoying. Not going here again.

Large assortment of dog and cat products available. Tons of natural food options. We pick up Fromm's brand food here for our dog. The dog wash is also awesome. You pay based on the size of your dog and everything you need is provided for you. Each bathing area is blocked off and the tubs are deep enough to keep your dog contained if they aren't the most fond of baths.

Excellent service and friendly staff. I came into their store unannounced after another groomer canceled an appointment that took me three weeks to get. They gave my dog a bath and dried him while I waited. I was impressed with their selection of products and after asking about dog food for dogs with sensitive stomachs, I left with some free trial dog food on our first visit. I definitely will go back soon.

Great place for self service dog bath. Super clean as there is a gentleman who cleans right after the station is used. They have nice shampoo, conditioner, brushes(for fur), and eye & ear cleaning pads, dryer and unlimited towels all included in the cost. Price is very reasonable (varies depending on your pup's weight). Wish I had found this place sooner.The selection of treats they have are great, my pup is crazy for the salmon and cheddar ones!The people who work there are friendly and helpful.

I will never wash my dogs at home again... Super affordable way to give your pooch a thorough cleaning, all supplies provided. Just bring the dog. They even clean up the aftermath. So convenient, and fun! The little kids had a blast. And Fractured Prune is a couple doors down, so there's that. Easy Recommend!

Tim is extremely helpful in showing you how to use the washing facilities. Was able to easily and cheaply was my dog without all the mess that would have ensued at home. They have great specialty products that my dogs 💕💕💕 LOVE. Worth it to go here.

We love Central Dawgma, great place to buy pet food and treats!! We love their self service dog wash!! All you have to bring is your dog! They have large raised stainless tubs w sprayers, soap, towels, blow dryers every thing you need!! Staff is always so nice and helpful!!

Absolutely recommend this shop! Great variety of pet products, and THE BEST dog groomer in the area. He is gentle and kind to the dogs, and very professional. My Chessie wont let anyone else wash and nail trim her. Our rescue "Bordor" had his first bath/nail trim today, and he actually seemed to enjoy it. Again, the groomer was gentle and professional. Highly recommend for dog grooming!

The facilities to wash the dogs are great! However on 2/25/21 (3pm-4pm) the customer service was terrible 👎🏽 Have been here 2 times previously and paid $14 each time. Today the employee at the counter (older woman) told me it's always $16 for huskies... Although the website states it would fall under the $14 category. So I thought ok whatever I could use the 10% coupon I saw on the website But you can only use the coupon if you pay for the dog wash online. You are only able to pay through pay pal online and not with a CC... which I thought was strange so I came to ask for help. She said "I think that is how he has it set up" meaning pay pal only. I started to suggest if she could double check with the owner and she immediately tells me he is not accessible. This is very disappointing especially since now that I have reviewed the website I can see I was either lied to or completely misinformed by this employee on this day.

Building and most of the staff are wonderful. I went to the counter to pay for my dogwash and treat the woman checking me out told me I wasn't allowed to use my e-collar in the store - no eye contact - super judgey . I should have declined and left but I felt the need to show I wasn't abusive to my dog - excuse me lady - I've taken my dog to a professional trainer - he is beyond spoiled - HE IS NOT TRAUMATIZED - I'm just trying to be a responsible pet owner and give him the best 15 years with us possible. Big dogs only get one chance - Im being responsible -

I have always had great customer service here and have been buying my dog food here for years. I have a 12 year old English bulldog and she had a ton of costly skin issues. Since I've been feeding her Nutri Life she hasn't had one single issue. It was recommended by the owner who seems very knowledgeable

Very unique pet supply store. It has an area where you can wash and shampoo your dogs. It has mostly a higher grade pet food than the chain stores. Plus, brands I haven't seen elsewhere, including bins where you can scoop the amount of treats you want. They even have treats that are one calorie apiece

The Frederick Central Dawgma location is a very friendly pet store with quality products (Hagerstown is too far away for us.) I've used the self service pet washing stations with my last two Boxer dogs. The gentleman in that area was terrific trimming the nails of Hailey, my anxious girl rescued from a very abusive situation at about 8 weeks old. I'm looking forward to bringing my new Boxer puppy in to shop and do some safe distance socializing!

This was my first time. The lady at the front desk very kindly explained everything to me. They had a nice setup; the only thing I would advise is to bring a wash cloth for your dog’s ears and face. There were plenty of towels but the water pressure is strong and I wished I had a smaller cloth for my small dog to wash her face.

Do not support this business.The disgruntled gray haired lady who I assume is the owner is the rudest, lowest class of a business owner I’ve encountered.Not one employee greets you or asks if you need help. There is a long history (years) of this treatment to customers…just read YELP.I for one encountered it more than once. Worst owner, worst customer service. Spend your money at businesses that treat their customers right! Owner is a WITCH

Great place for a do it yourself dog wash! Back again today and still a great place. I enjoy being able to wash my dog myself. Always warm water and plenty of shampoo. Dryers available too!

Our dog had a sensitive digestive system. Although we like our vet service we went to Central Dogma for guidance on dog food. I learned at much from the knowledgable staff. With all I learned from their team I was condifent about their recommendation. Our dog food selection was right on. I switched to Costco dog food to save money and my dog got sick and lost too much weight. Th cost savings wasnt worth our dogs health. Thanks, Dogma.

Excellent place to take your dogs for a bath. It was a little struggle getting them up the ladder into the tub but once it was easy peasy. They look and smell great. Best part you don’t have to clean up and all supplies are included
