Purchased an RV and just had it delivered today. It was a wet day and my driveway is a vertical monster and covered in wet leaves to boot. The driver ,Shane, did an outstanding job backing and leveling it up. He went over and above my expectations. Great experience all around from Beckleys!

I searched and compared a lot before renting an RV, got to a conclusion that this place has the best prices, best RVs and best service. Do yourself a favor, don’t waste time on comparing, these guys are the place to go.

What a great RV rental experience!!!! The 25b Minnie Winnie we rented was absolutely perfect. Beckley's had it ready to go when we arrived to pick it up and we were giving very clear instructions how all of the features worked. Although the RV was perfect, the best part of the rental experience was the rental adviser Jessica. Jessica was extremely professional and accommodating for the entire rental process. Jessica's honesty and knowledge was the icing on the cake. Great Job!!!!!!!

The staff saw that I was well equipped and ready to travel. Tire during inspection was found worn down in front, and they sent it to shop and got it replaced and even a new spare on the back-end. So, the staff were very accommodating during my stay while the fix was being done.My travels down south was nothing short of outstanding. The vehicle did what was advertised and very well accommodating. Could not have asked for a better experience. Great experience.

This is Joy Morrow, not Jennifer, as she had planned to accompany on this trip but did not. Beckley' was very pleasant and helpful through the whole process, and overall, I found Beckley's to be very professional and responsive. I felt the orientation at pickup could have been more thorough, as we are first-time renters, but we did figure things out. Having the camper delivered and picked up at Cunningham Falls is a great service.As for the camper, it was a newer camper in great condition. The inside and the outside stoves did not ignite and couldn't be used. We followed all the directions and tried to gently troubleshoot, but they did not work (we did have the propane tank on 'open'.) Also, a big factor, and I don't know if this is typical of all campers, but the air conditioning fan was so loud that it wasn't possible to have it on during the night as it interfered with being able to sleep. The temperature could be adjusted but the fan was terribly loud.I would recommend Beckley's to others with an interest in renting campers.

Very impressed with the service. The folks at the rental office were very thorough in explaining the features of the travel trailer, and ensuring it was hooked up to my truck properly. I particularly liked the wireless trailer braking setup as I don't have a permanently wired one installed. Return was very easy, just backed it into an open spot on the lot and dropped the key in the drop box behind the office. Being able to check out the interior a few days prior to the rental was a big plus since we were first-time renters. Would definitely rent this unit or a larger one in the future.

We did a long term rental of an rv and it was clean, easy to use, and comfortable to live in. We had a few maintenance things come up during our time and they were taken care of no problem. Wonderful service and wonderful people. We were so happy with our experience.

We rented a travel trailer for a week in early October.Most critical items were functional, but there were some irritating deficiencies. 1. the refrigerator would not run on propane. we could keep item cold in the freezer, and nothing froze. 2. The door latch was pretty beat up and the screen door did not work right at all.3. we rented a propane grill, but it was useless because there were no hoses provided and the fitting was wrong for the particular stove we received.On the plus side, we had to call Beckley's for help on Sunday, and spoke to the service dept on Monday. Service was able to fix all of our problems easily over the phone, because they were all due to my inexperience and not any kind of malfunction.Be aware that if you camp in a national park there are no hookups and use of generators is usually restricted. You will be essentially boondocking. Therefor: no AC; move the trailer for tank emptying and water refills, etc. etc.This was a very educational experience and I highly recommend renting before you purchase. My wife and I decided we will not buy a travel trailer, but will rent instead. I would go back to Beckley's, but be a little more demanding at the pickup and checkout process.

Buckley’s was a total pleasure to deal with! James made the process very simple, and his instructions were excellent for our first time renting an RV. We rented the Intent 30-R with 7 people and would highly recommend it. There were no hidden fees or surprises, and the security deposit was very reasonable. We would highly recommend renting the patio mat as an add on. We had an electric site only with no water or sewer hook ups. In 4 days we had to leave the site one time to fill fresh water and empty grey water. The black water tank was fine, even with 7 people. Push a few buttons and the RV is set up or ready to pull out. Overall amazing experience!

This was overall a pretty smooth experience. We'd never enter an RV before, and we'd never towed a trailer before; the staff helped us figure out what we could safely do and got us all set up. The rental units are, of course, rentals, and sometimes they show it -- not everything is in perfect shape, and sometimes the previous renters haven't stowed everything quite correctly. I would have liked it if the manual could have been included in the rental, so we could figure out the answers to things like "what does this switch control?" on our own.

Her communication skills and patience were essential since this was our first time to rent an RV. She wisely selected a better fitting mount for our truck and RV and we really appreciated her safety first attitude and professionalism throughout working with us when hitching our rental. We rented from Beckly's twice and were very satisfied both times. The camper we got was nearly brand new each time and everything went down as expected. The staff were super helpful and it made for a good introduction into the travel trailer world. After trying it out twice, and renting two different units, we ended up purchasing our own TT from Beckly's sales team up the road!

We just bought our third RV, but our first from Beckleys. What an awesome experience. Shawn in sales was great. Excellent communication, quick response to questions and very organized towards the sale. Bill in finance was awesome, also very organized and knowledgeable. Finally Shane delivered our fifth wheel because I don't have my hitch in the truck yet. He also was awesome.Thanks Beckleys...it was a great experience!

Loved Cunningham Falls State Park. It was great that Beckleys delivered the trailer with no charge. Mattresses more than a little firm so I would recommend a mattress cover or heavy duvet. We also chose to bring our own kitchen/cooking utensils as we were only staying for 3 nights. Don't bother renting the grill. It's small and has seen better days. I asked for a refund and it was no problem. Campfire grill is great and more than adequate. My pet fee deposit was a whopping $600 while a person in our campground only paid $400? Recommendation is to make sure your dog is thoroughly house trained as ours was. All in all though it was a very good experience and we would do it again!

If you need to rent an RV then you should check out what is available at Beckley's RV rentals. We recently had an excellent experience renting a travel trailer RV for family camping during Halloween. The rental process was smooth and the RV was very clean when we picked it up. The rental manager "JP" is excellent. Staff there oriented us to the RV and we were on our way for a fun weekend. Drop off on Sunday was convenient, also.

Beckley's helped me rent a teardrop trailer so that I could safely remain isolated as I traved to attend my son's wedding along the shores of Lake Superior. The trailer was spotlessly cleaned prior to my rental. The rental was very reasonably priced and the process was friendly and efficient.

Would have been more stars but had to cancel and thats when the whole experience went downhill. Change your cancellation policy...I'm now out the money that my husband and I put towards our rental. My husband got told today that we should have canceled a week ago to get our money back, except a week ago our vehicle that we would be using to tow was running perfectly. Its not like people know a week in advance that their vehicle is not gonna be running.

It would have been nice if they had taken a little extra care to ensure rv was equiped with all electronically call hook ups even if that would have been an added rental fee. We had to buy items along to way to connect at campgrounds. It would have also been helpful to recommend the purchase of the connection for dumping when we were in full service spaces campsites. I believe during the rental review they should have the customer actually do the run through on all the "how to items" stove, heat, water heater, etc. The travato 59k was nice, clean abs easy to drive. The customer service lady was excellent. I will rental again but not from here because of the gentleman who showed us the unit and prepped us for the unit pick up must have done this do many times he seemed bored with needing to explain in details.I may even consider purchasing an rv but a unit but with bump outs to a little more space when parked at night.

The motor home rented for my family and I had bed bugs in it from the previous renters(I suppose). Unfortunately it was picked up on a Saturday afternoon and I noticed the issue within an hour or so and I tried calling the office but they were already closed. I was also told there is a 24 hours emergency line to call in case of an issue and when I called for the bed bugs issue and other issues no one answered or returned my calls(voicemails were left).Also I was charged for cleaning the RV when I returned it which I was not told upfront plus it was not properly cleaned when given to me because they were not even aware of the bed bugs issue.I am giving 3 stars rating because the staff I dealt with from the booking all the way to the returning of the motor home were friendly and seemed to care.Besides than those issues we did enjoy camping in it and the kids liked being in a motor home as well.
