This large new store is usually well-stocked, and the employees are helpful. On the other hand the Pharmacy is very slow. I neded 1 pill, took almost 1 1/2 hours, mid-afternoon! Wonder what happens when they are busy?

Friendly, helpful associates. Very busy and well staffed. We like the old fashioned lines and registers. The self check out was crowded and 4 of the 8 were out of order.The pharmacy was well staffed also. The store was clean and well stocked. The prices have come down some on the chips and candy. They accept your plastic bags for recycling. They have 2 bins located at the exit door.Plenty of FREE parking.Be careful in the parking area. People will walk behind you as you are backing into your parking space and they will pull out of their parking spaces into oncoming traffic knowing they don't have the right away.

Shiny like a new penny! The Giant Food in Fort Washington Maryland is back and better than ever! It’s got a Starbucks inside too. My favorite feature of this Giant is the Piadinas in the deli section - it’s a cross between an hot Italian wrap and a Mexican tortilla stuffed with meats and ingredients like a wrap. Grateful for the sushi selection as well. It has a large bakery and produce section. It’s absolutely beautiful. Definitely one of my new grocery shopping spots.

Workers seemed like they didn't want to be there. Went to the seafood area and waited. I had to ask for someone to help me. When I got helped the employee it seemed like I was a bother. Grabbed fish, didn't put on any gloves or wash their hands before assisting me. Must be common practice for Giant.There

I love the fact they have a sushi bar and it’s freshly made in the spot by the best sushi chef. Bakery is always on point with lots of fresh baked cakes and desserts to choose from.

They need to change their hours online because the store closes at 10pm not 12am... I drove out of my way and got there at 10:30 and was disappointed.This happens to be one of my favorite Giants.

Awful, they always make mistakes in my online orders. I called asking for No Bags in my online order, and they didn't gave bags but they did charge for them, they charged me for 5 bags, 10 cents each, I am so upset.

Never no issues they answer the phone when you call and tells you they have the product you’re looking for. I never experience that before in my life and it’s was the meat department because no one else had the product chicken gizzards in store but Giants every other company said no. Not Giants they said yes and I got the last two.

They have what we need especially compared to the Safeway nearby. The parking lot design is absolute TRASH but that seems typical with these new development designs. Its clean in there, so that's a plus.

cramped isles and shelves very unorganized ...Plus the staff needs to be trained as well as have knowledge of the whole store overall; especially if and when a customer needs assistance...

This Giant in Oxon Hill is fantastic, I love the food counters. They have fresh sushi, and every Wednesday, it's $5 sushi. They have the best chicken and offer meal deals complete with sides when you purchase their chicken. The store is well organized, stocked, and clean. They offer some items that other Giants don't in the area. They have a Starbucks, and they also have some great deals throughout.

Curbside pickup at this Giant is awesome! The staff members are always pleasant and very efficient. I love that they call if your item is not available and work through options with you. I pickup here quite often and always have a good experience.

Order Thanksgiving food, they charged me $10 to deliver tomatoes and lettuce and neglected to tell me after they charge me for the food that they didn’t have it. No Thanksgiving here, I will never use their delivery service again and I would only shop in that store if it were an emergency. Thanks for nothing Giant.

The hours listed on the website and Google Maps are wrong. The giant food app is correct. The store closes at 22:00. Google Maps shows 23:00 and Giant website shows 00:00. I was there at 22:03, store closed. They lost a lot of other customers because there well over 20 people after me who tried to enter the closed store.Other then that, I do like the new store. Majority of employees are nice. Deli could use some work in that regard, so I buy my deli items elsewhere.

The store looks nice but it's not well taken care of inside. The isles are full of products that need to be shelfed and there's bad/ rotten smelling chicken out for purchase. Maybe it'll improve as the store continues to operate

I came here on Friday 8/18. The female pharmacist had a very nasty attitude. They didn’t have my prescription because my psychiatrist’s insurance would not cover it. The pharmacy Tech told me I could call my Dr and let her know. I called my Dr. I had her on the phone asking questions. My Dr wanted to know why they couldn’t fill the prescription. Before I could really say anything the Pharmacist says. WHAT DO YOU WANT? WE DON’T HAVE IT SHE ALREADY TOLD YOU THAT!! WHY ARE YOU ASKING AGAIN! I told her my Dr. was asking and that she wants to know what other names or brands you have. She continues to yell. I DON’T KNOW I DON’T HAVE IT I CANT TELL YOU. TELL YOUR DR. TO CALL ME HERSELF! IM NOT TELLING YOU! That was very embarrassing and degrading the way she yelled at me as though I can’t understand English or something. My Dr. calls and her tone changed when she talked to my Dr. which was crazy. The pharmacist never apologized or looked me in the eye after that. I don’t know if it was the prescription I was getting which made her pre judge me but I Don’t appreciate being yelled at and talked to the way she talked to me. The Pharmacy Tech was extremely nice. This incident really makes me want to go somewhere else and fill my prescription if she treats sick people or in my case people with mental illness this way. I am very discouraged. I was told by a family member this pharmacy was better than CVS but the Pharmacist there never yelled at me. I am planning to move my meds somewhere else. Zero Stars if I could.

It’s almost 12:30pm Thursday 3/24 and the hot bar isn’t set up! This always seems to the norm for a hot bar that’s supposed to be up and running at 11am. This is the 3 week in a row!!

Beautiful new store with lots of new added features/amenities and wonderful customer service. F course it has been busy due to the grand opening and people curious about the change but throughout everything going on the workers are happy and eager to assist and bring a new vibe to the store which is always positive for the area as well. I would suggest this location for customers who want to experience positive shopping. Nowadays customer service has really gone downhill but not here. So let's keep this energy going.

This Giant is the worst. The rudest employees I have ever met. And the pharmacist (the one with the curly red hair) is the worst example of a kind pharmacist who cares about customers. She is rude and treats people like they bother her. I was behind a woman in line and overheard the lady explaining what she needed, which was insulin needles for her mother. She visiting from out of town and forgot to pack them. The pharmacist lied to this poor woman saying it was the law that she have a prescription. That is 100% a lie. When I was doing caregiving for people I purchased their diabetic supplies which sometimes included syringes and most of my clients didn't have a prescription for them. So that pharmacist needs to go back to school. I ended up seeing this same woman in CVS about 20 minutes later where she was able to purchase syringes for her mother. Giant you suck and so your pharmacist..

This Giant recently opened and I think they found the nicest and most helpful people in the region OR they did a great job with customer service training. Every visit at all times of the day or night I have received the best customer service. They greet you, they help you find what you are looking for, and they always have a great attitude. The store is well laid out but it is taking some getting used to for me. The selections are great, they have a ton of fast fresh food to select from. They have alot of new healthy options. Very rarely are shelves barren unless they are cleaning out the fresh food for the evening to clean and make way for the next day. There is plenty of parking and it's easy access the store right off the 210 freeway. I also got my COVID booster here, there was a bit of a mix up, I had to sign up on line and I filled out the paperwork but it did not show up on their end. It was easily resolved with paperwork at the appointment. A little inconvenient but well handled.

The new Giant Food in Fort Washington looks fantastic! The store is very clean and their workers were very friendly. They have a salad bar and hot food bar that contained items I haven't seen in a while. I visited their store around 10:30 am before the salad got messed up.

Loving the new giant. The sushi and pre-made meals are great here. Also so glad we finally have a Starbuck. The only downfall is the parking. It is already horrible and I can only image how bad it will be when the other shops are up and running and the other fast food comes.

I so appreciate being able to shop in dignity at a clean, well stocked store with friendly and professional staff.HOWEVER, I am noticing an uptick in **trash** being thrown in the parking lot. I hope this is not a trend.Since it is difficult to change customer behavior given the chronic litter problem in Prince George’s County, I hope that Giant will pay extra attention to the parking lot and clean it throughout the day.I regret it seems like a problem we are stuck with without more public education and pride in living in a well kept community.

Nice new store. Parking is a shiznit show. Whoever designed it should be fired. The entrance doors are smaller than Wegmans. Very weird.
