I normally go to another CVS but while out I visited this store and was extremely satisfied just like when I visit what I call my CVS at Rhode Island and Washington Place, NE, in D C.

If I could give it negative reviews I would!! Worst cvs!! Not only did I wait 30 mins but waited 30 mins to be told to come inside that the drive through is closed.

Went in for a few miscellaneous things this evening. I asked the staff to unlock the shelf where the Crest whitening strips are kept. I waited at least 10 minutes while the staff searched for the key. About halfway through the wait a staff member apologized for the long wait. I left before they found the key. This location never ceases to disappoint. Per usual, I’ll have to drive outside of my community to obtain acceptable service.

NO STARS if I could. Nasty!! I just called. Now hear me out … I completely understand the pharmacy gets hectic and crazy BUT if it’s too much you should maybe look into another career field. I always get straight to the point when I call and give my dob and my question or concern. I made a mistake and called the wrong pharmacy location today, I apologized because I know it takes them away from the windows HOWEVER! I also had a quick question about how my meds make me feel and before I could say “ quick question” the lady hung up the phone on me ( i heard it get put down so dont play with me) SMH our medical care is trash across the board! CVS you have a window for questions from the public but half of the time people dont feel comfortable for fear of being looked over or in my case HUNG UP ON!

Need to buy a gift card? Sorry, the clerk is stocking shelves and not about to help you until finished. The self-checkout is also probably broken. Need to quickly pick up your prescription during your lunchtime? Sorry, the pharmacy closes for lunch when it is most convenient for you to do so. This location needs more employees in order to appropriately serve its customers.

Pattern of poor customer service here. Example: Today no one manning the register and self checkout had issues. Went to pharmacy counter to check out since I had over the counter meds but was told I had to use front register. When I said no one has been there for a good 15 minutes they just said sorry and didn’t offer to find anyone to help. There wasn’t even a worker in the aisles. I went somewhere else for my items and had a much better experience. Think I’m done with this place.

Stopped by on Friday shortly after 3 pm to pick up prescription and pharmacy was closed. Tried to call later from home to see if prescription was ready. On hold for 20 minutes before giving up. Called again Saturday morning at 11:30. Someone finally answered the phone and asked me to hold. After 30 minutes I again gave up. Still do not have much needed pain medicine. This is totally unacceptable service for a pharmacy.

Decided to give CVS another try and they had my scripts ready! Shout out to Leah and the pharmacist (Ethiopian lady) for getting my meds out in 10 mins thanks!!

Lady said just a moment be with you in one minute and I have sat at the pharmacy window before anyone came for 15 minutes with no come back to say I apologize for your wait or nothing management truly does not care about any reviews and does not learn from it to better assist the community our thought are important they truly need to close this place down services are horrible no one ever know what’s going on when you ask them a question passes the buck every time no one to assist that’s knowledgeable. Says a lot about who’s running it. The employees only are as good as the Manager. Only have a one star because they had the prescription. I encourage the community to drive the extra mile for better service.

The pharmacy staff here are nice people. I live nearby and I wouldn't want to get my medications anywhere else primarily because of the staff. The store itself is your average CVS, and it's usually well stocked and clean. I've had many really nice interactions with the staff members at checkout.HAD TO DOWNGRADE:I came in with a prescription, I was told it would take an hour. So I waited over an hour to be on the safe side...it has been two hours...I'm still sitting here after asking for the pick up twice. They're OVERWORKED but it's clear that the service is compromised by the lack of hands in deck. Frustrating.

I attempted to go into the store to purchase medicine today and the manager advised me I have to wear a mask and that it was state mandate law. I advised her that according to her CVS corporate sign on the door that mask were preferred but not required. The manager advised me to leave the store and I advised her I would be in touch with corporate office. I work throughout the entire State of Maryland....no other CVS that I have been to does this. The manager of this store needs retraining. Do your research as to which mask are appropriate for virus inhilation and not. The manager and staff were all wearing makeshift mask. (Not N95 approved). Common Sense should be an applicable standard in any Management position.

This location has the worst CVS in terms of line management and phone customer service.Even if there is only one or two person in line for in-store pickup, it takes very long to get service. At times only one person is serving both drive-thru and in-store pick-up. This situation is one of the reasons for the poor line management.This CVS claims my insurance is rejecting vitamin D supplements. I have one vitamin D pill left and I was told I can't refill until I have used all the vitamin D pills as per my insurance. I have called my insurance and they said I should be able to get a refill with one pill left. The prescription started at one pill per month for two pills but the doctor has since updated the prescription to twice a month in the last two refills, but CVS still has once a month in their system. This is causing the issue and CVS has not updated their system.

Excellent customer service here! We were greeted when we first came in and the gentleman helped us find what we were looking for. The pharmacist was very friendly and went out of her way to help us with our prescriptions and an issue with our insurance. The store was clean and well - stocked. A stark contrast to the location at 6221 Oxen Hill, which was terrible.

Dear Oxon Hill CVS. If someone pulls up to the drive through to pick up a prescription and has no drivers license or insurance or anything else that makes the encounter take over 30 minutes, maybe they need to come inside instead of holding up the whole line. Just sat behind a car for 35 minutes while they argued about ID and her expired insurance. Be smart. Try it. You’ll like it. I promise.

We are switching to the CVS on Livingston. The service in the pharmacy itself is hit or miss. Most experiences I have felt as though I was an inconvenience to them. Other times it takes 48-72 hrs to receive notification that your script is ready. Drive the extra mile to another cvs folks!

In all fairness - my low review only has to do with the photo printing. Almost every time we go to this CVS to print something, the printer is malfunctioning. It is very frustrating.

Worst Drive Thru. 1hr and 43 mins on the line when only 2 cars ahead of me. And gotta tell you to wait for another hour coz not everything ready when we already received a call that it was ready at 2pm. Got here at 4:37 and its 6:09 im still waiting on the window. Terrible

They seriously need to fix the drive thru, the line is always so long, the wait is always so long, they’re always under staffed and they don’t seem to do anything to fix it.If I could give negative stars, I would.

The worst experience at this store ..my wife went to pick up a prescription 5 before they close pharmacy..they had the medicine but was so complicated to them put 10 pills in a container...the person was rude and with bad attitude..I pay the CVS membership since 3 years ago and everything shouldn't be about discounts if not about have a good costumer service...
