Wow this store is beautiful inside since it has been redone. This store is laid out really well with spacious aisles that are clearly marked. The produce, bakery and deli departments have extraordinary selections with decent prices. The service in each department is extraordinary as well.Checkout was a breeze and the cashier very friendly and courteous. My only complaint is the parking lot which can get tricky to navigate.

The store may be beautiful but the service is terrible. I stood at the seafood counter (the only customer waiting) while the 2 men ignored me. I don't mind waiting if they are busy(?) but I was not acknowledged in any way. Customer service...same.customer service

This store works more diligently at stealing your money than it does at stocking edible food. For the past 3 weeks I've noticed that each time I visit, more and more of the items on sale do not ring in at the advertised price. This is obviously not a mistake. I bought 2 packages of pork chops last week, on the same day. They were priced on the same exact date and we're practically the same price, though only one rang as the sale price that was printed ON THE PACKAGE.Around Thanksgiving they offer you a free frozen turkey or a fresh turkey at a discount after you spend X amount. I took my frozen turkey to the register where -- surprise -- it rings in incorrectly. The moron in charge argues with me that because the turkey says "fresh" that I will have to pay for it. How does someone working in a grocery store not know the difference between fresh and frozen? If it's frozen, it is no longer fresh. Conveniently, the sell by date had been removed , though it's clear that these turkeys were "fresh" long before Thanksgiving, so these jerks froze them and then still advertised/sold them as otherwise.I am only giving 2 stars because they have managed to acquire a few truly great employees -- the gentleman who collects carts with a sunhat on -- dude, you have brightened so many lousy days for me. I hope that someday, you and the awesome lady with short grey hair who runs the self checkout hit the lottery and get to spend the rest of your days without money woes and idiot coworkers. As for the Klein's ShopRite folks -- get it together, y'all. Put some integrity into your business. Your bread products and produce are ALWAYS a nut hair from rotting/mold. Your prices are far too high and your rewards program is garbage.

I am amazed at all the expired item they have on the shelves Example: fresh pasta sauce that expired two days ago. Second time I bought lunch meat that was rancid once I got it home. Completely unacceptable. No, I’m not a “Karen”, just want my food to be fresh.

The store is being renovated. It will be very nice, but we have to wait till October. That is when it should be all done. When it is done I will review it then. They are done and the place looks great! I find the flow from produce into the bakery and; on to cheese and deli. Seafood and meats along the back wall. Diary takes up were deli and hot food had been. Still trying to fine everything. They finished the remodel of the store. Everything has settled into the permanent places so it's easier to find things. They seem to have a good supply of things, I am able to get most of what I need. The store is a pleasant place to shop. I still shop here as a second store that I shop at.I still shop here for 75 % of my needs. They are doing well by me.

Beautiful store and lots of great options. Great seafood selection as well. Joseph in seafood was very helpful my last visit. I was unsure about my selection and he helped me narrow it down to what I was looking for! Overall wonderful store and great service.

Who ever had the idea to change the self checkout to 20 items or less is a moron. I use self checkout because I want to minimize the amount of people toucking my food items many of which go in the fridge. In the regular check out lanes the cashiers are handling money all day from multiple people and touching your items as they bag them. How often do you see a cashier sanitize their hands between each transaction? Think about it..........change back the policy or make it a number of items that's less than a full cart so the person watching can keep track. Also put 2 people watching in place of just 1 person that's watching 6 checkout lanes and can't keep off of social media while at work....

I came in contact with 2 different male stockers and asked if they had anymore diet cokes that were on sale. Each shrugged their shoulders and continued doing what they were doing. I went to the front counter and asked and they gave me a rain check. I forgot one of the items I needed and while near the rear of the store I saw an older gentleman in a purple shoprite shirt and asked him when they would be getting more diet coke. He said they are unloading a truck now let me see if any diet coke is on that truck. I waited several minutes and he came back with a flat cart loaded with diet coke and asked how many I wanted. He loaded 6 packs in my cat and said I will put the rest of these where they belong. Well done and I was a very happy customer. That is called excellent customer service. I will be back, to stop another dayThanks

Great deal on Chicken Breasts. Nice vegetables. Large store with good overall selection. Reasonable prices, especially when you sign up for the store card program.

This is by far the best Shop Rite extremely clean fully stocked shelves something you definitely don't get a festival or Main Street. The produce is always top notch, Meat Dept is always stocked and everything is fresh, Seafood Dept is very clean and everything looks great, The employees almost always have a great attitude and there's always some one around to help when needed. I admit it's just a tiny bit out of the way but it's more than worth the ten min drive to shop here!!!

If you don’t use the electronic coupons you don’t get the sale price that is listed when you pick out the products and not being of the electronic age, I find it frustrating and difficult. What is wrong with the clip out paper coupons, I mean you have the flyer printed anyway

My boyfriend and I frequently shop here, Debbie is there a lot of the time and she is so patient and helpful! We had to put in a good word for her because she has helped us many times and she’s such a pleasant person to talk to and see! We always look forward to seeing her. She is a paragon of great service. - Sarah and Dylan

Love food. This place has so much food. You can't go wrong if you're looking for good food. But don't go down the candy aisle, that stuff ain't good for you and stay away from high fructose corn syrup!

Had an associate block the self check out with an entire rack when they saw me coming down the aisle. After checking out with a cashier saw them move it to let another customer in. Wasn’t even my own groceries, I’m an Instacart shopper. I don’t typically shop here, but will be declining orders that send me to this store in the future. Bad customer service to assume customers that look a certain way will steal.

This store is honestly really good, they have good employees and good customer service. Really its a good place for cheap prices and to help out a small Maryland business, although this Klein's merged with ShopRite. This location is also especially nice due to the recent renovations and the parking lot isn't a pain to get in and out (although I do wish there was a light pulling out). Overall great management and very nice employees and staff.

Store is fantastic. But they're deli counter is as slow as molasses. I don't think it's the staff. I think it's the way they batch slice everything. People who ordered an hour ago are getting their cheese sliced with people who ordered cheese 10 minutes ago. I get it's faster, but it makes it seem that much slower for the person who ordered an hour ago. I hope they change this policy. Makes no sense.Update: gave it another shot. Used the app and It was much better today.

Stopped shopping at ShopRite Quality of fresh produce is very poor especially for bowl and basket. So many rotten spots on potatoes that I ended up with 3 lbs potatoes after peeling a 5 lb bag. Receipt tossed it would have returned.

They had the best produce around. They usually have everything stocked as well. The reason why I didn't give them 5 stars is because of the cheese in their deli department that is self serve. They label the cheese as land o' lakes cheese But it is plain, generic cheese for an up charge. It makes me mad every time we buy it. If I pay $6.99 a pound for cheese I want it to be the real thing, and not some floppy, flavorless, yellow wanna be cheese that goes for $3.99 a pound. Land o'Lakes cheese is the kind of cheese that breaks before it bends. Not all of us have time to stand in line to wait for the cheese to be freshly sliced but I trust that the cheese that I ordered is what I buy but it never is.

Store is clean, employees pleasant and a lovely bakery department….but the deli needs a more workable solution.I hadn’t been in one of the larger Shop Rite’s since early 2020, was in Forest Hill and thought I’d get my shopping on a Tuesday morning.3 of the 4 deli kiosks were out of order. There was only one other person ahead of me on the working kiosk so didn’t think much of it , so that didn’t take to long to put in the order and then did my shopping. But 50 minutes to get a deli order seems insane!I realize Covid changed how things get done but this system seems very inefficient. And there seemed to be a lot of deli workers there too and they were busy. So I don’t know if there are lots of online orders in addition to the customers in the store or what. But I don’t think I’ll go to that location again.

This store is ok but I got a rotten batch of peaches on Friday that were on sale. The inside had fuzzy mold! Nasty!

I must say I love this store I drive a half an hour to get here when my local store is only 8 minutes up the street I always find what I'm looking for and the prices are also very reasonable I usually go about once a month and have a very large order check out is smooth and cashiers are always friendly

I really am liking the renovation of the store, the produce is much better, tons of choices for easy dinners grab and go kind of things...and the new layout makes much more sense!UPDATE 3/28/22 Oh the deli has some MAJOR issues! Always a 45 min wait they need more quality staff! Or a waiting area 🤦🏼‍♀️ enough already it’s frustrating at best…

I usually don't go to this Shoprite but I was in the area and I needed to go to the grocery store. They do the deli different that others. But the man behind the counter took my order and cut my lunch meat perfectly. You don't find that any more. The cashier was the best she took extreme care in packing my groceries. Best experience I have had in a grocery store in YEARS!

The store has been remodeled and is quite nice. They have a lot more products than they used to and ready to go food as well.I find the parking is still not that great which sometimes will cause me to go elsewhere. Not too busy on a Friday morning. Not busy on a Friday mid day either!! Saturday midday was pretty busy

This place is ridiculous! I've never been to a deli that takes over an hour for your order! I tried to order online, first thing in the morning, but there were no pick up times available today. The Kiosk is stupid and impersonal.

Needed emergency goods and the doors are locked when they're supposed to be open until 10pm. It's 9:55pm, I could be out before 10pm, but they kicked the doors. Not cool man. I just watched 3 more people walk away from the doors as well. I get telling people that only have 5 minutes to check out but locking the doors when you're supposed to be open sucks
