Placed an order for fried chicken to be picked up for Easter dinner. Absolutely delicious. Waited a few minutes and was offered coffee while I waited. Was served hot wonderful chicken already plated. So worth the wait. Definitely worth the cost for the convenience. Very friendly team.

Wonderful staff! I visit daily for coffee. The amount of regulars I encounter daily speaks for itself. Customers who return daily, like myself means they are doing something right! They know our names. Ask how are families are. That says a lot to me. The store is clean, stocked and ready to welcome us. This location is great. I have visited other locations, and this one wins! Just purchased two chicken tender meals and they were not fresh. This is what they advertise and specialize in. The western fries were not fresh either. This was at the Forrest Hill store in Harford County. I was very disappointed. It was 12:30 pm at lunch time.

Quick & clean! This is one of the cleanest royal farms I have been to... and I've been to them all (.....almost)!!! You can always tell how clean a rofo is by taking a look in the Men's bathroom 🚻 ...but this one passed the test 😉! Plus it's 24 hours, unlike the other Rofo down the street 😑!

The staff at the Forest Hill, MD ROFO are fantastic. Always a warm greeting. Always helpful. The store is spotless inside and out. Has become a neighborhood staple.

The lady making the food has an attitude and doesn't understand how to operate efficiently.However, the boy behind the counter was doing his best and got my order ready asap. I was very pleased with his effort. He knew that my order was small and could be done while preparing a huge order. He knew I shouldn't have to wait a long time for just a slider.The trash next to pumps are over flowing. Trash in the parking lot. Also, The free tire air usually never works here as well.

Had a very negative experience on Saturday, May 27, 2023, twice, once with checkout and then with trying to order chicken, where after spending over 5 minutes trying to check out, I was told another 8-10 minutes were needed for the chicken. Person behind the counter (chicken) was disrespectful, negative, and very sarcastic (in my opinion). I filed a complaint, and today the same person wanted to speak with me. I asked for either a District Manager or Corporate to call, but the same person I had the problem with called instead. What a JOKE!Update 06-02-23: Mike in Corporate called and did not resolve the issue, so I called Corporate and Shelby Kemp at Corporate finally called. She offered a small gift card, and I told her no thanks, it's not money I was looking for, but to talk about the situation. In my opinion, she thought she could buy my silence with a very small gift card. I told her no thanks, and I would be filing claims with the Better Business Bureau, the Maryland Attorney General's Office, as well as the Consumer Protection Agency. I voiced complaints on other websites, and also informed her that all the unnecessary stress I endured I had three years to file a civil claim in Harford County District Court. I honestly believe (just my opinion) she could care less! Avoid Royal Farms, all of them, not just this location. Managers and Corporate do NOT take complaints seriously!

I give up on this place! Just picked up some lunch and now it's three times in a row that the chicken tenders are overcooked and dried up pieces of god knows what part of a chicken! Despite being hungry, I was grossed out by what I was chewing on. For a place that prides itself on their chicken, they should be embarrassed to serve food a stray dog wouldn't touch! I'm out!

Last few times getting chicken here have not been that good. The pieces are getting smaller and the chicken is either overcooked or it has been sitting to long.I hope it improves...

The new store is beautiful and service is great. I gave 4 stars because I got chicken and western fries there. The chicken was perfect as usual but the fries were under cooked not seasoned and taste like grease. Had to throw them away. I hope they correct them soon, love them like their chicken.

One of the better local Royal Farms, almost located in Forest Hill on the N edge of Bel Air. Lots of gas pumps, car wash, big store with the 24hr made to order chicken and sandwiches counter. Also a full service store with all the essentials. Has lottery too! Definitely the go-to RFS around here. Justin Tucker would agree! Recommended!

Always super fast and friendly customer service. "Rofo" as we call it is always worth it if you need something quick. Tobacco, a soda or coffee, gasoline etc. Their coffee is actually very good. Not much more to say except their chicken is also SUPERB

I showed up after 5 o’clock asking for a 20 piece for my fathers birthday, I worked at the royal farms in monkton for 1 and a half years and I am very respectful and patient to the employees because I used to be one. I’ve had no issue prior to this and always gotten good food, until today. At first I was trying to get a 20 piece family meal with biscuits and was told from the woman behind the counter (in a green shirt) I have to “call first” before ordering a 20 piece at 5. Ive always been respectful to any food employee but my store was much smaller and far more busy at 5:00 and i have NEVER told a customer to call first for a 20 piece meal. Now a platter is understandable because we would want you to get the best chicken sense your getting such a big meal (mostly because it would be for special occasions or something). So I continue to order and pay, seeing that everything was ready for me and I thanked her very much because she was helpful for showing me the menu (it’s changed sense I worked there 🤣) and when I came to dinner my fries where all old and stale by the time I got home, the chicken was dry and also old. Me and my father ate about 2 pieces from that 20 piece while the rest of my family ate other food. I know when chicken is past it’s case time and this was absolutely old. Unfortunately I didn’t keep a receipt so I’m not going to try for a refund but a store of that size should be absolutely prepared for a dinner rush at 5 with fresh chicken, expecting people to come in and grab dinner for their family on the way from a busy day at work. I’m very disappointed in the store for not knowing a very basic rule for working at royal farms. I hope this doesn’t happen again to anyone else. Especially on someone’s birthday.

Brand new store and my experience has been a quick in and out. However, I don't go there until after 10 am in the morning or from 5-7 PM. Wheelchair accessible with plenty of handicap parking. No automatic doors but I can just ask a customer to help me out if I need it. Staff will check you out quickly and professionaly yet retain their friendly manner. Overall a very nice experience and have been there about two dozen times.

No doubt, this is the best place to get quick food in the area. And for chicken specifically, it just is the best place. They have fantastic menu items all around. Everything on their menu is great and their prices are very fair. I come here every week - and whenever I want food late at night, I come here. I've came here at 3AM before, when everywhere but McDonald's is closed.For a gas station, the quality is off the chains. I highly recommend!

This royal farms is on the different side. They have mostly self checkouts. The employees at this store working the front can be super friendly or rude for no reason what so ever. If you need cigarettes at a self checkout prepare to wait for the employees to get to you.

This store is a joke. This is the 3rd time I've come in for chicken and they were out. If you are known for fried chicken, it should be available at 6pm any night of the week. I was told 30-45 minutes for chicken. This is also a joke since they use pressure style fryers to cook the chicken. Someone at ROFO headquarters needs to take a look at the sub par planning and execution being exhibited at this location.

I stopped in this morning while in town for work. We don't have a Royal Farms in Harrisburg PA. If we did I hope it would be as friendly and clean as this location! The 2 ladies running the front we're all smiles and very friendly so early in the morning. I was surprised it wasn't busier. Coffee was good, definitely better than Wawa. Krispy Kreme doughnuts were a surprise for me, so I had to grab some.

Don't forget about the best fried chicken around with the western fries and a soda!!!open 24/7 just beware after 1 am to look for the chicken since i got some that was dried out from sitting all day night..but if its busy n they just made it the fresh fried chicken is the bomb!!
