There's always a problem with the man running the pharmacy. He's been there for a year or so. One time I was picking up a prescription for a family member after they were rude to my family member and I got lectured at the counter about how my member's attitude needs to be changed. Entirely unprofessional. Whoever is in charge behind the pharmacy counter needs to find somewhere else to go because I dread picking up stuff there all the time.

The pharmacy is lacking in different areas. One, being on hold for long periods of time. I asked if my medication was ready they said hold on and why I was on hold for 45 minutes. Second, If you call them they don’t answer the phone. Third, if they tell you 45 minutes that turns into 2 hours.

Each time I come into the store the staff greet me as if I’m an old friend. The pharmacy staff know me by name and really give it the small-town feel. Navigating through the healthcare jungle is treacherous these days but the staff here are always there to help.

Pharmacy staff is rude. The pharmacist can barely speak English and has a very nasty attitude. I called there and was put on hold for over twenty minutes. The pharmacist would not let me go check on the number of pills I needed, and said it wasn't "fair to other customers" to keep them waiting. He said they were "short staffed" and maybe I should "come work there" if I didn't like waiting. I called to complain but the district manager gave me a phone number to call him back that did not work. I went in to pick up my prescription and the pharmacist immediately came over and started accusing me of being "rude" to him and kept harassing me and accusing me until I left. I will never deal with Rite Aid again. I emailed corporate but never got a response. I will deal with a pharmacy where the staff has better English skills and better manners.

I love this Rite Aid! We moved to Forest Hill in the 90s and have been using this Rite Aid since it was built. The staff has obviously changed over the years but every single new staff member becomes part of our family. I absolutely cannot say enough about the pharmacy, too! I've used many different pharmacies over the years and NONE compare to this Rite Aid. The Walgreens down the street is OK but still not as good as this Rite Aid, and the CVS across the street is just awful. I tell all my friends in the area to switch and they're so glad when they do!

Pharmacy is probably one of the worst ones I’ve been too. They switch brands of my prescription everytime I pick it up it’s a new brand never the brand my doctor actually prescribed. (Birth control) I shared this with my doctor and she even called to say they cannot just keep giving me different brands as it can effect my health and I could become pregnant which could be detrimental to me. When I put my refills in and go to pick them up 5-6 hours later I’m told almost always you have to come back. I’ve gone there 3 seperate times in one day for 1 prescription. You need a new pharmacy staff, they pick and chose who is priority and do not communicate and are very unhelpful when asked question you get brushed off. I’ve been giving you guys the benefit of the doubt but it’s happening to frequently, this is my regular pharmacy and had been for 4 years, I’ll be calling and switching to CVS.

Unfortunately I will no longer be getting my prescriptions filled here, the pharmacist was the rudest man I have even encounter. Did not want to help and in a round about way told me to go somewhere else.

Hogan stated in his press conference that it’s illegal for anyone to raise commodity pricing and requested to have his office informed. Not sure it will make a difference but that is what he said. 7 dollars for bargain brand toilet paper. I will never shop there again
