I had a great experience here. The store is clean with great selection, and the salesperson I worked with was friendly and very knowledgeable. I sold them my Dyson and purchased a Sebo. Their prices are excellent and they gave me a very fair trade in amount. I will definitely return for any future vacuum needs.

My vintage Singer was repaired quickly. I use it to sew rope bowls and it’s working great. The gears had to be replaced. Deteriorated due to age. Nothing like a vintage singer.

I took my Husqvarna surger for repair when it stopped working. When I called to ask about hours of operation and an estimated time on how long they would have my machine the person who answered the phone was very nice and informative. When I dropped it off they were attentive and open with dated on when it might be completed.I have taken all of my sewing machines here and will continue to as long as I sew. I recommend this store to anyone who has a sewing machine.

The staff is friendly and competent and reliable. They do a good job and try to get the machine back to the customer as quickly as it can be correctly repaired. If the service tech diagnoses an extra problem, a call is made to the customer to get approval for additional work. Dropped my dyson vacuum cleaner off, because it was not working properly. Within 3 days go a call saying that the vacuum was fired and ready to be picked up. The repair was very affected. Great experience .

I called them (referred by another business) about Bissel Rug Cleaner repair. My shampoo container was leaking. I took it in on a Monday and they had it fixed by Saturday. They had the solenoid in stock was able to repair quickly. They communicated at each stage of the process (troubleshooting, repairing and completion). They have great hours for me to go after work &/or during lunch so I didn't have to take time off of work to deal with this. The customer support was great and informative and check out was quick (even with training cashier). Would recommend this place to anyone who needs a vacuum/rug cleaner repaired. They also sell sewing machine. And they do trade-ins. Grad that this business is around because these businesses are starting to go extinct...lol.
