I love bathing dogs myself there. I have 3 dogs so it's affordable for me to do it this way. The indoor facility is a great place for indoor play when weather is bad. There's lots of agility equipment to use if needed also. There's always training classes available to sign up and participate in. Just do it early,they fill up fast.

Took our German Shepherd (Koda) here and the staff is extremely nice and professional! Prices are very reasonable for the infrastructure provided. They also have a card where when you give your dog 5 washes you get one free!

The employees were very polite. They have individual areas to wash your dog. They have large walk-in tubs that are great for all size dogs. If you didn't remember your dogs shampoo, no worries, they have it too! Pricing was very reasonable.

Took both my golden retrievers in for self serve baths. It was wonderful. The employee (sorry I didn't get her name) explained everything and checked on us to see how we were doing. So much easier than doing it at home in my bathtub!!

I rescued my beloved Willie from the HCHS. Willie had serious PTSD from his previous life before coming to our home. One of his issues was someone touching his paws and trimming his nails. Everywhere I took him to have his nails done, people refused due to his intense trauma and resistance to being trimmed.Robin let me bring him to her and worked with him to help him realize he was safe and secure with receiving a nail trim.It has been over a year since I've started bringing Willie to 4 Paws.He has now allowed the staff to dremel his nails.I am so grateful for the support and love 4Paws showed Willie. We could have never made it this far without their support.

I take my Aussie there monthly for a self service doggy bath. Their facilities and supplies are top notch and the service is excellent. While Charly hates taking the bath she loves how she feels afterwards😄

My one complaint is how hard it can be to get them on the phone and they have no voice-mail which is weird for a business. But once you go you'll never switch. The groomers do an amazing job every time and our golden doodle is so soft and fluffy.

We love bathing our dog, Romeo at the 4 Paws Spa!!! It's so convenient and fun. Especially when he shakes the water off 😂 my kids and I get soaked. Lol so funny and hairy. We just love it here!!! Everyone is so nice and helpful. The prices are decent too!!!

My 2 pups are nervous getting their nails done but the staff here are very patient. I used the self serve bath for the first time today and it was awesome!!! Worth every penny not to have to clean dog hair from every corner of my bathroom. We will be regular customers.

What I asked for vs what we got. Yikes yikes yikes! My mom picked her up but if it had been me she would have been getting fixed right then. I also heard that a groomer was screaming at a dog to hold still when it was barely doing anything. This makes me so nervous, we trust groomers with our babies and expect them to be in good care and come out looking fresh, not like a hack job. Sad to say I now have to look for a new groomer.

We called about a toenail trim for our girl Phoenix and they were open after work during the week. It was great going in on our time. The young woman (well, girl to us, she was still in school) was very professional and super compassionate. We all sat on the floor and she was done in less than five minutes. We tried a grinding after the clipping but Phoenix wasn't having any of that. The price for our time, considering we didn't even have our own clippers yet, or the courage and know how to do this was incredibly low. We are sending everyone we meet with a dog here. We highly recommend them for all your grooming needs but especially nail trimming.

I HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!Been using this facility for about a year now and have had several times throughout that year that I have received a call stating that they double booked and have to reschedule. And while I am there getting my dog groomed there are other people in complaining about the same issue so obviously it’s not just me. Also had issues with them calling and saying that we was a no call no show and it wasn’t ever the appointment time that they wrote on the card. So there booking is terrible and when you call they are very unprofessional.

Self serve dog wash is AMAZING! We have been coming for years. You can’t beat the price $15 for private room, shampoo, conditioner, towels, elevated tub for small dogs, and heated dryer. Super clean rooms and accommodating staff! Love this place!

We have been taking our 2 cockapoos here to get their hair cut for almost 10 years and love it. Drive the 40 minutes from Carney because our girls love it and the prices are decent. The girls get so excited when they see their "beautician."

The grooming facilities are nice, and the training area is big and roomy with quality equipment. Unfortunately the trainer was not as good. We went once a week for 6 weeks for beginner agility. The trainer couldn’t remember either my or my dog’s names(twice we were the only students that came to class that day) not to mention which skills we had worked on the previous week. Class always started late. On our final day we were presented with a completion certificate-with someone else’s names on it. A disappointing experience.

We have been taking our dog to 4 Paws Spa since last summer when we adopted her from a friend of ours. She gets the full treatment, bathed, ears and teeth cleaned and sometimes a bit of a trim. She always smells and looks great and the staff is wonderful! Their prices are very reasonable also! You won't be disappointed!

The groomers were very friendly and did a wonderful job. It was a terrific experience, from making an appointment without having to wait very long to pick up. We have a Samoyed, so she's a lot of work. Couldn't be happier and we will definitely return.

I have a 6 month old shih Poo puppy. I dropped my puppy off at 9:50 for a 10 am appointment only to call and check on him at 2:30pm & he had not even been started yet. They said they were very busy that day (which I understand) but I made this appointment months prior with the whole day “open” so I got to pick my time. My puppy was done & ready by 3:10, which seemed very quick to me... only to find out he didn’t have the “best cut” because he wasn’t in the mood. I kind of figured he wouldn’t be in the mood after waiting in a crate all day for his turn when he was scheduled in the AM!I asked that he be kept with our other dog, and when I got to pick him up, I could hear him whining loudly in a different room!I wasn’t thrilled!
