Happened to be near this Royal Farms so stopped in and the staff was so friendly & helpful. While we love the chicken, my son decided he wanted to try the chicken strips this time. They were even better and my son & husband ranted about them! We definitely be back! :-)

Came into town to visit family and was craving chicken. Stopped at this location yesterday and was extremely impressed. The store was very clean given the snow, thought how wonderful it was to see a young lady moping, smiling and happily greeting customers. I needed help ordering and she was very helpful. Didn’t get her name but I will recommend friends and family to this store.

What great store,Crafted nicely with a friendly professional team. Picked up a few items and ordered fromthe deli. Everything was great,Angel helped us through the menu.and she was very helpful and friendly. Thank you all

This place is pretty bad, and the guy making the food today on Wed Feb 23, 2022 at about 12:30 PM is either ignorant or just dishonest.I ordered:2 piece chicken meal (comes with western fries)1 additional piece of chicken1 small side of mac & cheeseGet out to the car and check the order and I'm missing the mac & cheese as well as the western fries... So, I go back in to let them know and he all but blatantly called me a liar claiming that he put the mac & cheese in the order. And when I asked about the western fries, he claimed that since I ordered (and paid full price in addition to the price of the meal combo) a small side of mac & cheese I don't get the western fries with the combo.Will not be returning to Royal Farms... I've went here in the past just because it was convenient, but their food is always subpar anyway and the chicken is usually dried and tough (Martins chicken is much better).

Always quick and easy. Self scan and Pay. I use the RoFo card to pay for my gas. Tire air pump is free.

The self serve stations do not help much when we need smokes. Especially when the same AM shift cashier hides in the back to avoid people.

Soft drink station is never stocked when I come here, about 1x per week. No extra leg cups, lids empty, today the associate stocking/cleaning it went on break before it was done. Behind food counter, chicken appeared old, associates not changing gloves before touching food after doing other things. Ignored the order screen. I ordered my sandwich, went and paid(not good cashier) and went to pick up and they still hadn't started making the sandwich. Bathroom was filthy.

Was waited on by Kareem at the deli counter today. Awesome guy very friendly. It is nice to encounter a friendly person who I know was smiling behind his mask. Keep it up you made my night by being kind.

I go in this Royal Farms at least 3-4 days a week, spend over $100 a week, well...at least I did. I buy cigarettes in there every time I go in, but for some reason the brown haired younger guy decides to card me, for the first time I might add, I’m 32 years old, n my license expired 3 weeks ago, after the covid-19 outbreak, which closed down MVA, so I informed him that there is nothing I can do about it, and that I got a letter from MVA stating that my license will not expire till 30 days after the executive order is lifted...went to speak with a manager, n still wouldn’t sell them to me...jus walked into another gas station and...guess what? NO PROBLEM! They just lost a lot of money from me

Watch out for a guy loitering in the parking lot. My son was physically assaulted getting gas. The case goes to trial in December 2016. Meanwhile this guy contines to loiter at this same Royal Farms logation. Royal Farms is aware of this and is placing their customers in harm by allowing this guy to continually hang out at this location.

Was pretty disappointed just now when i got home, opened my chicken egg and pepper jack cheese biscuit with old bay that I ordered, and it was only just a piece of chicken between a biscuit. Unfortunately this isn’t the first time this has happened.
