There was only one employee that didn’t give me attitude and now I never see her anymore :(They get mad when they make your drink wrong and you ask them to fix it and since i’m paying $5 for a drink i do expect it to taste good. If they don’t like making drinks for a living, they should work elsewhere

The short morning shift manager told me to leave after I stepped outside to take a personal call. He ran over to me and interrupted me mid call. He told me I was there for hours when I had, in fact, just walked in 20-30 mins before. I asked him to check the cameras as well, he declined to do so. He told me I am trying to operate a business at DD. I stopped in to charge my phone, drink a cup of coffee and check a few emails. He didn't say a word to the other ppl in the lobby.

Fast & convenient location. Staff were pleasant and friendly despite the influx of customers. Be sure to go early in the day as the doughnuts tend to dry out by mid-afternoon.

I stop in here everyone morning and normally don't have a problem. I go before work so I order online at least 10 minutes before I leave the house. This morning, I was running late so I didn't get there until 20 minutes after I ordered. They had finished the pancakes I ordered, but the tea was no where to be seen. I thought maybe that are still working on it, but 10 minutes roll by and no one even asks me why I am there! Finally, they help me, but by then I am already 10 minutes late to work. By far the worst service I have received from this location. Only reason I gave them 2 stars was because my food is always good. I wouldn't come back if it wasn't the most convenient location for me.

Food and service is always great, but coffee (in all forms) tastes extremely watered down. I almost always get iced coffee or cold brew and for the past few months has tasted like water flavored with whatever swirl I choose. No coffee flavor whatsoever anymore. Coffee is usually inconsistent as well. I could order the same thing 5 times in a row and it never once tastes the same, and I can guarantee that at least 3 out of 5 of those will not taste pleasant in the slightest.

The staff is great and always friendly, however the owners need to do a better job of maintaining their location As busy as they are there's no way they don't have money to do that. For 4 days straight that location is More humid and hotter on the inside than it is outside, that affects working conditions, affects the quality of your donuts and your other food. I probably won't go back, my donuts were basically melted completely and tasteless.

The person taking the orders through the drive through seemed to be preoccupied and not listening. I had to repeat my order 5 times before she got it. When I pulled up to the window the order still wasn't correct. The store did not appear to be busy. There were 3 people in the drive through. Coffee and food was perfect once the order was submitted correctly.

This store is on my way to work so I shop here often. The staff is very friendly and efficient. This location does get crowded at peak times so check ahead on Google maps to see if it's packed or not. This is my SPOT in the morning before work. I love the staff and the service is always blistering fast. Even if the line is backed up onto 140 I never spend more then 10min there. Most days I get in and out without my GPS extending my time until work. Can't praise this place enough. Coffee always fresh, food always delicious, donuts always dope.

Usually there is never a problem, but today the last drink of my coffee was nothing but coffee grinds. Not to mention I could not get a receipt for what I purchased. Definitely not a good experience.

This is the best, fastest Dunkin’! They are always so friendly and prompt! They saw we had our dog in the car with us and gave us a pup cup without us even asking :) love them there!

This is the worst DD. We’re in Finksburg MD. They are always crazy busy and they move so slow. It’s always a 20-30min drive thru. They often get orders wrong. Today we got a bagel so stale that you couldn’t bite through it when toasted. It’s the only DD around and one of the only fast food options within a couple mins so it’s very disappointing that they operate so poorly all the time.

Honestly probably the worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to. I'm giving it two stars because the service was fast. But that's the only good thing out of my entire experience. When ordering, I used my app to pay at the drive thru window. I know I had more than enough money on my app to pay, but the lady trying to scan my app said that I had insufficient funds. But when refreshing the app over and over, my balance remained the same. But I listened to her anyway and refilled my balance quickly and let her scan again. She then gave me my drink and I drove off. My drink was a little over $3.00. My balance after I refilled it was over $14.00. So tell me why my balance is now $8.00? The math is incorrect which means she overcharged me. Super annoying!!! And to top it all off, my drink was poor and made wrong. Never coming back to this place.
