When you get A family cheese fry, it's supposed to come with 8oz of cheese. They always try to give one little tiny cup.Someone needs to go over how much cheese to give, because if I'm paying $8 for a family cheese fry, I want the amount of cheese I paid for. I shouldn't have to ask for more and then get nasty looks

I've given this place chance after chance. It's terrible. I warn everyone not to go here! Got such a hard chicken sandwich my tooth snapped off. And guess what? I have no health insurance so I can't even go get it checked out to file a lawsuit. There are a few amazing employees...Ashley, Keith, Dee Dee, Charlotte but that doesn't take away from the fact that this place needs to be shut down. I worked at the location in Queenstown so I know how this place should be run. It's like all the local addicts get a job here and do bare minimum...and it shows. Get it tf together.

I stopped here at Royal farms March 23rd at approximately 11:00 p.m. my intentions were to get something reasonable or should I say cheap to eat. Not making a lot of money right now and living off of not even a budget and I can't get enough money to make a budget. I doordash with the price of gas in my truck it's just not working here in Maryland like you did in Louisiana. Either way employee there the guy serving out the food or cooking saw me I guess he figured I was struggling which I am and he chose to h it means a lot to me that help me out and paid for my food. I pray this man has nothing but good coming to him. And that this man receives everything he needs. I have met a couple young ladies recently. Their names are sister bender and sister wright and they've been trying to get me to come to see for to go to church on Sunday. Except for this Sunday it's going to be in Salisbury. And I really couldn't afford the extra gas money to come over here because it makes it a lot farther for me to get back to the place I stay in Toddville. So this man not only helped me with food he helped me to be able to go to church tomorrow in Salisbury and not still be hungry from the night before. Thank you very much. If you ever see my orange band anywhere and you need anything help mechanic work. You say you got a vehicle sort of like mine I know everything about these vehicles. About a week ago I went into the store. I was having an awful day. The young lady behind the counter.Tori was just a breath of fresh air. Before anything she asked me of I was ok and said we all have bad days, what can I do to help. People like you young lady are hard to find. Keep up the amazing customer service and thank you for making my day a little better!

Ordered a chicken club and apparently they just don’t have anymore chicken? So they told me I could only get spicy chicken so I said okay. Later when I get home I go to eat it and the chicken is nice and warm but hard as a brick. I personally think that’s absolutely crazy. Lazy and nasty food.

Absolutely absurd why when I go home from ordering my fries and my 2 bags of chicken 1 of the bags have extra dry chicken and the second one just has chicken covered in grease I couldnt even grip the chicken and the fries were dry. HOPE YALL FIX THIS SOON

Service was very good and it’s a very clean store. Can you say “Raw chicken” ! I spent $22.25 on a family mixed pack of chicken, fries and rolls. Took to a friend’s for lunch and the breasts and thighs were partially raw. Very pink near the bone and the meat had a rubbery texture. Totally disappointed !

Won't be eating there again. Sent hubby in to get 3 bacon double cheese burger/fries only to be told can't get it anymore, that it has to be customized. Time the guy got done assisting in this order was $40.00. rediculous. Plus burgers were all cold. If it was me instead of him in store I would have walked out and went to the diner.

I got one of there burgers from there all I have to say is wow it tasted just like burger king but better and it was a decent size to deli staff and management are hands down the best they make u feel so welcomed

Grease chicken poor service ordered potatoes wedges got hard over done bottom. Of the pan potato wedges with a biscuit in the box that wasn't even part of the order great job

I waited 5 mins before someone helped me they was in deli talking the whole time two of guys looked at me and kept talking and I work at royal farms I thought that was rude they are suppose to stop what they are doing and wait on customers and also they held on to my product until after I paid for it
