I usually have a good experience when I go to my local Food Lion because I know where everything is in the store and the store is always very clean and well kept I must say. The staff are very helpful & polite they keep the store stocked up as much as they can. I did not have to wait in line long at all even though it was Thanksgiving Day and I had to grab a few last minute items laugh out loud!!

Love the federalsburg foodlion my only problem is the deli if you donot get certain deli meat slicer you shouldn't get lunch meat they donot know how to use the slicer.. sad you go from geting thin in the beginning to thick let the slicer do the work people no wonder everyone ask for shaved!!!!!

I just called the Foodlion in Federalsburg Maryland. I waited through the welcome recording and information on which prompt to press. I chose #5, talk to a live person.....then a live person said hello And then hung up when I said hello. This happened 5 times. I can't find a link or number to contact management, owner or corporate. But I will. Has this happened to anyone else?

Love the curbside pickup option. When I do the online shopping, they have always given me the correct items. Have only had to replace one item and the replacement was done with no problems. Always very friendly employees. Found Food Lion curbside pickup to be 100% better than Wal-Marts setup.

Friendly, be careful in the parking lot , I've almost been hit several times, people whipping around the corners. The store is well organized and Maintained, the staff members are friendly and fast. I'd give four stars if they would keep my almond milk in stock 😊

Terrible customer service from Steve the manager. I tried to explain that I have an egift card. You do not have to print out your gift card to use it. They would not let me purchase what I needed. They refused to help. I will never go back to shop here the customer service is absolutely horrible.

Love the fact that they have great sales and a new machine that prints out only the coupons you want. Add to that, the sale prices and they offer a discount saving card for free to get more bang for your buck. I have only one issue with the store, during the day they really need more register's open, especially at lunch time..

I love this Food Lion I go out of my way to go here the store is always stocked beautifully clean always wonderful deals and I really love produce so fresh and with things being so tight these days the meats are truly worth going the extra miles to get

As ai am walking through the front of the store to go down the front of an aisle, I kept getting asked over and over if I was ready to check out. There was literally a woman standing there doing nothing but trying to direct people to check out. Do not make me feel rushed when I am trying to get through my list of items, do not ask me 6 times..because I was asked 6 times about checking out. I can certainly direct myself into a checkout lane, I am not that helpless or incompetent. How about putting that person to better use and open a damn register or do some stocking. Absolutely insane!

I love Foodlion. Love the MVP specials, online coupons, and finally the New Shop and Earn (has become my favorite) are real money saving strategies. I've already saved over 500 this year.Now you cant wait until getting 2 the store to update the shop and earn. Last time I did that I lost out on alot of shop & earn money.

Nice store to pop in and pick up a few items when needed. I don't like how they rarely have fried chicken or logs, plenty of rotisserie chicken, but almost always have to wait for fried chicken no matter what time of day it is. That goes for all of the food Lion stores I have been in.

Very friendly service. The deli has fresh cooked chicken every day. If there is a long line at the register they will more often than not open another register. Their hours are very convenient and do not close early just because people are not in the store.

My last experience wasn't good at all. Couldn't find everything I needed and try to get items they were cutting the lights off they were closing at 10 pm I had arrived there at about 9:30 thinking they close at 11 pm. They have Weis prices because those aren't Food Lion prices. Got to do better.

This location always seems to be super clean, unlike some other locations I've been to. The employees are really great. Always helpful and treat their customers great!

Cashier was so distracted. She was eyeing her co-worker very childish like through her huge fake eyelashes. As soon As She was done accepting my payment, she left her register to go talk with the other cashier's without her mask on. She was not interested in helping get the groceries to my cart. Not impressed at all with the customer service in this store.

Federalsburg store is alot like most food lions except for the fact that you have to walk thru a thick cloud of cigarette smoke because they chose to let the employees smoke outside the front of the store.

It was fine until I got to the deli. Someone had dropped a list off at the deli and then went on and did their shopping so they didn't have to wait while it was cut. So I got to wait until the deli crew filled the list and kept commenting on how smart it was to drop off a list and finish your shopping and also how the deli closes at 8. (I was in line long before 8.) I guess they thought I would just go away like three customers after me.Didn't help that they only had one slicer working. Been that way for at least 2 months!

The girls at the register asked me if I needed help with my groceries because I had a medical boot on one of my legs. That was so nice, nobody offered to help me in any of the other places I went.
